These apartments are beautiful, clean and the office staff were so kind and patient. We came late in the evening and we were still shown 2 different apartments. Both beautiful layouts. I only chose not to apply because my income didn’t reach the requirements. They are not too expensive though. I can’t remember the lady’s name that helped me but she did amazing.(pretty blond, shorter hair) I love how down to earth she was, I felt like I was talking to a person, not someone trying to make a sale. Thank you for that. You rock!

The location is awesome. For being an "older" complex, it's still in pretty great shape. Big, beautiful trees and a stream with ducks that run through the property. It's like living in a park. The office and maintenance staff have been so awesome to me. I've been picky and stressed at times and they have always been patient and helpful. Thank you!

As far as apartments go, it doesn’t get better than this! The workers at the office are always very willing to help and answer questions. Paying rent is simple and easy, and there’s not hidden prices. Today the office emailed saying that they are going to open the pool three weeks before Memorial Day because the weather is so nice. I really appreciate a living in a place that keeps things nice and uncomplicated!

Had a great tour at Promontory Point. Spent a day touring a ton of apartments and ultimately felt that it ticked all the boxes. Location is in a great spot to get to many different businesses quickly.

So i gave this place a one star, but sense the management has changed things are starting to get fixed. Jennifer took the time to walk to my apartment so she could look and see what’s wrong something the old management would not do. Maintenance guys are quick i give them a 10 and new management 10. I love the area and I’m starting to like my apartment. I’ll like it even better when the carpet gets changed.

I honestly love living here. It's such a beautiful area. Trinity and Mel are so sweet and help me out whenever I need it! The only downfall is I wish the apartments were a bit bigger for the price but honestly other than that, I love it here! Very friendly neighbors as well.

This place is amazingly clean! The staff here is super nice and the lobby is welcoming. Trinity gave us a great tour and what a sweet, very kind and patient person she is to answer all our questions along the way. She even baked fresh cookies afterwards! The pool area is clean and comfortable for my kids to have a fun and relaxing time. Definitely recommend this place Home Sweet Home.

Move in process was as straightforward as it gets. Trinity was very kind and professional. I showed up to lease a one bedroom apartment, and Trinity walked me through the process step by step, following up with necessary emails to ensure all the paperwork was completed. I received my keys within 24 hours and moved in 48 hours after signing the paperwork. Excellent service, the apartment is in great shape. 👍🏻

I love living here! First time in an apartment and it sincerely is a great place. The staff is all very nice, maintenance is quick and the grounds are always well kept. They recycle but you have to leave it out of your apartment and can't take it out yourself which sucks. Wish that there was laminate or wood flooring in the living room though. Edit 2021: the grounds are still better than a concrete jungle but the have gone way downhill. People frequently don't pick up their dog waste. There are unsupervised kids that steal things out of cars and constantly cause a ruckus.

As my wife arrived home it was difficult to unlock the door, it appeared as someone tampered with the lock. The office was notified and they quickly sprung into action to get it resolved. We are pleased and grateful to our community office. Thank you.

Really enjoy the place and the people! Job gets done on time, the garden looks beautiful all the time. The pool is always busy and that makes me happy.

Great apartment complex. Professional management and the grounds are kept up well. My only issue is I can hear almost every step my upstairs neighbors take. I think it's because of sound proofing issues. Besides that everything else is great here!

I am normally not one to post reviews before I have extensive experience dealing with what I am reviewing. However, I am happy to make an exception in this instance, if not downright excited to. When we all look for places to live, it’s easy enough to say that price point alone can be the sole or primary reason we make our choices. But in this instance, I choose to share my review about the exceptionally warm and professional service that Katie Mungiguerra, who is Sales and Marketing Associate for Promontory Point Apartments, has given us. From the first call of setting up our tour, Katie was incredible. Not only is her phone presence remarkable (which I’m sure all of us find rare in this day and age of phone interactions), but, once we arrived in person, I was delighted to see it’s not just a well presented persona. Katie happens to be one of the most professional, inviting, and knowledgeable points of contact for a business I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. To Katie’s managers, as well as the owner of the property, pay her more, and cherish the caliber of employee that you have in your midst. She truly is an asset to you, and those of us that already, or are soon to, call Promontory Point home. I would be remiss if I did not also mention the exceptional work done by the the hard work and meticulous attention to detail of the grounds keeping staff. From the first step onto the property, as well as the driving around of the grounds that was done, I must say I’m impressed. So many apartments choose to only focus on the paint, or the leasing office portion of the property. I assure you, regardless of the building or unit, you shall not find yourself wanting when it comes to the presentation of your home. Exceptionally done, and one can almost see the loving care put into each square foot of the property. Finally, my review intended for the owner. As in so many businesses, it’s easy to forget the thoughtful nature that has been put into the care and selection of the employees you hire. In this instance, I am entirely aware of the decisions that have been made in the maintenance and care of your property and business. I happily look forward to giving you a piece of the money I work hard to earn. So long as you invest into your property and your employees, which so far is evident, I am excited to know that my well spent money can continue to contribute to the well-being and warmth that your complex has to offer, even after I take my leave. At first I really liked the privacy and the price of the apartments. Then I was impressed by the quality of service that the management team provides. They even do annual maintenance check ups on the apartment!

We called this place home for a year. There were definitely more pros than cons! First and foremost the staff can make or break a place in my opinion. The staff at Promontory Point was extremely flexible, courteous, and responded in a very timely manner to all issues no matter what the size or severity. They bent over backwards to remedy a noise complaint in which the tenant above our apartment made no attempt to try and stop their maniacal late night/early morning stomping and pounding. The staff (Katie, Suzanne, Jason)dealt with this issue as best they could and eventually moved us away from the situation and we were finally afforded a sound night of sleep! Thank you all! Maintenance staff was by far the best we have experienced. They were incredibly prompt and fixed any issue (even swapping out a broken fridge) the day of the filing of the request usually within an hour or two...amazing job by them. The fitness center is small but if you know what you're doing in a gym (i.e.free weights) it has exactly what you need. Parking is convenient and open sided style which keeps the bulk of the snow off in the winter. While the buildings are older and you will notice that the floors are very loud when someone lives above you. The walls are pretty thin as well and you will be able to hear your neighbors clearly (especially if they like to yell or sing loudly/watch TV/music) Also sadly a few unresponsible dog "owners" refuse to accept the responsibility of cleaning up the poop of their beloved furry friend. This ruins the nice lawns and even most of the adjacent city park to the west of the apartment property. So be careful where you step. In the winter you'll see dog poop piling up on snow and left for weeks on end outside of the offending apartments until the thaw out. Very disgusting! Give this place a fair chance if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood with all the essential shopping you need just a few blocks away. If we weren't relocating for work we would have continued to stay here.

I have lived at 4 different apartment complexes in my life, and never have I seen such thoughtful and caring management as I have here at Promontory. The office management is kind, understanding and supportive! They are even offing to bring essentials to us during this COVID period, and occasionally leave thoughtful gifts at the door (air fresheners, treats, etc.) They also put relevant events together for the community to participate in throughout the year. The maintenance team is efficient, friendly and always communicates whatever the concern is with us in a timely manner so we are involved in the resolution. The property is clean and well kept, and the community is wonderful. I frequently recommend promontory to those I know looking for a new residence.
