    I just moved in here a couple of weeks ago and I have had nothing but great compliments for the leasing staff especially Omar. He’s been by my side from day one the maintenance crew they’re on top of things it may take them a second or two to get to you but they get it done. This is an older complex and because it’s an older complex, it needs more work, but I don’t hear my neighbors and the people over my head I barely hear them even though they have kids, but because of the complexes age it’s built well a lot better than the new complexes which you can hear your neighbor breathing. I don’t have that here. It’s an animal friendly complex. There’s a lot of dogs here and they’re very friendly people here so if you decide you wanna move here talk to Omar talk to Robert they’ll take care of you.

    I’ve lived here since October 2021. Haven’t had too many issues. I’ve noticed that new management is doing a lot better than the one previous. I like the community events and participations things they got going on. One of the office gals named Danali has been so good to me. Listened to all my concerns, helped me put in maintenance requests and followed through with my needs. I will definitely be renewing when it’s time to resign my lease. Thank you so much, I appreciate you and the new management making my place of living enjoyable.

    Where to even begin. I have nothing but the highest of compliments to Victor and the Staff at Ashford leasing office. I was able to walk in and meet with Victor who had nothing but a most generous open heart and heard my story. After hearing my story of a horrible divorce, not so valued credit score, Victor not only assured me that he would and could make it a possibility to have not only moved me in early, but also gave me weeks rent free. This allowed me to not only save, but also gave me the opportunity to restart my life in the positive direction it needed. In my opinion and experience has been nothing but transparent and they stick to their word and are honest. Again I can’t thank you guys enough. It has been a pleasure living here. It is quiet, and a safe respectful community. Everyone from what I can tell really looks out for each other here. It’s truly a fantastic community. Full of hard working people and professionals.

Donna Lee has taken time out of her very busy days to help me with my rent and maintenance situations. She has proved to be very, very helpful, professional, and patient especially considering how I can be a real pain in the butt sometimes. I really like living here at Ashford. It is my home.     We were panicking looking for a place, and didn't know how to get started since it was our first time looking to rent.     I hate apartment hunting, i am not a fan of talking to people, but Josh made it all so easy, he's a very calm and friendly person and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. The apartments are so nice, they've just upgraded them and they're perfect. It's also so nice having a gym, laundry room, and pool right at home. If I could give 10 stars I would.

    We are new to this area and are very excited to finally have a place to call home. Me and my husband have been searching for an apartment since October. The leasing agent Josh was outstanding! We never knew how easy this process could be considering we’ve had our run around a with more than 7 other places. Can’t wait to settle into our new place, all thanks to Josh for guiding us. He called everyday and also was very responsive when I called for help. He just made everything so smooth by supporting us from the moment we walked into the office until we received the keys.     Im being so completely honest when I say this. I have been a leasing agent before, and have experienced many other leasing agents. Nick is the best leasing agent I have ever worked with.     I’ve been living here for 2 1/2 years and I can say the quality of the apartments has definitely gone up the playground was remodeled the laundry room is getting new machines the gym is now 24 hours ! In the office they’re so nice and welcoming Nick has helped me since the day I moved in and answers any question or concerns that I have !

    I have lived here for two years. Never seen much changes happening, until the new manager Dasha took over. This property has improved so much! Starting with new windows, we got new AC, and finally a dog park! They just installed new parcel system for us to use, playground, and updated machines in the weight room!
