Just so thrilled with the whole process of becoming a resident at the Springs of Country Woods. Kenzie was so helpful and thorough with everything and all my questions and concerns were addressed and taken care of promptly. She is a great asset to the company. I will recommend her highly.

Rylee was the best lease signing agent we could have ever asked for! She provided us with multiple apartment options, answered all of my and my wife’s questions, and was kind to our 2 year old son. When we had narrowed it down to just two apartments to choose between she let us tour one that we had already visited again (something other apartment complexes refused to do). She made the application process easy and understandable and made sure that we were taken care of every step of the way. As a bonus, she was funny. Thank you for all of your help, Rylee!

Kinzie has been a wonderful agent helping us get applied and settled in despite hiccups and obstacles on previous leasing but she has been a rockstar in making sure we got what we wanted and settled up swiftly. Can’t appreciate it enough. Thank you so much hun. Maintenance has been prompt and swift handling every request so far. They have been super nice and polite and just thankful on their work. We had some minor things on move in but they were quick to fix or replace. The downside is the towing company incident upon move in day was very unfair and predatory, it felt like, as we were unloading stuff. They offered no warning or anything and towed three of our cars away without notice or politely warning us which we would have happily abided. We were trying to be fast and swift unloading things and in a blink they took our cars when we had our backs turned. So that incident was uncalled for and unprofessional by the towing people. We literally lost over $1k because of it and they were sarcastic upon retrieval. Overall good location. And clean area. We are looking forward to our stay but watch out for the towing people.

She was so Helpful in letting me know everything I needed and she was able to show me great options for my new apartment. I love this apartment complex! It is properly maintained and the staff has been so amazing to me and made living here a real joy! They are always available to answer any questions that I’ve had and have always been super helpful during the moving process. Kaylie and Sabrina are truly amazing!

Updated review 2 years of living there: It was expensive to break my lease 3k is kinda crazy but I knew the rules. The amount they charged me after move out was 780$ after deducting from my deposit it was 380 which isn't bad. I actually carpet cleaned myself and so the carpet was cleaner than when i moved in and they still charged me 125$. And 90$ for the dumb cheap shades that i doubt they are actually replacing. Other dumb little charges but all apts do that. I just think its dumb after paying a lease break because they wouldn't let me shorten my lease even by a couple months they still charging more fees. Like I said though thats all apartments. Over all decent experience just always irritates me how much apartments ring you dry for more money when we all know they make a lot of money First review 2 years ago: I wanted to leave a 5 star review because I don't think they deserve all of the 1 star reviews, I went to tour here and it does look like the pictures other than there are some different remodeled version. I think that's where the confusion is. I have toured 10ish different places in the last few weeks and this one has been the best yet, nice and the space is upkept and they have a heated pool. They are very professional in the office. Definatly worth the tour! Still making a decision where to but for now this is in the top

I was working with Kinzie for a couple weeks coming from out of state. I am moving from across the country without knowing anyone in Utah so this has been a very scary process. Kinzie has been available by email, text, and phone call for any questions I’ve had. And got back to me very quickly for any concerns I’ve had. Very very good customer service and I appreciate so much having an office staff be so considerate and understanding of my situation!

This is one of the best looking properties I saw while looking for my next home. The common areas are clean, not to mention how friendly and knowledgeable property staff is. I’m glad I chose to live here!

Just moved in to this apartment complex, it’s a beautiful property, super nice staff and maintenance is great when I had went to tour the property Sabrina and kayli were so nice and made me feel so welcomed. If your looking for something nice and cheep I definitely recommend this place!

A Peaceful Hidden Gem! I've lived at The Springs of Country Woods for a couple weeks now, and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with peaceful walking paths, and a real sense of nature right outside your door. It feels like a quiet escape, yet it's still conveniently close to everything I need. There are so many shops nearby, especially Walmart which is right across the street! The staff here are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office team always goes the extra mile to help out. The amenities are great too—especially the pool and clubhouse, which are perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. My apartment is spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and I love having my own patio with such a nice view. I’d absolutely recommend The Springs of Country Woods to anyone looking for a calm, well-kept place to call home. Five stars all the way!

Was in a pinch needed a cheap place to land, and save sown money for my own place. Very responsive employees here. I don't think apartments should be a permanent living quarters so set the expectation for a temporary place to rent and you’ll be fine. For the time we were there it was nice easy and straightforward

This place is exactly what it is... A massive apartment complex with tons of people. If you temper your expectations to this, you should be happy here, if you're looking for some bespoke luxury experience, you prob should look elsewhere. I've only lived in upgraded top floor units but they've been cutesy, tidy and decently quiet. The office staff and management have always been very helpful, friendly, accommodating and fair. Maintenance are very nice and usually get the job done correctly. I've never had any issues with theft, vandalism or other petty crimes to my apartments or my numerous vehicles in the parking lot. It's a great place to stay for a year or two while you plot your next big move and the location really can't be beat.

Update— the cigarette issue was resolved, not without having to be the squeaky wheel. Pools are really lacking in cleanliness (people do better) & broken equipment. I did let the office know of the broken chairs and was advised they had some on order but it’s been over a month now and nothing has been replaced. The umbrellas are broken the lounge chairs are far from safe to use. We have two pools in this community and one is lacking enough chairs and what is there is broken. It appears maintenance went around and tightened all the loose screws but they’re still wobbly & not great. It’s mind blowing the amount of money this community is bringing in and not putting back into it! The office staff are nice enough my biggest challenge moving into this community is the amount of cigarette/weed smokers that are surrounding my building and smoking in doors. For a non smoking community it is DEFINITELY NOT A NON SMOKING community. I didn’t expect to move into a complex to have to deal with the smell of smoke INSIDE MY LIVING SPACE. I’ve had to purchase plug in air fresheners for the lack of outlets the unit has resulting in less outlets for other things that need to be plugged in which leads to the other purchase I’ve had to make, air filtering purifier units! I am sensitive to the cigarette smoke it burns my eyes, causes me migraines and for only being here a few weeks it’s gotten to be a lot. I have even had to clean my bathroom walls with nicotine dripping down the walls in my bathroom. The management hasn’t done anything to resolve it (I don’t even know what can be done other then inspect which they did recently after I moved in my building). I’m running more electricity to keep air purifiers, plug in air fresheners going and my bathroom vent to assist with the smell. There is a lot of activity in my building, yelling & slamming doors that shift things I have hanging on my walls. People should be more mindful, we’re living in a community where everyone hears everything especially yelling & slamming doors, not only do you hear the slamming doors but you feel them, it shakes & vibrates EVERYTHING. The apartments are older they have done an ok job upgrading, do know the “microwaves” they have advertised on their website is incorrect. I have an upgraded apartment that did not come with a microwave. A nest system that is running off an old heat/Air system which constantly has issues. My air runs longer than it should which again is creating a higher electric bill. I think the management company has good ideas to add more updated things but it’s not efficient. My front door has clearly been kicked in, it has a lot of play in it when locking it from the outside it’s a constant battle to make sure it’s actually locked. Not all the door hardware is alike, some have newer hardware, none of them match the units everyone’s apartment door is different in for handles/locks again it’s the little things that can make a difference when you’re “upgrading” units. The grounds are nice, not everyone is picking up after their dogs which is unfortunate as they’ve done a GREAT JOB at adding poop stations WITH POOP BAGS. This is an issue anywhere you live in an apartment community sadly. There’s no excuse, just laziness. Someone does go around every week and clean up the grounds from trash that people leave behind, again lazy and sad that someone has to go around picking up after people. I will add that maintenance has been over a few times for the Nest system and other things & they’ve been great to come over pretty quickly & they’ve all been great. The office staff are all great when I’ve had to call for assistance. I just think the company as a whole could do better to put money into things that need it. Air/heater systems, microwaves: (haven’t lived in an apartment in years that didn’t have a built in microwave even older apartment communities upgrading are offering these). Overall, If you’re looking for a great area with lots of shopping around & close to the mountains this is a great area & neighborhood. Overall it’s decent.

I recently moved into these apartments, and I am 100% satisfied with everything. Kaylee Took good care of me from day one, ensuring that all my needs were met, and that I found the apartment that I loved the most. I feel like it is a very safe place to live and I love how there’s a hot tub in a pool open all year round. So far I’ve only had one maintenance issue and they addressed it within an hour or two I had they recommend these apartments!Lara

I just started renting from spring of country woods apartments and it has been a great experience nick made the whole process so smooth it didn’t even take a whole week and I was scheduled to move in. The apartments have great amenities and so far it’s just been a great experience

I really can't agree with the negative reviews here in any regard. The grounds are clean and the only problem I've had with an Amazon package was the driver dropping it off at the wrong building. Granted, I've only been here for a month but I've put in about 3 maintenance request for minor things and they have been fixed same day. Aspen at the front office has always been helpful and responsive when I've needed anything. If my experience changes, I'll update my review but until then I am extremely satisfied with choosing this apartment thus far.

I had a really great experience at Springs of Country Woods! I worked with Cassidy at the front office. She helped me find the perfect apartment right around the time I was needing to move out of my old place. And was available via text if I had any additional questions or needed anything. Overall, my experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend moving here!

My overall experience renting an apartment here was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful through the entire process and even since we've moved in. They were so quick to get back to us and got us into an apartment so fast. The only problem we have had is the snow removal is very slow and inconvenient but the office seemed very sincere and apologized when we said something.

I asked for, and was given a shovel and ice melt for my walk way. I appreciate being given tools to keep my area safe.

It was mostly fine for the year I needed this time. Like 99.9% of humanity everywhere, most people are great but there's always the occasional few people who are loud and don't pick up after themselves and their dog. The apartments cost as much as nicer units in town; they could afford to refurbish them some to be a little nicer for the residents. Overall, it is fine and seemed completely safe. This is the sort of place where people walk their dog in the middle of the night in their pajamas and say hi to each other. Note, if you are close to Fort Union or 900 E you can hear the night race bros. The management seemed to try to be responsive to any problems but there doesn't seem to be any maintenance services for weekend problems. Jaeda is awesome. It was a nice place to live. I think it could be a gem with a little reinvestment. The location is really convenient to so much, too.

This is the best apartment complex I have lived in throughout Utah. Hear me out, it may be old and look traditional but they have the best maintenance team around and the people working in the front office have been very accommodating and respectful. My fiancé and I used to live at more upscale apartments and this place is by far and away better in every aspect. We are moving out soon due to moving states but I recommend this place highly. Aspen has been great to work with along with the maintenance folks who are always on it. It is dog friendly and the community is friendly as well. Great location. Thank you Springs!
