Decker Station Apartments

Personalmente tuve una muy buena experiencia en Decker station apartments, siempre obtuve ayuda cuando lo necesité, la manager demasiado accesible y dispuesta a ayudar siempre, la recepcionista súper amable, atendiendo siempre a las inquietudes y necesidades, siempre hubo buenas contestaciones y servicios -‘ igual q las personas de mantenimiento. El lugar bonito, limpio y en buenas condiciones, el departamento que nos tocó estaba muy conservado, además buena ubicación. Gracias por todo!

The staff and maintenance workers here are truly top notch.

I have lived here for over 6 months, management is pretty solid on resolving problems in the apartment, and the maintenance team responds very quickly to issues. It is a good spot to live in this area.

I moved into Decker Station in September, but held off on writing a review until I had lived here long enough to where I felt I could leave the most accurate review for anyone considering moving into the building. To be honest, I can literally wrap up my entire review in one word: "WOW"!!! From the moment I reached out for a tour a few months ago, I've had nothing but GREAT experiences living at Decker Station. First off, management was extremely thourough and helpful in the process. Kenia was very transparant explaining pricing and amenities. My 2 bedroom/2 bathroom bottom floor is TOP NOTCH with a brand new feel and my favorite part is the kitchen island and patio space. I've never rented anywhere so incredibly animal friendly (which to me was the deciding factor to move in). Kenia simply asked if my dogs were E.S.A., to which I replied "yes" and that was that (easy peasy). My dogs feel just as at home (if not more so) than I do :) AND there is a dog wash on site so your furry friends stay clean!!! If you're an animal owner, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!!! There are so many areas around the buiding for your dogs to explore and all of my neighbors are kind and considerate everytime I walk them. Another great thing about living here is the location. It's literally close to EVERYTHING and in a central area. I took a flight recently and it was so convenint to walk steps away to the green line and ride it (straight shot) to the airport. The next great thing about Decker Station is the price. It's crazy low in cost (even being brand new) compared to other apartment buildings in the area. The trax noise might turn people off to wanting to live here, but you can honestly only hear it if you live on the east facing side of the building and when you're sliding doors/windows are closed, you don't hear a thing. Finally, my most favorite part about living at decker station is there are literally NO "KARENS." :) I have yet to come into contact with a nosey neighbor or anybody who stares and glares and/or acts judgemental. Everyone is kind, fun and minds their own businesss!!!!! So if you're looking for somewhere fabulous to live, Decker Station is it!!!!! Honestly, I haven't even been to the gym, clubhouse or pool/spa yet and I love it this much already. I can't imagine how much more I'm going to love it once I have enough time off of work to use the ametities. Okay, that concludes my review! Happy apartment hunting :)

Been living here almost 3 months and i love it!! I feel that alot of the negative reviews are emotional, but every experience is different. Management has been great! Kenia has always gotten back to me in a timely manner the few times i’ve emailed, but im also not writing 50 million emails complaining about something. Trash valet is real convenient and they pick your trash up as long as you follow the guidelines (M-F 5:30-6:30pm put it out, it gets picked up anytime between 6:30pm-11pm). The chute hasnt been consistently working but you can really only blame tenants who dont follow the rules about that tbh because when mgmt does fix it, it doesnt last long. I havent had any issues with noise, my neighbors here on the 5th floor are chill. My apt faces the courtyard and the families/large groups that hang outside are not an issue to me, i actually enjoy hearing ppl having a good time and they’re 9/10 not there after quiet hours. Everything is clean, the halls im consistently walking thru to get to my apartment, the garage, and mailroom always smell so good! The elevator is kept clean 9/10, the cleaning lady is really nice, always smiles when we see each other. It doesnt bother me that she doesnt speak much English. This is apartment living so everything isnt always going to be perfect and majority of the time management is not even to blame for some tenants’ lack of consideration of other tenants. But management does care and they jump on any issues as soon as they possibly can.

I’ve been living at Decker Station for a while now, and I have to say, the experience has been fantastic. Vicky and her team make you feel truly welcome and cared for. They’re always responsive and go the extra mile. Fidel and Alex from the service team rock too; they’re quick, friendly, and always ready to help with anything. The community is well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. I love my east facing apartment overlooking the Wasatch mountains too, nothing beats this view. I’m happy to call Decker Station home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I’ve lived at Decker Station since it first opened, and after all this time, I can honestly say it’s one of the best apartment communities out there. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-managed, beautifully maintained, and filled with people who actually care, this is it. Vicky, the property manager, sets a standard that’s hard to find. She remembers residents by name, checks in personally, and makes sure things get done. Her attention to detail and care for the people who live here truly set this community apart. Are there occasional issues? Of course—it’s apartment living. But what matters is how they’re handled. When the trash chute system was damaged by a resident, our floor was given clear instructions and trash was picked up daily from the chute room. When extreme heat shattered the 6th-floor patio glass, it was boarded up that same day and safety updates were sent out immediately. Elevator is down, it is fixed the same day. That level of responsiveness is rare. From move-in, you’re set up for success. Everything you need is organized in a welcome folder-policies, contacts, amenity info, all clearly laid out. Communication from the office is consistent, and improvements are ongoing. The amenities are some of the nicest I’ve seen, and the property continues to get better as the time goes on. If you want a community that takes care of its residents and doesn’t cut corners, Decker Station is absolutely worth considering. I’ve lived here longer than most and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a true place to call home.

Kenia is so helpful and SO sweet. These are such cute apartments and I feel like I can always communicate with the office so easily. Best apartments ever!!

Don’t typically write reviews but the management here is top notch and maintenance is friendly. Moved from FL to UT and both Vicky and Kenia made sure everything was ready for me when I arrived. Place is cool with a ton of amenities and kept clean too. Glad this was my first experience here
