    I have lived in these apartments going on two years now and they are a really great starter home for my and my little family, I have had a lot of bump going in life but I am truly grateful that Gisselle in the leasing office has been very kind and super helpful towards everything with the apartments the workers here try there best to make the community great

    I love living here and has by far been the best experience. Office staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. When I go to the office, Reyna will always have a cheerful look on her face and gives a welcome vibe. She instantly responds to all of my questions with all of the details which is very helpful. Gisselle took care of my renewal paperwork and was a huge help in making the process go smoothly. Tenise is literally the best and most responsive property manager it's easy to tell how much she cares!!

    The management here is 5 star to me. I’ve never met management that actually cared until here. The old management didn’t care, but the new management does. They did everything they could to help fix issues I brought to them. I didn’t have a perfect stay here, but that’s not the fault of management. Bad neighbors are hard to get rid of. But I would definitely recommend this place to people for the service provided by the management. They can’t fix everything, but they will try hard to help with the resources they have.

    I have been living here for about two years. And I truly love it here the apartment complex are very spacious there is also. Swimming pool during the summer and gym area. I love the community here, every holiday our manager and office team do something exciting to give back .. my kids look forward to that .. also if anything needs to be fixed our manager Tenise is always on top of it . She is very helpful and understanding. With anything!! you can truly count on her and the team for any help.. if you want a place to call home you should definitely check out Tuscany cove apartments 😊

    This year we have new management and by far the office team is amazing! Gisselle and Tenise are awesome for working with you, as long as you keep them informed! This will be my third year here and although there is always room for improvement, by far I love where I live!     I always clean up after my dog. I wish most of the other people would clean up after their pets. I wish you'd stop raising the rent though. It's almost half my income now. I thought this is a low income place. The maintenance and office staff have been great.

    I moved in to a completely remodeling apartment on a Friday we signed leasing agreement, this took all morning, they are very thorough, and tell you everything you need to know. I had a few issues once into the apartment. No hot water, a plugged tub, dishwasher not working, and no smoke/Co2 detector was in the apartment. They have all these things fixed, and is only my 5th day here. The maintenance team is nice and friendly, they always answered my questions no matter how silly there were. So far I love my new apartment. Thank you Claudia, Pablo, and Sébastien. You are all very appreciated by me!!

    I personally Have Been at Tuscany Cove For 2 years Now… in that time I have observed and experienced, nothing but the upmost regard from the Management, Jeanett Lopez and Alex Flores, and the Maintenance staff. i want to address the good efforts they try to help in, to maintain or accommodate to work well with those and or of individual and there due diligence in prompt manner given whatever the situation may be at hand. more then anything it’s the personable compassion and regard for the livelihood of there tenants and even prospect residents, working within there means of guidelines and policies take to note. If ever there is a situation and or maintenance matter, Sabastian there Maintenance Supervisor, and Antonio with Maintenance are as diligent as they can be to correct and or fix whatever is Reported if or around the property! there excellency to upkeep personal property and residents Units in my eyes deserves a o be shown appreciation in all there efforts. I think the thing that makes the difference, is the people, living in the complex and how they also do there part to upkeep and of being harmonious. Life isn’t always easy depending on one’s walk of life, but the charismatic demeanor by staff, is genuine and better then most I’ve seen.

    I have had nothing but a great experience here at the tuscany cove apartments. For the many years that I have lived here, I have had great service. When there is a problem, they address it right away. Ive never had a problem with anything here. I've been nothing but happy here.

    Maintenance

    Update: 10/2021 - I moved out last month after 18 years of living there. It's still a great place to live. Jeanett is the best property manager ever. Always friendly and helpful with any problems you may have. Maintenance crew is top notch and quickly repairs anything broken. They've recently installed new windows in all the apartments which is a big upgrade from the old windows. I'm sure everyone's apartment will not loose as much heat this winter now. I moved because I have out grown that apartment and needed a much bigger place to live. Update; 3-14-2016 - Still enjoy living here. Going on 14 years now. The place has improved. The outside has been remodeled. And more insulation has been installed in the attic space. It also seems less noisy lately. Been here for over nine years now. My only complaint is the noise from other tenants on occasion. Overall though it's a nice and affordable place to live.
