Metro at Fireclay

The lady at the desk was absolutely amazing! We have found a few apartments that we liked in the area. But Metro definitely is winning because of how amazing Lily was. She answered all of our questions. And we feel we vibed with her super well. Super cute. Management is important.

We had a great experience wiyh Gabriel. Very professional, responsive, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I want to leave a wonderful review for Aubrey in the leasing office. She has been amazing since we moved in. She is always kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about residents’ concerns. I’ve truly enjoyed her support and positive attitude—she’s a big reason I’ve had such a great experience here!

Just wanted to shout out Truman the Maintance worker here at Fireclay Aparments thanks for getting my washer and dryer working again I appreciate you! He is always kind and willing to help so just figured I would give you a good shout out on here . The staff here is very nice including people in the offices I enjoy living here i would recommend checking this place out .

Amenities are pretty nice, rooms are nice, and front office has always gone above and beyond, and I've always felt heard talking to them. Generally, I can't hear my neighbors too much. Elevators seem to go down pretty frequently, and the north stairwell smells like several dogs missed the grass. Overall, I think it's a pretty safe and convenient place to live, if slightly expensive.

Metro at Fireclay management team is always extremely helpful, kind, courteous, and prepared with solutions! This way I love living here at Metro 5 stars for sure.

All the staff here at Metro have been so kind and helpful with my move in! My first apartment had some issues but Chole & Jolie were so quick to step in and figure things out. I cannot praise them enough for how fast the response has been to any issue that arises. They definitely do not ignore their residents!

The complex has been really great so far. Management has always been very kind whenever I have to interact with them, which fortunately isn't really that often because everything's been pretty smooth. The parking garage gates are always broken but I've never had security issues. Lived here about 6 months now and have been enjoying it.

Gabriel and Chloe were both super helpful and ended up getting us into a super cute apartment. Fair prices and super great staff

I have been looking at places to rent and came across Metro and was so excited to go check it out. I was ecstatic to be given a tour of the model apartment that they have. The layout of the model is just what I am looking for. The person who gave me a tour Lily was so nice and friendly and answered all the questions I had written up before arriving. I am really appreciate the fact she took her time answering the question I had. I plan on following up with Lily as our leaser.

I came to tour over at Metro. The property was gorgeous, Lily toured us and showed us their model apartment. The model was really cute and the layout is just what we’ve been searching for! Planning to follow up with Lily as our leaser :)

Been living at Metro for 3.6 years now, they've made a lot of staff improvements and the maintenance times are a lot faster now (fixing elevators for example). They do have a program in place to prevent dog poop outside which has helped a lot but there's still a small problem with that remaining. The inner apartments themselves have a great layout and are clean with good appliances. There's a Trax station right next door which is great if you prefer public transportation or are unable to drive. The halls of the apartment looks modern and nice with a few colored highlights and big photos on the wall to add a homely feel. Overall I'm very satisfied with Metro at Fireclay apartments.

Great apartment with alot of modern features and good management. The low ratings some people have posted seems unfair, as the management although is not perfect, they are good and reasonable. The only thing that's gotten my attention is the elevator issue. There are 2 in my building and 1 hasn't been working for weeks. That being said, if you are patient enough to wait an extra 1 minute for it to arrive, not a huge issue. Overall, for what the rent is, it is a great deal.

I’ve only lived here a couple of months, but it is one of my most favorite places. I don’t even know where to start. The gym and pool is very nice, the location (so close to the freeway) has been great. Everyone working at the front desk always takes care of every problem and has really great energy. I highly recommend this place

They answer the phone and do the best they can. Would have better reviews if they had another staff member or two because I imagine it can be overwhelming. Their policies are thick, but you sign up for that!

Staff was very helpful and the apartments have bothe beauty and convenience! Destiney helped us reserve our apartment and since we are moving from Indiana they are holding it for us until we move here! This place has so much to do and feels very safe, my fiance and I are so excited to start our new lives here in one of the most beautiful places on earth!

This is my first google review ever and hands down to this place because it deserves it. I wish I could give more than 5 starts to Metro. I have lived here for over a year and barely renewed. The team is stellar, each of them deserves a shoutout. Jenny is such a knowledgeable manager and she is there to help residents. She has given me answers to all my questions and is always very respectful. Cindy is spectacular, she has a great attitude and she follows through with any issues that arise. Shane is so kind and friendly. He makes sure all residents are stress free while living here. He always have a welcoming attitude to anyone that comes with an issue. The few maintenance requests I have had to do have been take care of within 24 hours. Darren answers all my questions and he comes up with the most efficient solution always. Johnny is super fun and he is reliable, fast and an excellent worker. The people that complains about Metro probably come with a rude attitude. I have recommended this place to my friends and will continue to do so. Pretty affordable, nice amenities and needless to say an amazing team.

We moved in in may I believe and have had such a WONDERFUL experience. My small dog is always met with such enthusiasm and love by the front desk crew and it seems as tho talking to them in person for any issue, big or small, has been met with such kind and cool overtones. I found MANY nails in the parking garage in building one and took the nails to the front and they went right back and made sure everything was fine!!! We’ve met nothing but the kindest humans living here. The neighborhood might have a bad wrap but this complex is by far the best I’ve ever lived in. Every Amenity has been clean and well kept. My only issue is people not cleaning up after their pups!! Other than that, this place has been HEAVEN 😇

I'm very satisfied with my apartment. It's nice and a functional complex. I love the amenities. I love that it's pet friendly. I love that they get back to you quickly when there is an issue. We are loving it😊💙

I moved in last year in March (still currently live here) and have never experienced a better community that really cares about everyone’s well being. Every issue that has come up has been well thought of before anyone has mentioned. I’m not sure about these reviews of management not caring, it’s a huge lie, great things take time. You can’t have things happen to your liking because you think it should happen now. Places like these have a budget and need to go through approvals, just because things happen in between these approvals does not mean they do not care. Sadly many communities probably suffer these kinds of reviews. Metro is awesome and I feel well taken care of. Staff is awesome and now with their onsite security it’s just going to continue to be better. Office staff is knowledgeable and kind, always a pleasure to speak with them. Maintenance staff is always on top of things and work through many obstacles to make things happen as soon as possible. I understand many people have different experiences just know that if they make mistakes they will own up to them and fix their mistakes, something that’s very admirable for a community. THANKS METRO!!!

Great staff and maintenance team. They respond quickly to concerns and service needs. Very convenient location and lot of amenities, including a transit pass!
