    I been living here for 7 months now and I have to say that all workers have been very kind and helpful. Yes somethings to go out in the apartment because they aren’t newly built which I understood when signing the lease but they fix it right away so no complaints here. The grounds are always nice and see them working hard to keep them green and thriving. Definitely a nice place to have kids play outside while you BBQ your food.

    Peyton was very outgoing and helpful in showing me the property and explaining exactly what the costs were for each unit. She clearly was comfortable with all facets of the lease and made sure that it was clear. She showed genuine interest in my search for a new place and provided plenty of affordable options that they had to offer. Can confidently say this has so far been the best exit have had touring a property for rent.

She even helped me get the right stuff downloaded and sent so I could secure my move in date. Gorgeous area. The grounds are beautiful and I can't wait to walk my little pup all over the complex.

    I lived at Embarc for a year and only moved due to work. Overall my experience was great! Maintenance was always quick and very helpful. I had my AC go out in the dead of summer, and I was pleasantly surprised with how fast it was fixed! My only issue was when I first moved in - there were some things that needed to be fixed before I moved my stuff in, and I’m not sure where the ball was dropped (I honestly don’t think it was maintenance because my later experiences with them were just stellar) but it took complaining to the apartment manager with some frustration, to get it all fixed. It left a bitter taste in my mouth for sure, but the rest of my time there made up for it. I always felt safe and comfortable in my apartment and on the grounds as I walked my dogs. It was also helpful to have so many waste stations around, and I felt like people did a good job cleaning up after there dogs for the most part. There is a small dog park (I would call it more of a run), but I barely used it because it’s pure dirt and pine needles. It got really muddy in the spring and winter, and really dusty in the summer. Not a make or break for me, but I definitely wouldn’t say it adds any value at all.

    Convenient location. Stevie from the leasing office was lovely, she made sure all my questions were answered during the leasing process. There were a few issues with the ac unit and the fridge after moving in and Brady from the maintenance team has been a great help.

    I was considering moving to this community but chose not to relocate at this time. While I was completing my research, I toured with Stevie and spoke with Moriah. Both ladies were professional and kind and answered all of my questions. The team is great, but at this time, moving isn't in the cards.     Wow! I love this apartment! My fiancé and I were looking for a place for us to move into so we’d have a place by the time we were married. Embarc is spectacular! Stevie, our leasing agent, was fantastic and there for us every step of the way! He’s tenacity and dedication never faltered even as we looked into other apartments. Which, by the way, couldn’t stand to go against Embarc. It’s affordable, spacious for our needs, beautiful, has great amenities, and is being updated with time. The negative reviews don’t seem to stand anymore. Embarc is under new management, is a much better place, and has a working pool. That being said, the outside of apartments are more updated than the inside. It’s obvious from the inside of apartments that this complex has been around for awhile, which isn’t a bad thing! Our apartment has normal maintenance issues. However, I’m not even overly stressed about them. I have complete faith that Embarc will ensure that everything will get taken care of. Stevie, thank you for your hard work and dedication to helping us find our first place to call home. I am truly grateful and hope this review earns you a raise! To everyone, I suggest you seriously consider Embarc. There is plenty of parking, covered and uncovered. The amenities are fantastic. The apartments are spacious for our needs, not squished, and equipped with all the necessary things of life. The grounds are also very clean, beautiful, with plenty of shade, and perfect for an evening walk, morning run, or a picnic. Embarc is incredible and we are loving it so far! Thank you Stevie!
