    Amenities

    Beautiful units! Toured last week and had an absolute blast with the leasing agent that led us around! (Think it was Lindsey... Laura? Maybe.. something with an L) She was super friendly and knowledgeable about the complex as well as personable with the tenets. Amenities were nice and new with them currently working on building a pool. Feels like a more luxury complex for the well to do individual or family.

    I absolutely love it here! Lauren and Jason are so nice and caring. The application process was smooth because they made it easy and have the best attitude and willingness to help and work things out with you. We love our apartment, the area and the amenities are just amazing- this a great place for pets. The maintenance team is GREAT- quick response and efficient. We're very happy to be here!

    My wife was so pleased and so helped by Lauren M. And Jason both best and phenomenal people. My wife was the only one here Utah searching for a place and happened to swing by and filled out some papers calling me that she so excited and happy to know she found a brand new place in Midvale for the kiddos. My son (5months) and daughter (14yrs old) are so happy to have something so new they’re not use to it. Can’t wait for the pool to open up in Memorial Day to cook some meat in the grill and have our family and friends over. Thank you Jason and Lauren you guys been outstanding and so professional with my wife while I was in New Mexico. Thank you a gazillion times. I wish to have photos but in the near future.

    Best community in Midvale! It is beautiful! My kids are excited to use the pool and my husband loves the golf simulator! Lauren, the agent I worked with, was incredibly professional and helped me find the perfect apartment for my family and me. 100% recommend living here! Thank you Lauren!
