    I lived there for 2 years and if I needed to I would move there again! Frank is a GREAT manager, he does a great job of making sure the place is safe and clean and they care about taking care of the landscaping and they are prompt about taking care of any apartment maintenance issues. It has a nice outside pool and there are washers and dryers (you pay), by the managers office.

    I wish you could prevent people from providing ratings unless they actually lived here! I came down from Ogden starting my first full time job, fresh out with my Bachelor's Degree, no credit to my name, but no bad credit either. Heard about Cinnamon Springs via a friend who had only good things to say about the place. Went to check it out, Frank gave me and my bf a tour, I liked what I saw and decided to apply and put down a hundred bucks, understanding fully that if rejected that hundred dollars were already spent on the application, only refundable if we were accepted. (and Frank did warn us there weren't too many open spots) I provided proof of my new more permanent income, and heard back from Frank a couple days later when he gave me the green light! The apartments were squeaky clean when I moved in, and a couple months in when my fridge completely broke down, Frank had it fixed no charge within three hours of me letting him know about it. I've now been here 5 months and the only hassle was with xfinity which was completely separate of the apartments. No complaints here! 10/10 would recommend.
