Apartments at Decker Lake is a nice little property. Maintenance makes the property look beautiful as well the pool. Tavia the property manager is very sweet and helpful! Alejandro the leasing agent was quick to answer any questions I had!

Toured apartments recently, looking for a new place, and had a very pleasant experience. Kat was very knowledgeable and friendly, able to answer any questions I had. Very professional and welcoming young lady. Very patient will all questions i had, and gladly answered with in-depth detail.

What I understand is they are trying to remodeling and also trying improving their residential properties more better and safer for families including pets or children. They did fantastic job. Ben is great, management in general but Ben is the one who was most hands on with us! Loved our time here and are very grateful for the quality of service in the apartment!

I loved these apartments. If the prices weren't so high for small apartments I would of stayed. Management and maintenance are so kind. Earwigs get annoying in the summer but overall it's a nice place.

Which is the hardest thing to find these days these people work hard and are beyond knowledgeable if you’re looking for a wonderful place to live? I absolutely LOVE it here!!! They are amazing they go above and beyond to help in anyway they can!! Ben and Sterling are both amazing at the office they worked with me getting in and was so patient!! I have never had a apartment like this before I can honestly say they care about there tenants!! I plan on staying here for awhile and would definitely refer anyone to live at Decker Lake!!!😊😊

My family and I had a hard time finding a home and decker lake management made it so easy and stress free for us and they were so helpful with what we needed. They got us into a place as soon as they could and went above and beyond. Even with being behind from having covid they are doing their best to help us. They are the most kind and friendly management I have ever known. The maintenance guy is also really nice and caring. I definitely recommend living here.

this place is quiet and beautiful my year was not the best due to personal and financial problems and the management of at decker lake helped me a lot at all times they care about their tenants they are very kind and helpful in every aspect if you are looking for a place where you they care about you, respect you and stay for you, this is the right place ♥️👌🏼

Ive been a resident since December of 2020 and my stay has been nothing short of pleasant. The office is very helpful. The assistant manger ben is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help a resident no matter their needs. Was definitely a great choice choosing this as my home.

I've been a tenant for a couple of months already and I'm really pleased ,happy and loving my apt...management teamis honest, caring, relying and with exceptional customer service skills...which is a huge bonus nowadays..so thanks guys! For all you do...another plus is my commute to stores..gas..and shopping stores are All close.within 5 mins or less any direction..not traffic congested like other places For safety matters , never seen or had any problems.at any hours of the day or night..so in all my 5 stars so far....thanks again

We had a great experience living here in this apartment! From what I understanding there’s no such thing as perfect from every apartment right ? but you gotta tried to meet the need of your customer ! Anyways me and my wife living here for 2 years ! I’d remember how much deposit! We start with either 300 or 200 ! Or whatever ! So we just move out a month ago so the longer you live there they raise the rent every year and it’s too much for one bedroom ! Plus utilities! + electricity suer other bills ! Will be much more compare to one bedroom ! that’s why we move out it’s too much for us ! .. Lot of small thing was damage when we move there we reported to them and take a awhile for them to come fix it ! However we don’t mind it even 3 month left before we move out we report for some few damage and they didn’t fix it ! And a deposit money ! that’s where they charge us everything clean up and inspected which we didn’t know about it ! We talked with them before we sign the paper ! The deposit will be fully refund as soon we move out ! Now after they charged everything they left only few money !🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ We kinda misunderstood after we departed from them ! Which our fault we didn’t certain before we have an agreement! So Dont forget ,if you decided to move in make sure you read the document and agreement, check every lil thing in the apartment before you sign the papers! So that way you don’t have to complain ok people kept moving out from this apartment for a different reason ! .. So far , decker lake was so good to us ! Ben just started work almost a year now he such a kind and good guy to work with make everything easy ! Didn’t have any problems with two of our vehicles besides those people I’ve seen complaining about stolen their vehicle and broke window ! I recommend this apartment despite with a few thing of my concern! And complain like I said just be sure and study more and do some research about their rule and to be in the same page with the office and gain better understanding before you sign the paper ! Just be Sorry with my honest feedback so far will give you 4 stars thank you for everything and good luck with the rest of you future customer ! Mahalo

I went in looking for a apartment for my friend and i When we showed up there were 2 maintenance guys working outside they said hi and seemed very nice. The property was very clean and upkept. When we went into the office Ben was very helpful and showed us a very nice unit but unfortunately we needed a 3 bedroom apartment we would definitelyrent here if they had 3 bedrooms

My fiance and I been living here for a little over a month. And not had or have any problems. Its quite here and Ben has been wonderful to us.

We moved in in the middle of July, and so far I have no complaints. The office staff is kind and friendly. They really care about their residents.

We moved from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment at the beginning of this month and I have to say the experience was better than I was expecting. Mindy and Ben have been absolutely amazing in the whole process and we are ecstatic to be in our new apartment. Thank you for all of your assistance and making the transition so easy. If anyone is looking for a new place to live, come and check out this complex.

Honest Reviews !!! First of all Ben and Karla are amazing in customer service, as someone who has worked in the food service industry for many many years I know how hard it is to manage and maintain to make everyone happy it is literally impossible. Treat and show people with respect and they will treat you well and respect you, I have never had an issue worth throwing someones job out the window over. Yes things break our water heater went out and guess what Bill came out let me know it was going to be a day before they could get it in and guess what, yes I had to wait a day but Bill got the job done in a timely manner and was extremely polite and respectful the entire time. Reading some of these other reviews about cars getting broken into... Well these apartments are on a busy road so have a little common sense and leave your car empty do not give anyone bait to break into a car, keep your stuff locked up. Seriously people these guys do an awesome job and are always willing to help when is needed I have lived in places so much worse that the landlord wont even give you a chance to fix anything. Keep up the good work you guys the building being remodeled is coming along great starting to look nice.

I love the Friendly Staff at these apartments. Although we were just looking for a room for my son, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. The apartment Ben showed us was clean and very spacious. When my kid is ready for o move out, he’ll definitely go back to see Ben!

Awesome customer service! Ben was very helpful and understanding with my current situation& answered all my questions to the best of his ability. He was able to get me into a unit within my budget and I love it...Not too big but not too small, just right! It’s a quiet community but everyone is very nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend😊

Location is everything! The Apartments at Decker Lake is in a great location, next to the Maverik Center and across the street from TRACS green line. There are many restaurants within walking distance and Valley Fair Mall, Planet Fitness and Costco are all less than one mile away. There is also an XFINITY WIFI Hotspot available. I have lived here at The Apartments at Decker Lake for a year and I love it! I recently renewed my lease. The people in the front office (Ben) are friendly and responsive. My neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I feel like this is a safe place for both adults and children. In my opinion, the complex is just the right size. It is large enough to have a swimming pool, laundry facility and other Amenities but not so big that it’s hard to manage. It’s nice that the office staff know me by name. I’ve only had one maintenance issue in a year but the maintenance team responded in only 2 hours. If you are looking for a great residential value with an exceptional location, I strongly recommend you consider The Apartments At Decker Lake.

This place is so very quiet, it's amazing. The landscaping is immaculate. Karla, Mitsuko, Herman and Mahid are superb people to work with, everything needed gets done in a timely manner. I have lived here two years now, and Don't plan on moving any time soon.❤❤❤. The neighbors are awesome as well, don't be afraid to say "HI".
