    I have lived here almost two years. Shortly after I moved in I put in a request for the stairway light and the one by my apartment be fixed. There has been a piece of blue tape on them for over a year! I went to renew my lease this week and mentioned the lights again. They were fixed immediately! Thank you!

    This place would fall apart if “Richard” the best maintenance guy in the world. He knows what he is doing and he gets the job done, right when it needs to be done. You need more maintenance guys like him. I had a leak in my sons room for the past year and Richard was the first one to do something about it even after I told the office more than once about it and nothing was done until now.

    Management

    Maintenance man was awesome, I think his name was Richard. Ordered new replacements for blinds and sink. Fixed it up a couple days later when the parts came in and everything has been great since. Office also checked in the day after and made sure everything got fixed up which I really appreciated.
