    Smooth move in process, great price especially with all the smart home features and amenities. I love it here. If you don’t like dogs I’d say you’d probably not like it here. Mostly everyone has a dog and it’s always clean and welcoming. Love the pool area, lounge and hub. Also the gym is always empty in morning so it’s perfect for me. Sound proof so you don’t hear others. Great events they put on for the community. I really think they could charge more if they wanted for all that you get. Dallin in leasing was awesome. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area. There is nothing comparable for this luxury and price point. It’s safe and secure. I have no worries at all.

    If an Assistant Manager at it’s finest had a face it would be Jenni Grice for me. She hands down is the Best at communicating to make sure issues that arise are resolved immediately.     I have been living at ICO Fairbourne Station for over 5 years and I love it here. The management, staff, especially Jenni and the front office personnel are always very helpful, courteous and responsive. Recently, Jenni, the assistant manager and the maintenance team Omen and Fernando went the extra mile by substituting a malfunctioning washing machine with a new one in less than two hours. The online portal makes monthly rent payment, maintenance and other communication seamless. They also have a group text where you can send a text with questions or concerns and they respond usually within an hour. The amenities and features such as modern appliances (dish washer, refrigerator, washer and dryer) home automation manageable via console and mobile devices, workout facilities, pool, outdoor barbeque, a full indoor basketball court and climbing wall are top notch. I highly recommend ICO Fairbourne Station Apartments!

    I love this complex.I love ICO Fairbourne station.Everyone is so friendly and it is such a big community.They swim together and do cook outs together.I had a great experience with Sonia and Emilee.I lived here for 5 years but i moved out to los angeles last year for work.I love that there is quiet hours in this apartement so its respectful.I had a good experience with the neighbours.The management is so helpful.The apartement is pet friendly.And I had a funny encounter where I saw someone was slapping butts with his wife and I realize it got viral in tiktok lol!

    We absolutely love it here! We have been here 3 years and adore all of the staff! The front office are so kind and professional; the maintenance people are friendly, fast, and amazing at their jobs; and the managers Kate and Jenni are absolutely the best managers we have ever had at any apartments we've ever lived at! The apartments are up to date, the living spaces are kept clean and modern, we love the pool and hot tubs and our favorite part is definitely the 2 updated, well equipped gyms! The area feels safe, calm and near Soo many things within 5 minutes or less including a huge UTA station that is less than a minute walk away. If you are thinking about living here, definitely at least worth a tour!

    Well kept, fantastic staff, fast maintenance responses, and very clean. A bit on the expensive side for me, but the rooms were nice. As a note, some of their two bedroom apartments are actually one bedroom and a den, so the second bedroom may not have any windows. That worked out quite nicely for me, but it may be a problem for some people and it's something to be aware of. Whenever I had maintaince issues they typically had someone there same day or next day to fix it Being within walking distance of the library and Costco was really nice!

    I’ve been living at ICO Fairbourne Station since May 2025, and overall it’s been a good experience. The community itself is nice and well maintained. The location is one of the biggest positives — it’s close to the Metro, grocery stores, gyms, and pretty much everything you need day to day. The amenities are also good. There’s a pool, jacuzzi, and a small gym. The gym isn’t huge, but it works fine, and most people I know go to outside gyms anyway. The leasing office and management team have always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed support. They’re welcoming and easy to talk to, which honestly makes living here much smoother. I appreciate the way they handle things and hope they keep it up. The only real issue I’ve noticed since moving in is the noise around the pool area, especially during the summer months and later at night. There have been times when music and gatherings continued pretty late, even after quiet hours. I understand that people want to relax and have fun, especially on weekends, but when it goes past the posted quiet hours, it can get disruptive for residents who are trying to rest. I think better enforcement of pool rules and quiet hours would help a lot. It would also help keep things more comfortable for everyone living nearby. I’ve also noticed that sometimes trash gets left behind in common areas or garages, and it would be nice if residents were a bit more mindful about cleaning up after themselves. Other than that, I really don’t have any major complaints. Parking is fine, the community looks nice, and overall it’s a solid place to live. With a bit more attention to noise control during after hours, this would easily be an even better community.

    We have lived at ICO for a while now and when we transferred over to this community we were blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff is here, they are quick to address any issues you may have and are very kind about it, and are on top of it! The amenities here are fabulous from the Hot Tubs, the pool, the gyms, Basketball, outdoor Chess, pet spa, I can go on but they really thought about everything. Shuffle board is a favorite thing to do on our days off! And a Pin ball machine!? The maintenance team is amazing! Always seeing them on top of the things they do around the community, they are always there and willing to help and lend a hand at anytime! Would recommend ICO Fairbourne to anyone! 10/10

    Our agent Jordan was super helpful and personable when we were deciding on an apartment to move into. He was very attentive to our needs during the application process, was prompt, and made the move so easy. We were very fortunate that he was our agent. We moved into the 2bd 2br unit which we love. The apartment itself is very nice, appliances are new and work great. Vivint security and smart lights are installed but can be glitchy in some instances. The room comes with one reserved parking stall and free-for-all street parking that gets full fast. The location is great, not too far west, but close to the airport and many businesses. Haven’t had issues with neighbors at all. This is a great place to look into.
