The Ridge Apartments

After 5 years of living here, with heavy heart I had to move on. Without hesitation I can call this place a home. I’ll be missing the breathtaking mountain views from my window, proximity to shops, parks, entertainment. Jessica and Ciera were always there to help and from my experience they were very responsive to any concerns I had. Now, there were issues along the way like delayed garage door fixes, gym treadmills taking long to fix, trash rooms being littered but usually that got taken care of. The community can definitely benefit from stricter rule enforcement so that those who violate quite hours or leave their waste or don’t clean after their dog get reprimanded and punished for repeated violations. However, all these problems are minor nuisances that were taken care of quickly and couldn’t eclipse what Ridge had to offer. Large chunk of my life passed here filled with beautiful memories. I recommend this community, especially B building, especially the east side.

So far, I am loving living at The Ridge! Huge shoutout to Jessica, she’s been amazing throughout the entire process. So helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. Couldn’t be happier with my new home.

I’m in shook on how some of these recent reviews are..these apartments have been doing me so great so far! Jessica was (& still is) super nice & helpful! When I needed my heater fixed, maintenance came right away! Beautiful units! Clean hallways! So far my neighbors have been so nice since my move in. Everything I shop for is all nearby & best part is the views! I’m obsessed! 😍 I’ll definitely recommend leasing here! 🫶🏽

These apartments are really nice with great amenities. I primarily moved in for the breathtaking Mountain View’s and a wonderful leasing manager by the name of Alicia! I couldn’t be happier.

Love living here, but if you move here don’t move into an apartment near the chess board. The chess pieces are so loud and every day it seems kids are throwing them around even after hours late at night. Drives me absolutely insane. Even when addressing to management they will not move them.

The Ridge Apartments provided a welcoming environment and followed through with all that was promised! There were no hidden fees and no confusing paperwork to sign. The underground parking that is included is fantastic. The office staff has been responsive, friendly, and helpful. The facilities are clean both outside and inside, and maintenance keeps everything running smoothly. Conveniently located, affordably priced, and with beautiful amenities, The Ridge is a wonderful, modern, fresh place to live!

Ridge has been great place to live for me. Place is really well maintained and clean. I did not have any issues in the apartment either. Staff is very friendly. The terrace is really beautiful with mountain view and place to sit, relax and grill. Hot pool is open all year which is great. Underground parking has ample spots and is very safe. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking a great place to stay in this area.

I have been living here for 11 months now. Ridge is really a great place to live. I will divide my review into pros and cons with things mostly positive. Pros - Staff is very friendly and professional, they work very promptly to resolve any issues. - The whole property is kept clean and well maintained, all their facilities remain functional like pool, hot tub, grill etc. - Neighbors are decent and courteous. - Underground parking has ample spots. - Apartments are good quality, I barely had to place a work order since I moved in. - Appliances are well maintained and good quality. -Location is great, 3 major grocery stores in very close proximity, very close to 215 and I-15. - I have seen them Sanitizing common areas frequently and are cleaned often. Cons: - Walls are really thin so you can probably hear neighbors TV sometimes. - There is a mandatory media package with cable TV, which I don't use, but I think that's the case with all apartments in the area. Conclusion- This is a great place to live, they offer great value for what you pay and will definitely recommend it.

The Ridge apartments are well located, just minutes from I-15, 2-15, and all the shopping and restaurants you could possibly want, which makes this location ideal! We originally had planned on living here for only a year, but ended up staying for almost two, partly because the office staff was so accommodating and helpful, they made the needed adjustments to our lease multiple times as our plans changed and were always willing and able to offer us the best options for our situation. While living in any apartment complex it’s to be expected that there will be occasional annoyances like hearing your neighbors, or noisy water pipes, but what makes living at the ridge worth it is the staff’s willingness to work with you and help you as the tenant. The staff at the ridge will take care of you and help you with any concerns or problems that you may have. They care about their tenants and care about running a good business, which in our eyes is worth a lot! We will happily and highly recommend any of our family or friends to the ridge apartments!

Great place to live! The apartments are new and have a great aesthetic. There are many amenities available to residents including pool, outdoor patio area with useable grills, fitness room, commons area, disposable doggy bags by grass areas, parking garages, and in unit washer and drier. Fees for DirectTV, parking and internet are added to rent which can be paid as a single lump sum. The office staff are easy to work with and before quarantine they would host monthly resident activities.

The Ridge Apartments are fantastic! The office staff are friendly, professional and attentive. Highlights- the incredible view of the mountains, clean, new, spacious apartments, great deck area and a quiet, comfortable feeling. The application process was straightforward and simple which was helpful in my situation of needing to find a place during the closing process of my home sale. I like the quick, easy access to grocery stores, the gym, freeways and restaurants. Woke up this morning with a beautiful view, just outside my window, of the mountains and my heart felt joy. Thank you Ridge and staff. You guys are great!

I am so stoked to live here. Mindy and Brittany are absolutely wonderful. They have been so prompt with the whole process and friendly! The place is so clean and well kept. Love the vibe of the place. Very different from cold apartments I have stayed at before. I am so satisfied with everything!

I’m reviewing The Ridge after moving and honestly, if I wasn’t moving out of state, I would just stay put because this is probably the best apartment complex I have lived in...the location, perfect view, amenities, quality of construction (I almost never heard my neighbors), and perhaps most importantly, the amazing staff. Alicia is dedicated, friendly, understanding, and really, just outstanding at her job. I moved to The Ridge from another state and Alicia made this process as painless as possible. She has an impeccable memory. Anyway, yes, it IS expensive, but if you look at other comparable apartments, I think your money is well spent here. I really enjoyed calling this home for 1.5 years.

We recently moved into the apartments and I just have to say how much help the office staff was with everything. The apartments are so beautiful, lots of space, the lay outs are amazing. The view in the back of our building is very nice personally speaking. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who looks into them.

Cant believe how lucky i got by getting the opportunity to stay here. My girlfriend and I visited this apartment first, out of everywhere we looked at, and knew it was the one. The manager, Mindy, could not be any more welcoming and helpful! Highly recommended.

These apartments are stunning and well kept. The views from the common spaces were the best I had seen on my apartment search. Alicia was also so helpful and allowed me to move in very quickly upon my request! They also do a ton of events for their residents, which I am looking forward to.

Holy moly guacamole. These guys are awesome!! Super clean, secure facility with amazing customer service. Moved in no issue, they even had carts to help us get from the car to the apartment. The whole process was amazing and super easy. The office staff (Mindi and Alicia) even helped us through the application process and easily outlined every detail of the fees and rent payments. Told us exactly how much the first and second months would be and helped us to budget everything out. The whole process, from initial application to final move in took 3 days because me and my roommates needed immediate housing, and these guys definitely got the job done WELL. 10/10 would move in again. Love this place.

These apartments are so clean and secure and just amazingly beautiful. They offer so many amazing amenities, and the front office staff especially Mindi and Alicia are so nice and made the application process really easy. It’s a very welcoming community and would honestly recommend to any of my friends and family. Heck I might even recommend a random stranger for these apartments. Nicest place I have ever lived!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

So far my experience has been phenomenal! The staff is extremely kind & welcoming. I checked out a few different apartment complexes & honestly decided to go for this place because of 1) the view & 2) how welcoming the atmosphere is. I’m very excited to see what this complex is all about 😇

I lived at the Ridge for about a year and a half. The location was convenient and the view unbeatable. The buildings themselves are pretty new as well, I remember driving past them as they were being built. While I never used the majority of amenities (pool, etc.) I know they were there in case I wanted to. The staff was nice and responsive, always doing their best to try and resolve any problems that came up. When it came to issues like something breaking (a rare occurrence) it would be taken care of nearly immediately, which is something I very much appreciate. Unfortunately there is a serious problem, which is not the fault of the staff and one they were powerless to address. The construction of the building is shoddy beyond belief. The walls are not sound-insulated at all. This is a general issue with apartment buildings in Utah, because as it turns out the building codes must have been designed by someone incompetent or malicious. I first moved into the second floor of building D, and was unable to sleep because the dogs in the apartment above me were running all night. After a few months I asked to be moved to another appointment. The staff were very accommodating and I ended up on the top floor of building A. I was only too willing to pay extra so there would be nobody above me. Unfortunately my neighbor would talk to himself all night long. It wasn't uncommon to hear him from 10PM to 3AM. After that, he'd snore. The thing is, he wasn't even raising his voice while talking, and was definitely not violating any noise ordinances. The man certainly had the right to talk inside his home. I never heard another voice respond and I don't know what his story was, but the incessant droning would drive me insane. I had no choice but to surround myself with various humming devices, such as an air purifier and a humidifier, which were usually able to drown him out. That's how I lasted so long. (For comparison I now live in an apartment in a state where the building codes aren't inhumane, and despite being surrounded by neighbors on four sides, I've not heard any of them even once. It's been two months now.) Overall I'd recommend the Ridge, but keep in mind that your mileage may vary depending on how light of a sleeper you are and on whether you are lucky to have neighbors that tend to be quiet at night. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, however, you'll definitely have the best experience.

Moving from Vegas to Sandy, the ladies in the office have been very helpful and very pleasant. We enjoyed our experience with The Ridge.

I toured a plethora of properties before arriving at The Ridge. The minute I walked into the Leasing Office I was enthusiastically greeted by the staff and was privileged to work with Mindy to execute my lease. Mindy toured me through a unit, helped provide a few options from me to choose from, and made the entire process seamless and worry-free. I am very excited about the incredible views from the deck, the pool area, underground parking, etc. The required media package includes underground parking and is cheaper than the other properties that have separate fees for EVERYTHING. Thank you Mindy and team for making my experience so fantastic!

The views are incredible as well as the amenities. The 2 bedroom apartments are spacious and extremely modern. The office is attentive and kind. The complex is only 2 years old and everything you can imagine whether food, medical needs, or entertainment is about a five minute drive. The neighbors are all very friendly as well. This is the nicest place I've ever lived.

This being my first time living in an apartment home, I feel pretty lucky that I found this place. I could not be happier! Launnee is amazing as well as Alicia and Mindy! From the moment I walked in the front door of the leasing office I have felt like I was home. The staff and maintenance crew are very concerned with your well being and making sure that everything is perfect. Anything you need they are there to help. And the view doesn't suck!

I moved into The Ridge in April of 2019 and I have loved my time here thus far. As soon as I came in to tour, I knew these luxury apartments were bound to become my new home. The ladies in the leasing office are just delightful - very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. They answer questions with no hesitation and lay everything out just how it is. I have yet to encounter hidden fees or anything that wasn’t made clear to me before I signed. The amenities offered seem great - I haven’t made use of the pool or gym yet, but they seemed very nice when I toured. The parking garages are so nice, and make access to the building really easy. Call boxes on the buildings to let guests in from your cell phone is my favorite thing. The valet trash service makes my life sooo easy. Internet is provided by Fastel, and I’ve had zero issues with it! I hooked up my router and was good to go, and it runs perfectly, gaming, streaming and all. The building and design itself is so beautiful. I was the lucky first tenant in my apartment, and I love how new and well-put-together everything is. The white cabinetry and black accents, with laminate wood floors, and white quartz counter-tops is so modern and luxurious. Everything functions as it should, stainless steel appliances and all. There are plenty of outlets for use, which is so important in my technology-bound life! Upon move-in, they let you inspect the place and send their maintenance man to fix any building issues. The living space is enough for a nice sized couch and rug, with room still to entertain. The laundry room and pantry both provide some extra storage space, which is great. The closet in my one-bedroom apartment is quite roomy as well, so it’s storage and a closet for me. The bedroom comfortably houses my queen size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, and a desk without feeling cramped at all. Interior hallways and elevators are nice, stairwells are well kept and I always feel safe in the buildings and garages. The private balconies are roomy and there’s a sliding screen door as well. I face north and get plenty of natural lighting at all hours of the day. The sound from Union Park Ave is definitely perceptible if you’re in a dead quiet space - but not on a level that it would bother anyone. Of course when I open up the windows, the sound of passing cars does fill the space, but I enjoy traffic noise. It quiets down in the later evening and in the mornings anyway. I’m sure if you face east of course, it will be much quieter. I think it still goes without mention that the location is amazing, with everything you could ever need within 5-10 minutes. The only qualm I have is how loud the air conditioning/heating unit is, but I can just turn up the TV and tune it out. But it does its’ job and usually isn’t on for long anyway! All in all, The Ridge is exactly what I was looking for in taking a step above average daily living! It’s quiet and clean and provides stunning views of the valley. I have a very modern style that is amplified by the design. Living here has been ideal and I can’t imagine it’d change for any reason, as the standards seem high for every resident and for management. Big thanks to Launnee and Mindy for helping me find my dream home! I recommend The Ridge with zero hesitation.

Alicia was very friendly and easy to communicate with while we were applying to live here. The place is beautiful with lots of amenities, underground parking, and an amazing view.

The property is fantastic with all new buildings and amenities- the gym is pretty slick. I love the valet trash service, I never knew that was missing from my life. The clubhouse is welcoming and the staff does fun resident functions usually a few times a month. Speaking of the staff, the Manager Mindy and one of her agents Alicia (hope I spelled that right!) are so friendly and helpful! My questions are always answered promptly and I love that they're so upbeat.

Came to tour for the first time today and Alicia showed me 3 different apartments after I told her what I was looking for with so much genuine excitement. Every apartment I saw had a stunning interior and view none of the other countless places I’ve toured lately even come close to. Life size chess, cornholl, pool with an unbeatable view — no place in the Sandy area compares to the ridge!

The views, amenities, and apartments are great! Also, everyone in the leasing office is incredibly helpful. I broke my lease due to unforeseen circumstances, figured out everything, and ended up being able to reverse my lease breaking and stay here. Everyone I talked to about this was understanding about my situation, and I'm so glad I get to keep living here! Good management is key, and this place has it. If The Ridge is on your short list, go for it!

The Ridge is amazing. It has all I have been looking for, location/view, room quality, and last but not least the management. I moved in the first day it opened to business, back in August 2017, and I don't really have issues that I have to call the office until last week. I found the elevator door was a bit sluggish, and I emailed the office. It responded quickly by sending a ticket out and by the time I am back, it was well fixed. The only "downside" I will say is that only check is fee-free to pay the rent, and the check has to be delivered to the Office in person. It still charges fees for any other ways, including credit card and auto withdraw from bank. Well when it comes to the upper side is that we see the amazing management team monthly otherwise we don't really have a reason to meet them as the apartment has always been perfectly maintained.

Loving my new place so far. The view of the mountains from my room is amazing. So many great places to eat nearby too. The freeway is nearby too which makes it super convenient for me to get to work. The building is brand new and well maintained. Also the staff is super friendly and helpful and made the whole move in process easy.

I’m so happy we moved in here! It’s clean, everything is brand new, and the staff is amazing!! The fire pits are a great place to hang out and I love the mountain views and underground parking garage.

Great place to live! Management has been great and have been very timely on all of my maintenance needs. All of the staff is friendly and professional. Outdoor pool and hot tub, washer and dryer in your unit, and it is quiet at night. Competitive prices in brand new buildings make it hard to pass on living here.

These apartments are awesome! The location is awesome super close to I 215, food options and entertainment. The view is amazing! The management staff is the best I have ever dealt with! The amenities are really nice as well. I do wish there was a small dog park but that's above and beyond. I am very happy living here and would recommend it to anyone!

I moved cross country and Mindy & Alicia made it very, very easy. Pleasant, helpful, quick to respond and always a great attitude. They found us a great unit and we are very pleased with the location and amenities. An item that could be improved upon is the gym; its adequate & clean but a larger area with more equipment would match what other apartments in the area offer.

AMAZING PROPERTY AND STAFF! We moved here from San Antonio and the ladies in the office made everything so easy and effort less and took care of everything promptly. The maintenance staff is very prompt as well. The property is well maintained with a lot of amenities. No issues so far with our move here to the complex and would recommend them!

I’ve lived here since it first opened. The staff is really great. The views are amazing and the building security is really nice. All the other tenants are great to live around too.

I moved in early May. I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review to make sure everything stayed as great as it was when I moved in. And it has, plus some: (1) Management is outstanding, I cannot speak highly enough of them. They communicate timely and clearly. Always willing to go the extra mile to help or do whatever they can to make your experience 5 stars. (2) the apartments are beautiful and spacious. I live in a 2 bedroom and I love the set up of the apartment. I also love having an attached patio. (3) No smoking apartment and area. Obviously this is a personal preference and isn’t for everyone. But, this was a big reason we decided to stay here and management has been active in making sure it stays that way. I appreciate that and really shows how great the management is. (4) Beautiful grounds and area, plus pool, hot tub, grill and patio area, and outdoor games. Very nice to have that all on site. And (5) the entire area surrounding The Ridge is great. Movie theater across the street, great food and shopping options. Overall, just a great place and I love living here.

We have been living at The Ridge for almost a month and it has been great. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Alicia got us approved quickly and were choosing our unit within days of applying, and everyone else we have interacted with since moving in has been so pleasant. They are very responsive and quick to handle issues. We needed some appliances looked at and they had someone over to check them the next day. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained and the views are unmatched. It has been a wonderful experience so far!

After looking at many apartments I do like these ones. But for the time being I'm going elsewhere, not because there price but better things come along. The staff is friendly. This place is brand new,It has great views from either side of the buildings. And no I never lived here. Just toured it and was impressed.

It's rare to run across businesses that still understand the importance of good customer service. The Ridge has this down in spades. Across the board, there is nothing lacking at this incredibly beautiful, well designed, conveniently located, superbly run establishment. No, I'm not being paid for writing this. It's simply the truth. Lexus will accommodate your needs, answer your questions, help with any concerns and do so genuinely. She's great. If you're looking for a place to hang your hat and haven't considered The Ridge yet, do yourself a favor and go see what they have to offer. They won't disappoint.

I have lived here for about a week and I moved in out of state. Before my move in, I visited Salt Lake City and only had a weekend to go house hunting. Even though they were about to close, Alicia was happy to give me a tour. She made it so easy to fill out paperwork and get all of the information via e-mail and phone, even though I was not local. I always got prompt responses from her and she was so accommodating, making it easy for me to just show up and move in! I liked how there were no hidden random costs, rent and fees were communicated upfront and what they include. The mountain view is beautiful and the location is great. All shopping is just a few blocks away and the freeway is easy and quick to get to. There is ample parking and their gym is always clean. I've only had one maintenance request so far and someone was in my apartment to help within 20 minutes! There is also a beautiful lounge area with coffee and hot chocolate and they host resident events. Each building is locked so a visitor has to ring you in order to enter the building. Mindy and Alicia are always accommodating and friendly and they made my move so effortless. The apartment complex is well maintained, clean, and beautiful, and I am happy with my choice to move here.

You cannot beat the view from The Ridge Apartments! These brand new apartments are in an awesome location being next to a ton of food options, shopping, and close to the freeway for easy access to Salt Lake City and the mountains! The view of the mountains and downtown is amazing from your apartment, the patio, the gym, and even the pool! I love it! The office staff is fantastic, super friendly and helpful. They will do everything they can to help you out and make you feel at home. Maintenance is very timely and everything is already brand new and clean which makes your move in a breeze and hassle free. The Ridge Apartments provide community games out on the huge patio and they also coordinate resident events so you can get to know your neighbors. The Ridge has been the best apartments I have lived at. They are modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff has been so friendly and accommodating and the amenities are unlike any apartment around. The location of these apartments are also in a prime spot! Easy access to the freeway and you have countless food options. I love being a resident here!

The location is perfect for me due to the close proximity to work, downtown, and the mountains. Rent here and you will not be disappointed!
