    I am updating my review to 4 stars because I am very pleased with the recent improvements. The Royce on 9th is an excellent place to live; the apartments are comfortable and spacious, and the recreation areas are very good. ​I want to highlight that the administration is clearly making an effort. The lighting in the BBQ/grill area is now working perfectly, and the furniture cushions look much better. While there are still a few things to improve (like the pool water clarity), I truly appreciate the management’s hard work and responsiveness. It’s a great community!

    Royce on 9th is a great place. The staff is nice and does a good job in relating and showing off the features of the complex. It is located near a Wal-Mart Grocery and several local amenities. The views there are also amazing. Even though I did not choose to live here (cost was a factor, and why I gave it 4 stars, not 5) this is a place I would consider revisiting.

    Always a great experience with the staff. I’m not over exaggerating when I say living at the Royce has been my one of my favorite chapters in life.     The staff here have been incredible. Alisa and Jenna have been so helpful in the leasing office. The maintenance team have been great with getting work orders done promptly and are always so friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment home!

    Only reason I give it 4 star solely because they prioritize the construction workers having parking at this time. They will park their trucks across four stalls parking is already hard to come by at times. Outside of that, we love it here. The amenities are amazing, the staff are pleasant. We look forward to living here for a while

Spacious, well-designed, and packed with modern appliances, these homes are a dream come true. You'll love the ample storage space, which makes it easy to keep your place organized and clutter-free. And with top-notch security features, you can rest easy knowing that you and your belongings are always safe and sound. Now, let's talk about the gym for a second. It's not just well-equipped; it's state-of-the-art! They even have a virtual ski machine, which I haven't tried yet because I don't know how to ski. But who knows, maybe I'll finally learn just to look awkward skiing in VR! It's clear that The Royce on 9th has gone above and beyond to create a fitness space that caters to all interests and skill levels. The location couldn't be better, either. You're just a stone's throw away from Walmart and Smiths, making it super easy to grab groceries or everyday essentials. And if you're in the mood for some serious retail therapy, Fashion Place Mall is only a 10-minute drive away. Talk about convenience! But what really sets The Royce on 9th apart is the incredible building staff. They provide top-notch service and are always ready with a smile and a helping hand. Come experience it for yourself – you won't be disappointed! Update after Two Years: After two years living at The Royce on 9th, I can honestly say it has been a dream. When I first moved in, I was impressed by the amenities, the design, and the location. Two years later, I’m even more impressed by how consistently well this building is run. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The storage, the appliances, the layout, everything just works. I always felt comfortable, safe, and proud to call it home. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Alisa, the building manager, is exceptional. She runs the property with professionalism and care, and it shows in every interaction. The entire team has always been responsive, kind, and solution-oriented. That level of consistency over two years is rare. The gym, amenities, and overall upkeep have remained top-tier the entire time I lived here. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, common areas were clean, and the atmosphere always felt welcoming. I’m only leaving because I’m relocating out of state. If I weren’t, I would absolutely stay. The Royce on 9th has been more than just an apartment, it’s been home. I’ll genuinely miss it.

    I recently moved into the Royce on 9th, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff here is incredibly friendly and constantly go above and beyond to make sure we as residents are happy and taken care of! I can’t thank Alyse enough for helping me with the move in process. She is fantastic, professional, and so easy to work with! I can really commend everyone at the leasing office for being organized and communicating all the details and things I needed to know throughout! As for the community and the actual apartments, everything is fantastic. The amenities are top-notch, making every day living, convenient and enjoyable! I have lived at a few high-end apartments/townhomes and can honestly say, without a doubt, that The Royce has the full package. Great living space, awesome amenities, wonderful staff and excellent service! I love the atmosphere and I am so glad to have found a place that I enjoy calling home. Easily 5 stars. UPDATE: After living here for 16 months, I was truly sad to go (roommate needed something more affordable and I moved a little closer to work). I can confidently say my positive first impression held true the entire time. The staff here continued to be just as friendly, attentive, and professional as they were when I first moved in. From start to finish, they truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to make things smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout again goes to the staff, they are amazing and helped my move-out process go as easy as possible. Jenna helped make sure I understood every step of the process, avoided any extra charges, and wrapped everything up for me. Their level of care really says a lot about the team and how much pride they take in what they do. The community stayed beautiful, the amenities were always well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made it such an enjoyable place to live. I’ve lived in several high-end apartments, and The Royce truly stands out because of its people, organization, and genuine sense of community I felt with the residents that live there. Still easily a 5-star experience — from move-in to move-out, The Royce on 9th exceeded all my expectations.

    We lived at The Royce on 9th for almost a year and a half and absolutely loved it! The amenities are great, the building is always spotless (even though it’s pet-friendly), and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The few times we needed maintenance, they responded right away and fixed everything so quickly. We also always felt very safe and secure living here. Highly recommend The Royce to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to live!

    Great community to live in. Shout out to Alisa and Jenna in the office for going above and beyond! Fixes every issue that has ever come up super quickly. The only community that I have ever seen actually follow state guidelines on pool and spa regulations when it comes to the chemicals balance. I love the extra curricular activities the staff do for all tenants. Especially food truck Thursdays, Easter egg hunts, s’mores kit for all tenants. The extra personable messages are also a huge plus. Thank you. Definitely stands out from the other communities

    We've lived here for about 3 months and absolutely love it! The management team truly cares for their residents and hosts monthly activities like Easter egg hunts, prize drawings, food trucks, and sometimes free breakfasts. The location is perfect—with Beans & Brews, a great barber shop, a car wash, Walmart, and Smith’s all nearby. The views and amenities are top-notch, including the best apartment gym I’ve had, an iCafe with quiet workspaces and complimentary drinks, a 5-story parking garage, pool, hot tub, smart home features, BBQ areas, and more. Plus, there’s a lovely neighborhood next door... perfect for walking your dog, with friendly residents who don’t mind if your dog goes potty in their yard as long as you clean it up. We truly love living here and if you are looking to move, this apartment complex should definitely be on your list to tour! :)

    Honestly the best complex community I’ve been apart of. Last week I had a leak under my sink so I called to get it fixed and within 2 hours one of their workers (I believe his name was Zach) was there and fixed the issue. Awesome customer service, after the leak had fixed Zach took the time to check out a few more concerns I had. I highly recommend this place if you’ve had bad experiences with that in the past. they stay on top of it, I can’t recommend renting here enough.
