North Union Apartments

We came across North Union Apartments while apartment hunting and were helped by Madison. She was fantastic—super friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, not pushy at all. She took the time to show us all the amenities and available units and answered all of our questions. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. North Union is definitely our number one pick so far. We had a great experience and would highly recommend checking it out! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing apartment complex, addressed maintenance issues within the same day and left everything in better condition.

I've lived at North Union for over three years and I absolutely love it! It's very well located, and the common areas are clean and beautiful. The manager and her team are very friendly and efficient. Whenever I've needed maintenance, it has been handled quickly. The only downside is that sometimes you can hear quite a bit noise when the upstairs neighbor walks late at night. Other than that, it's an excellent place to live- I highly recommend it.

I had a great experience moving in.. when it comes to the apartment building.. any problems that I had, had nothing to do with the building. I'm glad that I'm a part of this community. And I can't wait to grow and become acquainted with my Neighbors.

My husband, my teenage daughter, and I visited this place. We're looking for a new home, and we absolutely loved it! Josh was very kind and took all the time we needed to show us around! He answered all our questions and concerns patiently. The place looked modern, clean, and also peaceful and quiet.

These apartments are awesome! I want to thank Josh Woods (leasing agent) for being so nice and helpful. He showed us all the facilites with patience and dedication. He also speaks Spanish which was great!

My lease renewal was easy and seamless. I was provided my quote with all the details, once approved it went into motion. Always thankful for a quick and easy transition.

My wife and I had a very smooth application process, and the North Union team is super diligent in responding to any questions and concerns that we have. We have lived here for a little over a year and are very happy with our choice to move to North Union. The maintenance team is very quick and friendly, the community is kind, and the building is pretty well-ran.

Samy and Josh from the leasing office are great and have helped my husband and I from the beginning have a great experience! Samy was very kind during the initial tour and showed us the amenities available to residents and the different types of units that were available to rent. She answered all of our questions regarding living at North Union and even mentioned near by restaurants, malls and grocery stores that may interest us. I’m very impressed with how clean the hallways and shared community spaces are kept and well maintained. Dog owners also clean up after their pups which is nice. I came in a second day with my husband to look at another unit that we were interested in seeing before applying, and Josh was kind enough to show us the unit which ended up being the unit that we applied for and are now renting. Josh was also very down to earth and helped my husband and I with the application process in person which we really appreciated. The approval process was very quick and Samy was very helpful by keeping us updated on the process and walking us through how to upload the necessary documents. Thanks to Samy and Josh’s help with a speedy application and approval process we were able to get a 8 week rent free special! Upon moving in we found that the bathroom and living room floor needed to be re-cleaned. I spoke with Samy and she came up to our unit in person to inspect the bathroom and living room floor, and both Samy and Josh cleaned the mess in the bathroom which we were not expecting from them but were impressed with their initiative to resolve the problem right then and there. Samy was able to schedule professional cleaners to come to our unit and clean the entire unit again on the next business day as we requested. All apartments have their problems and issues, but so far my husband and I have been very impressed with the leasing office agents willingness to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and make sure that we have a pleasant experience as residents. Overall our experience at North Union has been great so far! Our apartment has an amazing view of the city and mountains, the community is clean, and the leasing office agents actually answers the phone when you call them and want to help us… which is rare at other apartment complexes. Thank you Samy and Josh for all your help! Highly recommend living at North Union.

North Union Apartments deserves all 5 stars! Living at North Union Apartments has truly been one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The staff here is phenomenal. Tosha, the property manager, is absolutely incredible. She goes above and beyond for residents and genuinely cares about the community. Sammie and Josh in the leasing office are just as amazing. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Any time I had a question or concern, they handled it immediately. And maintenance? SO fast. Every request I put in was taken care of almost instantly. I also adored the convenience of this place. The Fort Union Shopping plaza is literally in our backyard! Never have to go too far to get my groceries. Or if I forgot something, I just take a quick run to Smith’s which is open until midnight! The Amazon lockers were super handy, and whenever I was out of town, the staff held my packages for me until I got back. The elevators here are shockingly fast (seriously, a game changer), and the two-story indoor garage with no reserved spaces is awesome. I was also thrilled about the EV chargers, which were a must-have for me. They have two on each garage floor, and it made charging my Tesla so easy. Plus, being able to let friends into the building and garage through the app instead of messing with key fobs was such a cool bonus. My friends loved visiting because their cars never had to sit in the blazing sun or deal with snow on the street. And I have to mention: I LOVED my Aspen 1-bedroom apartment. It is unbelievably spacious for the base rent pricing, and honestly one of the main reasons I chose that floorplan over the Tahoe model. I was obsessed with the sliding door from the bedroom to the bathroom made me feel so luxurious. And having my washer and dryer right inside my closet? Life-changing convenience. Overall, North Union Apartments has been an amazing place to live. Between the wonderful staff and how comfortable my unit was, I couldn’t recommend this community more!

North Union is the place we will move to. Josh went above and beyond, letting us tour the whole place and giving us key details that no other leasing agent would have ever even thought of. We loved the Tahoe apartment so much, it’s clean, new, and homey.

I’m looking at moving to the area from Idaho in December, and took a tour of the facility with Josh and he’s a rockstar! The building and facility are really impressive and North Union is my top choice currently for where I’m looking to move. Josh took me to see multiple units, explained really well how everything works, showed me all the amenities, and made sure to tell me all about the area, stores, restaurants, etc. as I’m not from there. I was really impressed by his professionalism and care to make sure I knew everything I needed to. 5 Stars for North Union. 5 Stars for Josh!

Madison was friendly and very helpful in showing me available units, much appreciated! The lease finalization and move-in process was also very efficient. Had a few minor maintenance items to address upon move-in and that team was friendly, efficient, and quickly resolved everything, even during the holidays. Thanks for a great experience!

This place has been great, we have been here for a year. Staff is friendly most the time and maintenance workers are swift and friendly. The neighbors are fairly quiet but being on the fourth floor I can’t speak to having someone above us. It’s nice and kept mostly clean in common areas. We’ve had little to no problems living here. The only issue I have is with the cost but upon asking about renewing our lease they informed us that our rent would remain the same as long as we kept the same lease term. It’s good to know we don’t need to worry about our rent going up on us upon lease renewal at least this time. Thank you north union.

Beautiful apartments! Loved everything about them, and the property managing team was so great! Madison was just a ray of sunshine and so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Give that girl a raise!

Looking for a nice place to reside for a short time after selling our home. North Union answered the need. Wonderful staff. All of them. Everyone. Abby and Bre and Maddy always have the right answer and it’s appreciated. It has wonderful amenities and very good security. And the layout we chose (yes that’s right. There are different floor plans) is working quite well for us. It’s a beautiful spot and feels like home.

This was a great place to live. Clean, friendly staff, reliable maintenance team. Apartment living has it pro's and con's all in all this is a good property to live at. It is Managed well. Thanks North Union for being a part of my life path.

I just moved in and had an amazing experience. Whoever designed the place really thought about the move-in/out experience and made it easy. (At least as easy as moving can be) The staff has been very helpful and friendly as well.

I have been here for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it! It’s always clean and smells wonderful. People are kind and friendly. I love how many dogs live here! Plus, the dog wash is a HUGE plus! Love the pool and hot tub. All social areas are so nice to enjoy. The zen den is peaceful, the social room is big and has a great vibe to it, the grill area is so fun and convenient! Not much needs the help of maintenance, but if it does, they are quick and responsive to the issue at hand. I also really appreciate the EV chargers in the garage. Very accommodating. I recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve enjoyed living here so far, I like the amenities, the location and how modern it is! I also appreciate that the maintenance guys are prompt when we need something repaired! I will say it’s pretty expensive and sometimes it is hard to sleep because our unit is right by the street so people blast their music when they drive by or they’ll stop at the light and their bass shakes my room lol. But overall it’s a really nice place to stay! ☺️

Living at North Union Apartments has been a highly positive experience overall, marked by excellent amenities and a comfortable community atmosphere. The location is convenient, the facilities are well-maintained, and the management has been responsive to any concerns raised. One notable highlight of North Union Apartments is the provision of a designated dog park. While the concept is appreciated, there are a few areas for improvement that could significantly enhance the experience for residents and their pets. The current dog park, unfortunately, is relatively small and lacks adequate lighting. This size limitation occasionally leads to unpleasant odors, which detracts from an otherwise enjoyable space. It's worth noting that there is a perfect opportunity for improvement adjacent to the existing dog park area. Expanding the space would not only alleviate overcrowding but also mitigate any odor issues, providing a more pleasant environment for both residents and their furry companions. Additionally, there is a concern regarding fox tail plants originating from the nearby canal. These plants can pose a safety risk to dogs, potentially causing discomfort or injury if not promptly addressed. Ensuring that these plants are regularly swept up would greatly enhance the safety and enjoyment of the dog park area. North Union Apartments offers a commendable living experience with thoughtful amenities and a responsive management team. Addressing the size and maintenance issues of the dog park, along with ensuring the safety of pets from external hazards, would further elevate the community's appeal. With these improvements, North Union Apartments would undoubtedly continue to be a desirable residence for both current and prospective tenants.

I lived at north Union apartments for a year and absolutely loved it and will always recommend it to others! Outside of being a good location and a safe/nice building, the staff in the office are also really great to work with. Even after I moved out, Brittany and Mallory were the same level of help they were when I was living there. I had follow up questions about my deposit and they were so helpful and kind in helping with my refund and making sure I received it. I’ve lived in several apartment complexes and this one was by far my favorite!

I loved my townhome at North Union. The style was amazing and I liked all of the available amenities. The staff was always great to work with (especially Brittany and Mallory). The location was fantastic and convi as well. I would have continued to live here if I hadnt bought a home.

I can’t say I’ve loved my time at north union, however the property manager Brittany has been amazing and very communicative. The maintenance team has been wonderful at fixing various issues and does a fantastic job with the snow removal.

Overall, this complex has been good to me after living here about 15 months. Just like any building management, the staff has their turnover and ups and downs, but every time I want to complain they fix it. This includes immediately addressing the hot tub heater and constantly replacing parts on our AC unit until they got it 100% right (they even apologized and provided a rent credit because it happened in the summer). The maintenance crew usually has all snow cleared on the sidewalks between 7a and 8a. On top of all that, you're close to literally everything (walkable grocery, fast food, restaurants, etc.), and our unit included a storage unit which was a huge bonus to store camping/ski equipment. I've enjoyed the pool/gym and some of the other amenities here too. Nice to see a complex that finally keeps the grills maintained! The community here is mostly young professionals, but nothing crazy with a loud/disrespectful party scene. My one shout out is if you have a dog, they literally have ONE trash can around the entire complex for your furry friend's pet waste. Doggy bags are also not provided anywhere. This isn't enough for me to recommend not living here, but it's frustrating to carry a bag of pooh around the entire block!

I’ve been a resident here for a little over four months and it’s been such a great experience! The management team is amazing and attentive, as well as extremely considerate of all residents. So far my experience at north union has been nothing short of amazing!!

I have had an exceptional experience at North Union apartment so far. Working with Alex and Abbi was seamless, the amenities are wonderful, the apartments are clean and it’s a great community in a convenient location.

I have been living at North Union apartments for almost 2 months and the experience has been great. The staff overall has been very friendly. Alex was very helpful with getting me into the best unit for me and continues to show an interest in my experience. For a one bedroom apartment, it is very spacious, clean and modern. It is pet friendly, so you see and hear dogs often in the building. Internet, parking and Amazon Hub have been fantastic. If you need great internet, you will have it here. I haven't had any maintenance issues up to this point. The location is in a great spot with quick access to the 215 and close proximity to pretty much anything you might need. Highly recommend at least looking into this place before making a decision somewhere else.

Beautiful apartment with lovely amenities. I love the courtyard, the amazing gym, and can’t wait to go for a swim. Walls are thin however, and you hear every person walking down the hallway, talking. Overall a great place and prices are very fair for the area!

My husband and I have living here for about a few weeks now and I’m very impressed. The apartment is awesome. Abbi and the other office people are amazing. I have a positive experience every step of the way. Thank you all for going above and beyond.
