Aspira at Anthem

We've been living here for about 5 months now and everything's pretty good other than the neighbors downstairs they get mad at us around 4:00pm or 7:0pm but we have a toddler, who does walk around a lot and they pound on the floor which scares the living hell out of our poor toddler, because the floors are pretty thin but we do have rugs down to help with that but I think they just have sensitive hearing or something down there. The people at the office are good people and they do help you and fix issues, it just takes time and the guys that do maintenance are really great and on top of everything that you need done, and everyone is super nice, the biggest problem that we are having now with summer is the pool area is always crowded and loud blaring radio, constantly blaring and parties with drinking with glass bottles and people throwing balls around and it makes the pool area unsafe for little kids and little families that want to go down and enjoy some peace and quiet around the pool on weekends especially you and your little family don't get to do that here because the people that are down there all the time are destroying the place quite literally leaving it littered and gross and in tatters, with all the furniture scattered around and even if you wanted to go down there you wouldn't get a Sit anywhere because it's always being used by the same big group of people, I don't think most of them actually live here, I believe that if they did live here they would show respect and not have loud music and not have loud parties and throwing things around at the pool and getting drunk down there with their glass bottles and loud music just making it uncomfortable for other families that pay good money to live here to enjoy those types of amenities too, like we can't even go down and barbecue for a couple hours because the group that is always down there is sitting around the barbecuers and using them the whole time, because we go down and check to see if they're available but they never are and we just get people that give us mean looks when we go down to check to see if they're available ,we wanted to go to the pool this weekend but we couldn't do it, I drove down to see if I could find any parking and there was no parking but the problem is when I drove by we were getting all kinds of nasty looks from the people at the pool when we were looking for a parking spot, which made us feel unsafe to even go to the pool, there is a lot of people that go there and I don't know if maybe they are renting out the pool area and that's why it's so busy down there and that's why there was music that was loud,and partying and for whatever reason, every time we try to go down there that's always happening so I'm not sure if they're renting the pool out every weekend or what. But to be completely honest I think that the apartment should put better restrictions in place, if they're not renting the pool area out to people ,or maybe have a person at the office during the weekends to regulate what's going on down there so other families can have a chance to use the amenities that we all pay for and make it a safe and quieter space for everybody and make it more comfortable space for other families that live here and not just a bunch of guests on the weekend, that come on the weekend who are literally comfortable destroying our clubhouse space and our pool. But other than that living here is that not that bad if you don't mind not going down to the shared Clubhouse.

A really great team of people in the office, amazing maintenance team, very spacious apartment units, overall it's a good place.

I’ve been living here for almost three years. No complaints at all. New management is doing a phenomenal job.

My husband and I love living here! Even though there are some things needing improvement, the new managers in the office are doing a great job! It’s nice to have someone that cares about the current residents and wants to fix issues.

I've lived in these apartments for nearly three years now, and though I had a rough start, Kevin and Charlie have been incredibly helpful. Charlie has especially worked with me on rent and other matters, more than I can express. For most of my time here, there weren’t many activities, but over the past six months, they’ve started organizing events for the complex, which is a nice improvement. They’ve also upgraded the gym and are enforcing rules to maintain the property. It’s a nice place to live, and it keeps getting better.

The receptionist named Cristina was so helpful she was willing to help with whatever I needed. It made the experience really easy and it was super helpful!!

Just moved in a couple months ago and i have been absolutely loving it. Charlie helped me pick my apartment out, we looked at a few and she was super patient and super helpful to help me find everything i was looking for! So far no issues since I've been here and ill definitely be recommending to anyone I know looking for apartments :)

We have lived here for a little while. Bedrooms are big as well as the apartment. The leasing process was smooth and the managers are amazing!

Recomiendo este lugar para vivir, pero siempre y cuando rentes tu garaje. La infraestructura está bien, los apartamentos son espaciosos, la basura la recogen a tiempo, no tengo ningún tipo de problemas ni ruidos, me encanta la torre donde vivo. Existen sus focos de atención, como en todo lugar, pero definitivamente son muchas más cosas buenas que malas. Lo que sí sugiero a su staff es verificar mejor a los aplicantes, pues hay unos que otros que no deberían vivir aquí.

Helpful and accommodating front office staff.

This place is great, and they have fantastic facilities. The office staff is really excellent to work with and the maintenance staff is always right there if anything needs fixing. Very professional. Prices are better than most other apartments as well.

Aspira at Anthem is in a great location, with mountain views, proximity to lots of shopping, and easy access to all the outdoor activities Utah offers. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent maintenance team. Well appointed units. A great place to live. Buck

I recently moved out due to a job transfer, and the office staff were super helpful during my time here. Maintenance was always responsive, and kept everything in great shape. Overall, a positive experience! 😊

This is my third revision to this review. They just got a new manager Chelsea and she's an absolute dream. I decided to renew for another year (they didn't raise the rent). I still wouldn't recommend dealing with Logan Priddy. He doesn't care about anyone beyond getting you to sign that lease. I've heard similar complaints about him from my neighbors as well. Wish they would just get rid of him all together! After all, we have to live here, he just works here

I lived here for a year. The apartments are pretty nice. Overpriced, but so is pretty much everywhere else. Staff was friendly and helpful, but a few times there was no one in the office all day on Saturday during stated office hours. Took a while to get my deposit back, but I did eventually get it back. It is not perfect, but where is?

I have to say Loagn has made moving in and setting everything up beyond easy! He went above and beyond for me. I have loved this apartment complex with everything they offer and the help you get is beyond amazing!!! 10/10 would highly Recomend this complex and 10/10 highly recommend Logan!!!

I have lived here for almost a year now and the environment is unbeatable, great staff and neighbors, Logan has been absolutely phenomenal to work with no matter what the task is.

The apartments themselves are fantastic - we love our unit, and they are at a decent price. The staff is friendly and professional, but hard to get a hold of. The phone line is basically useless, as +95% of the time, nobody answers. This can be very frustrating when you have confirmed you are calling within business hours. It does not matter what time of day you call. Overall, if the phones were used, this would be a 5/5 place to live!

Logan Priddy is very helpful and also response quickly. Communication is great through email, and we get notified when there is changes.

So excited to move in to Aspira at Athem. The complex is very clean and the apartments are beautiful. Ango, Logan, and Isabelle were very helpful and welcoming, and they helped me out with the application process and willing to help me with any questions i have. Great place and great staff!

Aspira at Anthem was one of my top two choices for a new home. Though I did choose the other option (simply for location & work commute convenience), I would recommend Aspira to anyone considering this community. If my office wasn’t so far to the East, Aspira would have been it for me. Thank you Aspira staff for continuously following up with me, and making my experience a great one. From the initial tour to the final follow up, Aspira staff made it a great experience.

I have lived at Aspira for almost two years now and I have loved my experience. The office management has always been kind and helpful. Chelsea has gone above and beyond for any small issues that have come up from time to time. The apartments and the amenities are beautiful! When my lease expires I will renew. You can't beat the price for this location either.

My fiance and I have enjoyed our time here at Aspira and Logan and the rest of the team have been so helpful and responsive to our needs. We really appreciate everything and definitely recommend this complex especially families.

My husband and I love living at Aspira at Anthem! The people in the office are super helpful and friendly. They are always having these cute things for the holidays and there super friendly with kids. when i need something fixed they get it does right away and the entire complex is always getting cleaned so its great for kids to play outside.

Aspira at Anthem is a great place to live with nice amenities. I love that they have options for an attached garage. The interior is beautiful. Maintenance responds quickly. It’s located in a nice area that is growing a lot. Logan from the front office staff was friendly and super helpful, as is everyone I’ve been in contact with. I have loved living at Aspira at Anthem. My contract expired at the end of this month and I had no question about renewing. The homes are beautiful and the staff is great! They are quick to respond to any work-orders/questions I may have and are all super personable.

So far my experience has been really good! Logan has been very personable and easy to work with. I’ve been hitting Bailey and Logan with all types of questions and things and they have handled it beautifully. The apartment is brand new, very nice and well put together! Definitely would recommend!

I have loved living here! The staff is super friendly and helpful. My apartment is clean and spacious and really makes me feel at home. I appreciate how well lit it is during the dark hours, it makes me feel safe. I also love the security system. Amenities are awesome. All around, an amazing place to live. I highly recommend!

I've only lived here 1 week so far... I am amazed by how easy and friendly the process of moving in was. A management team that cares about their new property. It's clean, very will let at night, clean grounds, brand freaking new units with attached garages to your unit and an open heated pool and Jacuzzi while the snow falls. Great Finnish, fiber-optic Internet, Vivint security with camera and sensors and app controls.... Very Ideal. I happened to attend the Christmas party for Alliance residential properties because my daughter worked in another Alliance property (Eaglewood Lofts in North Salt Lake) and both won awards for 2019. I'm glad I made the choice to move here. I recommend!!

Awesome place! My wife and I drove by in March, since we were looking to move somewhere smaller while we build our home. And we were blown away with how beautiful this place was and it was brand new! Daniel was great and he ended up giving us a good deal that we couldn't refuse. Ended up signing for May and we moved in, we've been loving it since. The Vivint security system/automated door locks/granite countertops/stainless steel appliances are a major plus! Plus we are the first tenants of our apartment unit. Well recommended! I love how well lit this place is during the evening times too.

My husband and I came in a few days ago to look for our new apartment and fell in love! We felt like we were In a home not an apartment! This complex is modern, clean, and just simply gorgeous. We drove by at night and the hallways are well lit which also made it look stunning. The inside of the apartment will blow you away if you come to tour this place! I recommend!
