Callie and Jeff have made my move in so easy! They helped answer all my lease questions and ensure everything was in order. Maintenance was so quick to fix my door and this has been my least stressful move I’ve had In years. Truly great staff here and I’m excited to live here! Thank you!

Lived here for 3 years. Overall very pleasant experience. Had one noisy neighbor but they were there for less than a year and left. Otherwise everyone is very respectful and had a very quiet time here. Front office staff responds extremely fast and efficient. Large packages are held by the office who are there until 6 pm, otherwise the package room was very secure and never had a package go missing that was delivered. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, either same day or next day and they will notify you what work was done. The complex is always well maintained and clean. Sometime the trash room gets overrun when the trash chute is stuck with trash over the weekend but will get cleaned during the weekdays. The garage door will break often but is fixed in reasonable time. Same with the elevators, the front elevator was constantly broken but fixed next working day on most cases. Expect rent prices to consistently go up each year but is expected for the area. When leaving, they charge a cleaning fee but the fee was told up front and very reasonable, and the remainder of the deposit was sent without issue. Would rent here again if ever back in the area.

The property is maintained in immaculate condition, and has outstanding services and amenities. When something does need attention, the caring and professional staff takes care of it immediately. They are highly devoted to having happy tenants.

I recently visited my son from Texas, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience at Sugar Flats! Being so far away, it’s always a little nerve-wracking not knowing how your child will be treated, but Jeff and Callie have created such a welcoming and caring community. Their kindness and dedication truly make Sugar Flats an amazing place to live. It’s clear my son is in great hands, and that gives me so much peace of mind.

Callie is the Best! She’s always super friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. Anytime I have a question or need something, she’s quick to respond and actually makes things easy—which is rare when dealing with apartment stuff! She goes out of her way to make sure residents are happy and taken care of, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the community. Plus, she’s just a cool person to talk to! If you’re lucky enough to have Callie helping you, you’re in good hands. Sugar Flats is better because of her!

I really like the staff and managers. They are friendly and work quickly to resolve any issues. The Halloween decorations contest was great fun and good incentive!

I've been a resident at Sugar Flats for 5 years and have loved every minute while living here! Some highlights include units being kept in fantastic condition, units that have great square footage for the price, quiet neighbors, a garage (huge benefit during the winter!), high speed internet, walking distance to multiple businesses, and a management team that is incredibly helpful, considerate, and responsive to maintenance requests. The very few maintenance requests I've had are always fixed within a day's time, regardless of how small the request. Seriously, you don't find many places that care for their residents like this place does. I will always recommend Sugar Flats to those looking for a nice, centrally located complex.

Lived here since 2016.... And I don't plan on leaving anytime soon!! Going on 8 years living here. Been a pretty GREAT experience. There's an AMAZING coffee bar and clubhouse room. Do wish there was a few more amenities like a pool or barbecue area or you know little things like that but for the most part the management is top-notch, maintenance is amazing and quick. Couldn't ask for a better place to live!! Thanks Sugar Flats

The staff, including management, leasing agents and maintenance have been more than incredible. They go beyond my needs as a tenant and they always have and now they're just beyond incredible with all the tenants I believe. Thank you! Great, well-appointed apartments in a great, walkable and fun area. Fairly priced with indoor parking and a workout facility. I loved it! Moved out of state otherwise I would still be there. The property management team of Amanda and Jeff are spectacular! Highly recommend.

I lived here for a year before life circumstances required me to move elsewhere, but I aim to move back to Liberty Village as soon as I can. Property managers are great, neighborhood is great, and rent is not as expensive as it could easily be for apartments of this quality.

We love it here. Staff is so nice and helpful and maintenance is so fast. We had them come fix our door within just a few hours of sending the request. They maintain the building very well. The area is great and we love that we can walk to shops and restaurants!

I moved in to Liberty Village two weeks ago and have loved every moment of it! I found this apartment complex in November after looking at several others in the area and knew it is where I wanted to be. Amanda was so helpful in making sure I got the right apartment for me but was not pushy. She was straight forward about what they had to offer. Amanda assisted me throughout the leasing and moving process and is always so kind and resourceful. Jeff has also been very kind; the office staff is just always so friendly and the best management company I have come across. I love the security level in this building. Prior to Liberty Village I lived downtown in a apartment complex that claimed to be secure but actually was not, so Liberty Village has been a breath of fresh air. After moving in Amanda helped make sure any minor details that needed attention in the apartment were taken care of. The maintenance staff is very kind as well. If you are looking for an apartment that has modern finishes but still has that cozy feeling look no further! The other tenants are always friendly but I forget it's a larger complex because it is SO quiet. I am so happy to be a tenant here. Thanks Amanda for all of your help!

Liberty Village is truly an exceptional place to live. The apartments themselves have nice finishes with updated appliances and a modern, but not overly modern, feel. The building is secure and quiet, the other tenants are kind, and the office staff is amazing. Amanda and Jeff have been extremely helpful in making sure our needs were met before, during and after moving in. We are truly pleased with our experience thus far and are so grateful we are tenants!

Some things just can not go unannounced :) I am USN Veteran and a single parent Father to my daughter Jessie (2yr) and my son Sonny (4 months). I put in a maintenance order to have few things tighten up in our new beautiful cozy unit. Enrico Juarez our maintenance guy at Liberty Village came to do the work order. The day he came to do the work, I was having an episode with my PTSD (Enrico was unaware). He was not only very professional, but did the work in a timely clean matter. In which of course, I was very pleased. But that is not the only reason why I'm writing this review. Enrico was not only a Top Notch employee, but a Gentleman as well. Regarding my episode, which he was unaware; Enrico engaged in conversation with me while he did his job. This man without knowing, and his positive outlook, along with his kind words help me get through that afternoon. I have to commend Mr. Juarez to Cowboy Properties Corporate and Liberty Village; that he went above and beyond his call of duty. Not only did Enrico get the job done in a timely clean matter, but with his upbeat personality, and amazing attitude; He made my Day :) Thank you, thank you Enrico for being an Outstanding Employee and Amazing Man. I have lived here for about a year and a half now and have been extremely pleased with Liberty Village on multiple levels. The location is fantastic easy to get anywhere you need. The maintenance staff is awesome, can't say how seriously they take their jobs, I haven't had many issues but every time I have called in an issue within hours it has been resolved. It is not uncommon to see them randomly on the weekends or late in the evening just making sure everything was to the level of perfection they want.

I have had the experience of living in apartment homes managed by Cowboy Properties in the past. It has not changed...the management is still the BEST anywhere. Jeff and Dani rock this place and treat you like family.The facilities are beautiful and immaculate, the amenities are incredible and the Seattle coffee is the bomb and its free!! I would not want to live anywhere else. This is happiness. This is home.

I moved across the country and signed a lease with Liberty Village without even seeing it and fell in LOVE. They provide 5-Star/Platinum service 24/7 and they treat you like family, with love. The entire building is absolutely gorgeous, updated and on the rare occasion that I needed help with a maintenance issue, they responded day-of. The building is in a prime location for park-goers, foodies and shoppers alike and I always felt incredibly safe there. The only reason I moved is because I hated my commute and moved across the street from my new office. I would move back to Liberty Village in a heart beat if I could work remotely :-)

It's a really nice place. I've been living here for 4 years. It's well equipped and the staff, especially Jwan, are very helpful and kind.

We keep a company apartment at Liberty Village for long term business visitors to stay at. The location is the in the heart of Sugar House, just down 11th East from our office. There are more than 30 great restaurants within walking distance. The end of the streetcar line is ½ block to the south, and it is not bad to ride from the airport on Trax. Two blocks east to the movie theater. One block to the Library. Food markets: Smiths, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers all within 1 block. There are several great bars within a few blocks: Campfire, Fiddlers, Wasatch, Sugar House Pub, The Tap Room. It is a block walk to the liquor store. Basically everything is within a few blocks. Access from I-80 is fantastic, either from 7th East or 13th East. Fairmont Park and Aquatics Center are a block away, and the park has a skate park. There is secure Parking under the building. Parking on the street is difficult because the surrounding eateries are so busy. It can be difficult to find nearby parking during the lunch and dinner hours, but at all other times I have no problem parking my large truck around the building when meeting guests. And I have always been able to find a parking spot within a block. The building is clean and very well maintained. Our apartment move-in found no issues. The hallways are huge and well lit. I like that it takes a key fob to move around the building: it presents a few extra layers of security. Our apartment is on the North side of the building, the building is very quiet and not much street noise makes it up to the windows. The bedrooms are large, the bathrooms are huge and the closets are oversized. The kitchen has plenty of storage. Our apartment is well designed and in perfect condition. The rental agreement is long, but similar to any other high-quality residence. The shared fees for water and cam are reasonable. We found the rental rates to be comparatively reasonable. The office and building managers Jwan and Jeff are fantastic. The praise given to them by the other reviewers is well deserved and honest. They really do take care of the residents. Liberty Village is a fantastic location and I think it is a great value.

Liberty Village. Location awesome.Apartments beautiful. The staff is incredible.The first time you walk in they make you feel welcome. Jwan leasing agent and Jeff manager help with all paperwork and processing . Once you have signed your lease it does not change. Jeff and Jwan continue to make you feel welcome. Maintenance is great, the guys are great. I have never had to wait on a work order, The staff has turned my apartment into a #1 home. Thank You

Great location and amenities. The building is very secure, making it a safe place for you and your loved ones. Jwan in the front office makes this apartment building that much better. She is friendly, knowledgable, on top of her tasks, and makes sure to build a rapport with each resident in the building. We have lived here for almost 2 years now and the price has increased, but knowing Jwan is there to help us with anything makes it worth staying. She is awesome!!

Management/Front office is on top of their tasks and understand/follows what's in the contract to the tee. Never had an issue they there weren't able to resolve. Things get fixed. Reasonable price point. Currently there's constructions on NW & SE of the complex, but that's not in their control. Parking for visitors can get dicey sometimes, but that's the case for most of Sugarhouse.
