Love the main M-F maintenance men! They always show my dog love, make us feel comfortable in our apartment, are always friendly & quick w the repairs I need. I only ever had to wait less than 3 hours (MAX) for them (I make my requests in advance or fairly early in the day), which is so nice bc I dont have to worry about staying home to wait or my dog being stuck in the room. Thank you so much! The office has been such a great help as well w information, addressing access issues for the amenities and regulations for pet owners. The manager was very empathetic w me reporting a incident and took swift appropriate action to ensure the safety of my senior dog & I. The communication (that goes both ways) is WAY better than my last place of residence. I am thankful we came to such a competent complex!!!

Management was so nice and professional and gave me a tour of the community and the apartment was beautiful. My fur baby got a treat.. thank you for your time , we'll see what happens ,:) I would feel safe here.. have a good day

We moved to Parc View about 3 years ago, and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We lived in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment for over two years, then moved to the townhomes. From day one, we were always treated with respect, attention, and so much care. The Parc View team is amazing, especially Eve, Roger, and Rob. Anytime we needed maintenance, they were there within minutes and never left until everything was fixed. The pool and gym are truly amazing, always clean and very well maintained. We will miss Parc View every single day. Thank you so much to the entire Parc View team, we are incredibly grateful for everything you provided and for these 3 years together. I wish you all the best!

Michelle and Logan gave us the best tour! The property and amenities are beautiful, the units are well maintained and thoughtfully designed, and the onsite staff/management is top notch. We aren’t looking to move until Spring, but look forward to learning more about what is coming available within our moving timeframe.

Above and beyond! Jason, the manager, printed out our concerns and took care of each one promptly and carefully! So refreshing to live in a complex managed & cared for by great ppl!

Eve was so much help, and was a great personality to work with. She took us on a tour of the townhomes and of the entire gym/clubhouse/pool area. She made the application process very simple, and was very patient with us throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Eve and Parcview with a 10/10 experience.

I’ve been living here for almost a month now and I’m very happy with how everything came into place. Roger has helped us since the very beginning and has made the moving process a piece of cake! We love the apartment layout, amenities, etc! If you’re looking for modern apartments at a good rate I highly recommend Parc View! The staff will not disappoint you.

We are so excited about living at Parcview! I love the management staff, my husband does, too. They’re part of the reason we moved in. Truly personable, honest, always willing to help and answer questions. Love them to pieces! We also love our townhome, so many windows, light and fresh. The 2-car garage is wonderful, I think we’ll live here forever.

Apartments are beautiful modern and clean. The staff at the leasing office is amazing. Shoutout to Roger! Applying was easy and any maintenance is always handled promptly. Amenities 10/10. Highly recommend.

Great experience so far living here. I have a busy schedule and the leasing office was great in getting me in quickly when I needed to move. Maintenance is awesome I’ve had a couple requests for minor things and they been efficient. Really appreciate the service here

I love the costumer service everyone does a great job by helping you and to make you feel comfortable as soon you ask for help they get there in less than a minute, round of applause to you team!!

Jason is daMan! He has gone above and beyond with his assistance and fixes, large and small, for me on every occasion and with great humor and attitude. The rest of the team are always friendly around the property although I have not worked with them directly yet.

We lived here for nearly 2 years and I want to share a fully transparent review for me PERSONALLY with no bias from others' experience. Office is organized. People are easy to work with and friendly. They often do fun things for the community for holidays (free breakfast and lunch, snacks, stuff like that). Had an incident with my vehicle--they took care of me. Should have no problems with staff as they are professionals. Maintenance is good overall. Whenever there were issues, we were taken care of--they are FAST and solve problems fast. We appreciate their sense of urgency when needed. They keep the complex pretty clean. They have a nice dog park, pool, and gym. There is a play ground and a lot of side walks. Fields and open spaces. Pavilions with grills, etc. They have food trucks that come and they do community events. The townhouse we were in was nice, good build quality overall and very modern. Spacious with great storage. No major complaints. Moving out was smooth, some of the fees questionable, but oh well, not a big deal. Truthfully, the biggest issue with this place is *SOME* of the people who live here. Countless times we've had to deal with noise (loud music after hours), speeding cars within the complex, trash around the dumpsters (shout out to maintenance for cleaning up after others, shameful), and overall individuals disregard to the complex rules. People don't clean up after their dogs after several warnings. There is a huge disregard for the complex rules, and though staff try their best--we never saw any real world changes. We wish staff were more stern with the rules they implement. Overall, this place is a pretty good place to live, competitively priced. Would be 5/5 stars if some of the residents would act like adults, although that is out of staff's control. Recommend overall.

I just barely moved in, but so far I’ve been having a great experience. Eve helped me from day one and she is amazing and super helpful. I had a fast move in and she was super quick on getting my approval done. I haven’t heard my neighbors yet (which is amazing). The only issue is the parking situation, it’s always full but honestly either adding on a garage or a carport will solve that.

I’ve lived here for just over three years. Staff are friendly, helpful, and resolve maintenance requests quickly (sometimes Jimmy John’s—style freaky fast); the complex is beautifully landscaped; the amenities are good; and Parc View is in a great location. I’ve enjoyed living here. Crime: A few reviews mentioned problems with crime, but that hasn’t been my experience. Dog Poop: Management does what they can to get people to clean up, but some people seem hell-bent on demonstrating why democracy is a bad idea (if you can’t pick up after your dog, why should you get to vote?). Parking: Occasionally a problem, especially on weekends. If you aren’t fortunate enough to get a covered parking spot or a garage (both of which are extra charges), you’ll be annoyed when someone is hosting a party and there isn’t a parking spot left for you in your area. Pool and Hot Tub: I suggest you do not rent the first- or second-level apartments closest to the pool, especially if you like to go to bed before ten. Too much noise, especially from the gate constantly slamming shut. Fire Alarms: They work. Fortunately, they don’t work as frequently as they used to. Sound-proofing: The walls and floors aren’t as soundproof as I expected for a place as nice as Parc View. You’ll hear your upstairs neighbors walking around, though it’s not terrible as long as they aren’t running or wearing high heels or boots. Things can get quite intimate at night when you’re trying to go to sleep and you hear the conversation from people below you (there seems to be a poorly insulated vent between apartments that allows sounds to carry surprisingly well). Buy ear plugs and you’ll be fine.

Eve has been amazing with us. Really good leasing agent that never lost contact with me and helped me and my family during the entire process of the leasing contract. On top of that, place is really good, renewed townhouses, really beautiful pool, club house and a very equipped gym.

Love eve she is such a big help !!! I can’t remember the other girl in fronts name, but she is also amazing. I think this place really cares about the people interested in moving here. My family feels very welcomed every time we come in.
