AMAZING MANAGEMENT! Lovely building (I don’t live here) but lovely nonetheless!!

I have lived here for two years and have absolutely loved it. It's located in a great area with many shops close by. I have had swift responses to maintenance issues, and have found property management to be incredibly kind and helpful.

I moved to SLC from the East coast and Marlene was wonderful in taking care of my requests during the cross country move and making this experience very smooth. The location of the apartment is unbeatable and is walking distance from practically everything you need: groceries, pharmacy, parks etc. The views are stunning from the balcony/windows. Maintenance is super friendly and helpful. I've lived here for about 2 years now and would have continued living here if I did not have to move out of state. They really help you make this into your home. The only downside I think I have felt is that throwing trash during winters is hard because of its location, but it always helped me get my steps in for the day as well, so did not mind that a lot! Building is very safe and well taken care of. Denise, the new property manager is amazing and very helpful!

I’ve lived all over the country in many different apartments which have been run by big corporate outfits and individual landlords. Sugarhouse Apartments is the best I’ve lived in so far. Pros: - great location - attentive staff- if something’s wrong they fix it immediately (s/o to Jose) and ask for feedback on what they could do better - while there is rent increases, they’re reasonable and much less than other properties in the area - safe and secure building - they genuinely want you to be a resident for the long term and make it your home - residents are all great and the building is quiet Cons: - rent increases always suck, but again, very reasonable

We lived here for almost 2 years and loved the location...Marlene (the manager)was great to work with, our maintenance issues were always dealt with quickly and the coffee station in the lobby was a great perk! We had a 2 bed 2 bath and loved the space!

I lived in the Sugarhouse Apartments by Urban for 3 years. All of management, especially Marlene is great. They are all friendly and accommodating. The apartments were great. They had heat, AC, dishwashers, in-unit washers and dryers, high ceilings, and spacious kitchens. The internet is the fastest I have ever used. Overall the place is quiet. Covered or garage parking is great. The units are pet friendly. The proximity to shopping, dining out, grocery stores, and Sugarhouse Park are added bonuses. The maintenance staff was timely and responded to issues submitted via the app. Paying rent was also easy. Most of the tenets are young, working professionals, but there are some families and older people. Checking out was a breeze and there were no hidden fees or issues. I would definitely continue to live here but had to move due to switching jobs.

I lived here for 3 years and it was a great experience. Management quickly and satisfactorily resolved any maintenance issues I reported through the website. Management was also willing to help me with some issues regarding my move—which was a welcome surprise given my past experience with other apartment complexes. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, but it's also very easy to get immediately onto I-80 and get wherever you want by car.

I lived in this complex for just over two years and I loved my experience here. The neighborhood is amazing. Super close to multiple restaurants, parks, bars, and stores. Multiple options for groceries, and good freeway and trail access. Central Sugar House is the place to be if you want a walkable neighborhood close to a commercial district while still having lots of green space. The building itself is well maintained and well built and from certain parts of the complex the views are excellent. I want to give a particular shout out to the staff. Marlene, Kim and Guy are amazing. I never had a single issue that wasn’t promptly and completely resolved. They’re incredibly competent, and very nice and If any of them are reading this, thank you very much for the lovely place to live. I very much enjoyed calling it home.

Beautiful place to live. Right in the heart of Sugarhouse. Never had much of a problem, but if one arose management and maintenance were quick to resolve it. I really enjoyed my time there. Everything was kept very clean . Dog friendly. Loved it!

Marlene has been extremely helpful and nice! I really appreciate how easy this move has been. I've been here almost 2 months now. I love the apartment. It's quiet and cozy. The floors and counter tops are beautiful. Washer, dryer, and dish washer all work great. Lots of storage space and nice big windows. Would highly recommend!

We have loved our time in Sugarhouse Apartments! Our 4th floor apartment overlooks the mountains which is pretty incredible. The location is walkable to so many things including Sugarhouse Park, coffee shops, restaurants, and a few retail stores. Being only 10 minutes from downtown and in Sugarhouse has been wonderful. We have been so happy with the in unit laundry, spacious open layout, high ceilings, and balcony that all come standard here. Maintenance always takes place quickly and working with the staff is easy. Definitely recommend!

I have been living in sugar house apartments for over 5 years, and the experience is beyond pleasant. The location of this apartment is unbeatable, you can practically walk to anything and everything. The maintenance team is always prompt to any of my online requests and the building is always kept clean and safe with up-to-date features like smart home, virtual doorman, etc. Most of all, Marlene, the manager, is wonderful! She went above and beyond to ensure everything is on track. I moved out of here because I bought a house. Instead of paying the rest rent (almost two months) until my current lease ends, she found someone immediately to take over my unit (the apartment is popular already with a waiting list), which saved me quite some money. The entire moving-out experience was hassle free, and within a week, I got the balance back to me. Overall, I would say the staff here define professionalism and I highly recommend living here.

I move to SLC four years ago from the east coast and was blessed to find this wonderful apartment. My experience was the best, I was treated so well, no matter what I needed or asked for it was taken cared for right away.

Had a chance to visit the community, very well run complex and the management team is great, helped with all of the questions I had! Definitely recommend checking it out!

When we moved in, we found our apartment to be fresh and clean. Everything was updated and featured nice paint colors. The deck offers great views and the shared BBQ space is awesome too! The location is great. We walk to the public library, Whole Foods, and restaurants all the time! I would dare say that this is one of the few places around SLC that you aren’t required to have a car living at this location. If you do have a car, the highway entrance is super close so you can easily jump on and drive most places in <15 minutes. The management is really nice and friendly and have help us by signing for important packages and quickly responding to any maintenance requests we’ve had.

My girlfriend and I had applications into a number of apartments. Sugarhouse was the first to get back to us, and we were happy to be on our way to renting. I was in close contact with Marlene, who was very helpful and responsive. We were at the point of signing the lease, but, at the last minute, we gained approval from another apartment which was more conveniently located for us. I let Marlene know, and she was very understanding and helpful. Though we didn't end up renting here, I got a very good impression of the management team, and so am leaving this 5 star review.

My move in experience was great, and Marlene was absolutely amazing. She made the entire process so easy, and as anyone who has moved knows, it can be an absolute pain. The property is in the best location, everything is within walking distance. And the apartments are super nice as well. I was in an updated unit that had all stainless appliances, and had smart control living room. If you're looking for an oasis to call home in Salt Lake City, you should definitely rent from Sugar House Apartments.

A great apartment community . The entire move in process was very easy . Marlene was extremely supportive and helpful since we did the entire process from Indiana . She went out of her way to help us order temp furniture, made sure we knew as much about the area . We are thrilled to be living at Sugar House Apartments during our transition to Utah

Fantastic apartment community. Nice homes, great location. And I've worked with the management staff, they're amazing. Would recommend to friends.

My only suggestion is to somehow how trash shoots. It's a long way to the garbage especially when it's snowing. I love the quiet and peacefulness of Sugar House Apts and you can't beat the location. I was here temporarily (turned into 3 years!) from California and love the Sugarhouse area.
