    Our manager is really on top of things and our maintenance happens in a very timely manner. I like that we dont have thru traffic. All residents are good about picking up their animal poop. 700 E can get loud sometimes with the traffic but that is my only complaint.

    NoisePets & policy

    Jennifer is amazing!! She has made this move inexperience great and I love the place. My new upstairs neighbors are very loud at all hours with their pets running around and lots of yelling/barking. I hope that gets better.
