Preston Hollow is great! They have such a compassion for animals, kind and considerate and work very hard to make living here comfortable.

I had a great experience living here, although the units are very expensive for the quality. In a world where I was making more money and was living somewhere where owning didn't make sense, I would live in another AMC community. Staff 5/5 Leasing staff were always easy to work with. Jess, in particular, always took care of us. Maintenance team is also amazing. Always super chill and quick with it. Location 4/5 I've always loved Millcreeks vibe. A little too close to busy roads, however. Interior 3.75/5 We had these really beautiful tall ceilings and a balcony. My unit was renovated with the vinyl floors. My complaint is that they say that this vinyl flooring is supposed to last 25 years or something, but its way cheaper than that. The floor damage cost me a pretty penny upon move out. The edging in our unit wasnt redone between the carpet/vinyl swap, so there were these big ugly gaps between the edging and the floor that would pick up dirt. Also, a lot of light bleed from under the doors. Security 2/5 We were broken into while living here. Nothing major was taken, but my wife and dog were home asleep, so it was pretty scary. I really wish there was more CCTV cameras throughout the community. I think it would also curb the amount of dog poop that wasn't picked up. I recommend doorbell and patio cams. Pricing 2.5/5 The price increase between our lease terms wasn't insane. It was like an extra $50, so credit where credit is due. Other places in the Lake will bump it $200 no matter what. As far as I can tell, they use RealPage for pricing (you should google why that's bad). It was achievable, but very difficult for three twenty-something service workers to pay for. Each of us paid around $750/mo (before gas+electric) between summer 2024 to late winter 2026 for a 2 bed 2 bath.

The office ladies are all wonderful! Anything that came up, was immediately addressed and promptly resolved! I would absolutely recommend Preston Hollow! Thanks for making my experience less stressful, and always being kind and professional! I cant forget that Maintenance is awesome too!

The community is always clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, and any maintence requests are handled quickly and professionally. Jess is absolutely amazing! She is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that any concerns are addressed timely. I highly recommend Preston Hollow to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home!

The staff is really nice and easy to work with. The apartments are farely clean before moving in. I got the 1 bed 1 bathand it is quite spacious and if something is broken they fix it within a few days.

Absolutely one of the best apartment living experiences I have had so far, Tiffany is great, very friendly, accommodating, and super helpful!!! Neighbors are extremely friendly, and it really gives off a safe community feeling!

I’ve been living at Preston Hollow for about 4 months now and have been loving it! The community is super quiet and peaceful, filled with really nice people and families. Maintenance is always quick to respond to requests, and every worker I’ve met has been so friendly and helpful. They recently renovated one of their dog parks, which has been a lovely addition for my two pups. Everything is well-maintained and very clean - you can tell the staff takes real pride in keeping the property looking great. The management team also does a fantastic job creating a sense of community. They hold monthly events and offer fun prizes that make residents feel valued and appreciated - it’s such a nice personal touch that you don’t see everywhere. That said, one downside is that there are quite a few extra fees and small charges on top of rent and utilities. For example, there’s a $60/month fee for the washer and dryer, and even a fee to charge the fees, which can add up quickly. Overall though, despite the extra costs, I’ve really enjoyed living here. The comfort, cleanliness, and community atmosphere at Preston Hollow make it a wonderful place to call home!

I’ve lived here for 23 years now. Preston Hollow has various amenities, etc. that cost extra; however it does make it convenient. Plus the grounds are pretty and very accommodating for folks walking their pets and heading to the dog parks daily, etc. The 2 swimming pools are private and pretty along with s very nice exercise rooms and a spin room. Lastly, the office staff and maintenance guys are wonderful and so friendly! Maintainance repairs work orders in a timely manner. They have ongoing fun contests and fun prizes for us residents as well. I’m happy here and not going anywhere!

Preston Hollow has been nothing but amazing as for the last month we have lived here. This is a great community with amazing and caring staff. The staff is nothing but helpful and super responsive! Nothing bad to say about the place.

We’ve had a great experience with our new move to Preston Hollow. Everything has been simple and very easy. Management communication is good regarding updates, maintenance, events, etc. There’s also food trucks and parties time to time which is a nice treat.

Still deciding where to live so I can’t speak on the living conditions. However, Gillian was an amazing leasing agent and helped answer any and all questions. So far the best tour of the 20+ I’ve been on.

Great staff, great maintenance, and great community! Despite the reviews, I gave them a chance and I have been enjoying them ever since!

Toured this place with Lexi and Tiffany; they were so warm and friendly it made the whole experience incredible. The apartments we toured were absolutely stunning, even the smaller one! The residents I ran into were lovely (especially all the four-legged ones!!). The grounds are gorgeous and quiet, you can really tell the amount of care being put in by the great staff. Overall just amazing

The maintenance team at Preston Hollow are the nicest guys I’ve ever dealt with at an apartment complex. We had a bunch of light bulbs burn out and they came right away to replace them. We have lived in our unit for two years and have always had a great experience with maintenance requests. They’re fast and super accommodating. In addition to the lights, our bathroom outlet hadn’t worked since we moved in. We didn’t really mind, but wanted to mention it in case it was an easy fix. Turns out the outlet was wired wrong, but was an easy fix.

Fansisco did a great job at getting the work done. But my only complaint is that it took over 2 weeks to get the items needed to complete this work from their vendor.

I love the staff! Office and maintenance crew are SO friendly and helpful. Other complexes that I have been at I could not say the same. Ive always felt validated with any questions or issues I’ve had. And everything has always been communicated/resolved promptly. I love feeling like a person in a home instead of a business aspect. Only reason for 4 stars is just normal apartment hindrances. Staff gets 5 stars.

We recently moved in this year. So far so good no issues or complaints. Love how we can put our trash out to be picked up.

They were very easy to get a hold of and were always very helpful when we had any questions upon move-in. No issues here, which is a relief because I've had issues with previous apartments. This move-in was a breath of fresh air. Edit: Among the five apartments I've signed in the last five (5) years, this has by far been the best. I've had to move around Salt Lake annually for various reasons (new roommates requiring more room, awful apartments I couldn't wait to get out of, getting married, etc. It's been busy haha), and I can gladly say I've renewed my lease here. It's been over a year and we've had multiple experiences with the office and maintenance staff, and each time everyone has been so patient and helpful. We have an older unrenovated apartment, so things have definitely gone wrong. But maintenance is always prompt and everyone has been very friendly, and we've gotten brand new replacement parts where needed. Believe me, I've seen bad maintenance and office staff in some of the last few places I've lived (those scumbags do their darndest to accomplish less than the absolute bare minimum), and this staff is so awesome in comparison. I'm used to staff trying to swindle me HARD, so I can't explain how surprising it is every time these guys bring a brand new part for the water heater or a new faucet for the sink without question. I know stuff like that should be the standard, but it feels like princess treatment at this point. I love these guys. The walks are always salted and there's plenty of uncovered parking around our building (which is something I look for after two of the previous apartments' awful parking situations), and I like that there's a locker room for packages. I do miss the gates as the apartments felt safer with them, but again, I've lived in far worse. My commute to work is quick, and there's plenty of food and grocery options within a 10 minute drive. There are added fees for various utilities, but sadly, what complex doesn't have those these days? These folks treat us well, so I don't pay the fees bitterly like I did in other places haha. There's always the possibility that as time goes on, the staff changes along with my opinion. But for now, it'll be a sore day when we have to leave. I know what apartment hell is like, so I'm clinging tight to this place. For the time being, I'm happy here, and I look forward to continuing to live on the property.

This has been one of my best experiences with apartment living. The community is kept clean, issues are addressed promptly, and there are great amenities.

I live in a renovated apartment in building 2 since July and I’m pretty happy so far! The leasing office workers are really nice and if you have concerns and go to them in person they handle it immediately. I had a few things that I wanted fixed that I noticed when moving in and the workers came and fixed them within a week. They have a super easy form to fill out online for that. There were some dings on the floor and such when we moved in so I’m hoping we don’t have to pay for them when we leave, but overall the place looked great at move in! The price is a bit higher than anticipated with all utilities and such, so make sure you’re clear on the pricing. The pool is great and the hot tub is heated year round, the gym is the best apartment gym I’ve seen, the dog wash is great, plenty of non resident parking, around the clock security, and Amazon lockers. I feel like some of the lease rules are a bit ridiculous (certain things aren’t allowed on the balcony like a cooler), and even though the wifi works great, I don’t love that we had to get the exact company they use. I also don’t love that when you pay online you have a nearly $7 service charge each time. But overall happy with it and I plan to stay awhile!

Decent enough. The leasing office seems to have trouble communicating with themselves and their maintenance team. Warning, there are some loudly and aggressively bigoted people living here but as long as you steer clear of that part of the complex it's decent enough to be living here for now.

Fantastic place to live. Just remind my lease. They are quick to address any concerns you have weather it be maitanance or an issue with a neighbor. Have only had 1 issue with a neighbor in a year and they addressed without delay

The property is extremely well maintained. You’ll never hear the neighbors, animal friendly with 2 dog parks. Office personnel is very friendly, maintenance staff are always there when needed.

I have loved living at Preston Hollow. Management is great and always helps promptly when there is an issue. The amenities here are also amazing and I use them all the time! Definitely worth it to live here.

Living here has been going well. It’s a very quiet place & the staff seems to always be reachable and helpful!

The good - My husband and I moved here last month, and I can honestly say it's the most beautiful and well kept apartment complex we've lived in since starting renting in 2018. There are multiples pools, dog parks, and courtyard areas that are very nice to visit on warm days. They have an Amazon hub behind a locked door and it's been nice to utilize, since we are not always home when packages are delivered. Maintenance requests are addressed within a couple of days, and they are always kind and professional. The bad - The application fee is about $20 higher than surrounding apartments, and when we applied there were monthly fees that had not been properly explained to us. The W/D they provide in-unit are an additional $60/month, which I found a bit absurd. On top of that, though the interior of the apartments are very nice I still feel they are a little overpriced for the quality. Overall a solid place to stay, but not perfect

Much nicer than our previous apartment complex. We enjoy the Valet Trash, swimming pool and hot tub, pickle ball court and lots of places for our little dog to explore. He loves it here. Nice having on-site management to answer questions rather than having to call someone and hope they help.

I had a very good experience living at Preston Hollow! They responded quickly to an issue that I had. The community facilities were always clean and most importantly it was quiet. The only reason I moved is because I relocated out of state!

I loved living here and sorely wish I could stay (moving to reduce a 2hr commute to school). Management has always been competent and respectful. Maintenance was always REALLY fast and well done. Our apartment was beautiful and didn't have any major issues. The neighborhood was safe and lovely, and I adored that it felt comfortable enough that kids could be outside playing at any time of the day. The property itself was beautifully kept, and the duck pond on the north side was my favorite part of my daily walk. I moved here after being in a nightmarish rental situation, and the difference has been night and day. I recommend this place to all my friends and family members whenever I hear they're moving towards Salt Lake. If life brings me back to Salt Lake, I will definitely live here again.

Update: May 8th, 2024, there have been issues with mail being stolen and mailboxes not staying shut they are very small and outdated for Luxury Apartments. This has been ongoing since I moved in. It's gotten so bad that I now have my mail forwarded to my parents in West jordan instead of risking my mail being stolen again. They have said they are supposedly getting new ones this spring since I was also told they'd be replaced last year.. I will believe it when I see it. At least we have nice rock gardens everywhere and a new shed now. Yes, I have contacted the post office, leasing office, and AMC corporate, and corporate has not returned my call. The post office corrected their carriers' issue immediately. Other than this major issue, things are still good. I moved to Phase II in March of this year (2023), and things have been great so far. Maintenance is quick to fix anything, and if they need to come back, they're back within the time they say. The office staff is always kind and helpful when I have called. They've even called to make sure maintenance requests have been taken care of satisfactorily and are still fixed. There's some construction as they join two properties, but they have been very good about communicating what improvements are being made and how they will impact us. I'm looking forward to living here and hope things continue to go well! Update: It's November, and I'm still very happy with the maintenance response. My heater went out, and they had HVAC here within a few hours, and it was fixed.

Overall I really enjoyed living here. Staff is nice, maintenance comes out within a couple days when theres an issue, and the location is great. Amenities are great. The trash valet is nice but I really wish there was still at least a couple dumpsters on the property. We had a couple pest issues but other than that I don’t have many complaints. Only reason we moved is because we got an opportunity to live somewhere with no rent.

Move in process was seamless. Jess, Mckaylee, and Kelsey took amazing care of me and worked with me to meet my specific needs. They’re fast at their response times and clear communicators. The move-in special was also a huge saver and selling point! Along with all the amenities, it is just hard to beat this much bang for your buck!

Staff was friendly and professional, background check took a while (because co-signer was from abroad) but it worked out. After moving in though, maintenance hasn’t been great time-wise (my apartment had leaking sinks, damaged screen, and a few other small issues but they have a big list of emergencies and maintenance before getting to me (and it has been about 20 days). Overall it’s been a good place. Loved how friendly the staff was, the pool and playground areas, and the mountains view. I understand they are going through lots of changes after they acquired phase 2 (therefore packed on requests and remodel) but I wish maintenance was faster. I also hope that parking slots get figured out/properly assigned soon! Will update after a while living here!
