    It’s my first year here, I really like my neighbors, and management and maintenance have been fantastic to work with. Emma in the office is one of the kindest people I’ve met, she often does things almost like a guardian angel, she has been so kind and has looked out for me on so many occasions. I have a dog, a goldendoodle. He is a service dog, But Aspenwood has been excellent to work with during inspections and for any maintenance And again, I cannot sing Emma’s praises enough. My father and I are forever grateful to Emma for her kindness Thank you Colby M Also, I would like to think Isaac, I believe that’s his name, the maintenance guy he’s excellent!

    Aspenwood Apartments is Where I Call Home. I Can say that this Place is the Best Place I've ever lived. Johana the Manager and Malisha are like Family to me. They are very Professional, fun and Always here for their residents. The do fun activities for all the residents. The Pool is always clean and the Property is always kept up looking Fabulous. The Maintenance guys are always there if you Need anything Andrew, Luis and Abdu are here to assist you with everything. You guys are Truly the Best. This entire team is Professional and go above and beyond to make Sure that us Tenants are Happy.     For some reason it’s pulling my second email account, so my name isn’t showing. But my son and I have lived here since February. We love our place! I’ve heard loud music a handful of times and that’s the craziest it’s gotten. lol. Maintenance has had to come out to fix a few things, and they’ve done a great job. We love the fun things the office staff does. They’ve had raffles, have posted cute things at our door (like a small stuffed animal on National Bear day), and send out newsletters that I enjoy. The management and office staff have been helpful when I’ve had questions. I’m very happy with us living here! Melisa

    These apartments have been around for lots of years. They are mostly remodeled inside, including new vinyl windows, slidding glass door, with a really helpful Assistant Manager (Scott Johnson) someone you should come and talk to if your wanting to lease an apartment that is in the heart of the valley and can get away on roads that talk you to your work in minutes. Has stores in every direction within a few miles. Schools, churches, libraries, parks, are all around these apartments. Come and talk to the best Assistant Manager about renting at ASPEN-WOOD APARTMENTS in West Valley City.

    Place is pretty decent and quiet so far. Location is good. I love how close it is to my work place plus not to mention, it’s close to a lot of stores as well and walking distance to some food places and Beans & Brews! Gotta say though, Scott really came in clutch when I needed a place for me and my partner to stay! Super cool and awesome guy and made everything super smooth with our move in and everything. BEST ASSISTANT MANAGER EVER! Can’t thank you enough, Scott! We appreciate you 🖤

    Aspenwood is an upgrade from before, especially with the new leasing manager, Malisha. She's amazing! From multi-tasking all day she made sure my questions were answered in a timely manner.     The move from California to Utah was well worth it, when we chose to stay here at Aspenwood. My husband and I have only been here for 2 months but we’re so in love with our apartment. The property is beautiful, clean and well kept. The P.M Malisha, is very professional, friendly and reliable. I love how she’s very informative when it comes to issues with our apartment. The maintenance team amazes me as well. Malisha always makes sure they are aware of any problems we have in our apartment and the response time is always on point. Before the move in, I was able to view all of the beautiful amenities during my tour. The community has a swimming pool, a park and a bbq bench area near my apt for some picnic adventures with my husband, whenever we feel the need to get out of the house for a bit. The units are spacious and layout definitely feels like home. The apt is actually bigger than we thought, (even more satisfying). Our last apartment is nothing compared to Aspenwood. The employees here at Aspenwood are very sincere, always welcoming and because of them I’m happy to be an Aspenwood resident. Thank you Malisha and Luis, y’all are the best!

    Just moved in a week ago and the management especially the manager Malisha has been nothing but amazing! She is always quick to answer any questions we may have and made us feel so comfortable signing the dotted line to move in. She went above and beyond and met all of our expectations. The process was easy and transparent and she made sure we felt comfortable before anything else. The apartments renovations are super clean and the walls are pure white, and the hardwood floors are beautiful! We always have parking close to our home. I would rate the community and the staff here at aspenwood apartments a 10/10 and let all my family and friends know about this place. Thank you so much to Malisha and her team for making us feel at home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
