Corrections & removals
Tell us what's wrong, and we'll fix it.
Apartment History aggregates publicly available information. We want it to be accurate. If something is wrong, out of date, or you'd like a listing reviewed, we read every request and respond.
Not affiliated
Apartment History is an independent, renter-side tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any property, owner, or management company named on this site, and none of them have reviewed or approved what appears here. Property names and the names of management companies are used only to identify the places we describe.
Where the information comes from
- · Reviews— public Google reviews, in the reviewers' own words. We don't write them, edit them, or score the place; we show the rating over time and the change-point.
- · Apartment facts(beds, sq ft, fees, amenities, management) — from each property's own public website, with the date we read it. We never publish rent or availability.
- · Public records — FBI crime data, EPA walkability, FCC broadband, and weather, each linked to its source.
Request a correction or removal
If you own or manage a property and something is inaccurate — or you'd like the listing corrected or removed — email hi@apartmenthistory.com with:
- · the building name and its page link,
- · the specific detail that's wrong (and the correct value, if you have it), and
- · how you're connected to the property.
We review every request and reply, typically within a few business days. Note that the reviews themselves are public Google reviews written by residents — to remove an individual review you'd contact Google, but we can correct the facts we publish and review any listing on request.
Copyright concerns
We publish facts and link back to original sources, not others' creative content. If you believe something here infringes a copyright you hold, email hi@apartmenthistory.com with the specific material, the work it copies, and your contact information, and we'll address it promptly.
