Astra Tower

Astra Towers is absolutely fantastic! It’s a beautiful building with so many amenities to offer. The staff is professional, friendly and caring! Astra Tower goes above and beyond offering special events, parties, workshops and classes for the residents. McKenzie does a fabulous job planning those events & classes that create special moments which helps deepen the community and cultivates connection.

Natalie is the best!

Astra Tower has genuinely redefined what I thought apartment living could be. After moving in last year, I keep telling friends it feels less like renting and more like living in a five-star resort. The 8th floor amenity level is where that comparison really lands. The gym has towel service and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto a wrap-around outdoor deck facing 200 South, already unusual for any building, let alone an apartment one. There’s also a co-working space with two meeting rooms and a large executive-style conference room, as well as multiple hotel rooms you can reserve for family or friends. Also on the 8th floor (if that isn’t enough), there’s an urban park with city views and real grass, plus a beautiful clubhouse that easily beats nearly any other high-rise in the country. On the 23rd floor, there’s a rooftop infinity pool and hot tub. Pair that with the steam room and sauna flanked by a cold plunge and indoor hot tub, and you have a wellness setup I’d usually pay a spa to access. It’s almost absurd that we have access to everything you’d need and want. I'm not even going to mention the 41st floor rooftop... you'll just have to visit to believe it (for a quick look, see my photos). My specific floor plan deserves its own mention: a corner unit facing both State Street and 200 South, with views that genuinely don’t get old. Sunrise on one exposure, the lit-up downtown skyline on the other… it’s the kind of layout you can’t really appreciate until you live in it. But the beautiful, amenity-rich building is only half the story. The people are what make Astra feel like a home rather than just a property. McKenzie, our Community Lifestyle Director, is in a category of her own. The events programming here is remarkable: there’s at least one event every week and a larger party every month. From create-your-own Bonsai to BBQ and movie night, to larger parties for holidays and weekly fitness classes, they have everything here. She’s the reason I’ve met so many of my neighbors, made new friends, and feel like I live in a real community, not just a building. Just look through Astra’s Instagram feed and you will quickly tell that these are the kind of events that people would pay $100 a ticket for… and they’re already included in your rent. On our management side, Justin, the Senior Building Director, keeps everything running at a level I haven’t experienced at any previous building - you can tell he truly cares not only about the building, but each and every resident. I have worked through a few issues since living here personally with Justin and every time he has been both professional yet caring and dedicates himself to personally resolve any issue you face. Our office and leasing team is just as amazing, obviously. Olivia, our finance manager, has made every administrative question feel handled before I’ve even finished asking. Natalie expertly leads the leasing team, and along with Sammy and Katya, made my move-in the smoothest I’ve ever had. The concierge desk has quickly become my favorite part of coming home. Breanna runs the team beautifully, and Trinity, Addy, Ty and Angelica have each gone above and beyond more times than I can count: letting my friends up to my unit or an amenity floor, graciously letting me into my unit late-night when I forgot my keys and my phone is dead, or just a genuinely warm hello after a long day. The maintenance team has been just as outstanding. Chris leads with real expertise, and Ben, Kola, and Preston have handled every request quickly, cleanly, and with great attitudes. With any new building, especially the first true luxury high-rise in the state, there have been a few issues, but the team has addressed everything quickly and professionally. Service from everyone across the board has exceeded every expectation I had walking in. The views are stunning, amenities hotel-class, and if you’re able to get a good unit - unlike anything else in the State of Utah. I genuinely can’t imagine moving anywhere else and I am so grateful to call Astra Tower my home.

A very beautiful building in the heart of downtown slc. All the residents I’ve met are amazing and so nice, Mackenzie does a wonderful job at creating the events for everyone to come and connect as a community.

Astra Tower is awesome! The amenities are fantastic, and the staff is fantastic! Natalie and Olivia can tell you everything about the building and are always happy to show the beautiful apartments. McKenzie puts on the best events. Breanna, Angelica, Trinity, and Addie always greet you with a smile when you enter the lobby. It’s a great community with friendly neighbors. Come check it out.

Moved in a month ago and very happy with the process. Natalie was great in the leasing office and helped me find the perfect fit for me. Very pleased with the building and any issues I've had have been quickly resolved.

This has been such a smooth transition moving into Astra. They are the most helpful staff and most communicative staff. Having our furniture moved in and allowing us to have someone there when we are not in town has been a very helpful thing. Everyone replies to our needs and wants in a timely matter and it’s a beautiful building that we love living in.

Natalie helped us originally decide where we wanted to live. She took us through all the steps and now we are residents. We could not be happier! She was attentive and quick to respond to all of our needs. I would highly recommend Natalie and The Astra Tower if you would like to live in downtown Salt Lake City.

I reviewed this property online and was interested enough to schedule a tour. I was not planning to move for a few months but wanted to get a feel in person. After my tour, I stopped my search. I was blown away! Sammy was so helpful in helping me to make my decision. What was so nice is she knew the building through and through and was able to answer every question I had. She was very kind and respectful throughout the entire process. She really listened to me and helped me with any concerns I had. After the tour was over she sent an email that detailed the units we visited which made it so easy to see everything I needed to do online. Seeing the property online doesn't compare to seeing it in person. It is incredible! I work from home and it has everything I need. They have a fridge in their delivery area so I can order my groceries online and have them shipped to me without any worry of spoilage! I realized I could stay inside the building and not feel the need to ever leave.

The new Astra Tower has made its mark on Salt Lake City. The apartments, amenities, and offerings are very desirable. They are a must for anyone wanting a luxury apartment in the downtown area. The Astra Tower is in close proximity to all that downtown Salt Lake has to offer. I have dealt with the onsite staff since Astra's opening and they are very professional and personable. Be sure to ask for McKensie, the Lifestyle Supervisor, about what Astra has to offer. If you are looking for a new place to call home, this would be a great choice. My husband and I have been living in Astra Tower for a little over a month and we absolutely love it! The location is the perfect area in proximity to all the downtown shops/restaurants etc. The amenities in the building are amazing and well kept. Natalie gave us a wonderful tour and we decided to move forward with moving in just a week. With the short timeline she was able to get us onboarded quickly and was she was so quick to work with! Highly recommend Astra Tower!

Things were a little rough at first with construction and tweaking things right, but now that things are in motion it's a wonderful community. The staff is great and we've met and talked with people from all over the country with different cultures and experiences. Love the events and the views!

A True Gem of a Community! I've been living at Astra Tower for some time now, and I honestly can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. From day one, this place has exceeded all of my expectations. Management and Maintenance: The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. The management team genuinely cares about residents — they go above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, often the same day, and the technicians are knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. Amenities: The amenities here are top-tier! The fitness center is always clean and well-equipped, the pool area feels like a resort in the summer, and the clubhouse is perfect for socializing or getting work done. They even host community events that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. Location: The location is unbeatable — close to everything I need but tucked away enough to still feel peaceful and secure. I love being near [mention local landmarks, parks, or shopping/dining options if you'd like], and there’s plenty of parking, which is a huge bonus. Certainly, without a doubt, 5 stars.

Touring Astra Tower has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in it felt different in the best way. The team is warm, responsive, and I can tell they truly care about the residents..The amenities are top of the line. The gym is spotless and well equipped, the rooftop views are incredible, and the co-working spaces are perfect for working from home. I was blown away by how beautiful and functional the shared spaces are. Inside the apartment, the natural light is amazing and the finishes feel high-end. The kitchen is so spacious, the bathrooms are modern, and everything just feels well thought out. It also feels very safe here, which is a big factor in my decision. This beautiful community is in the heart of Salt Lake City, close to everything but still peaceful. I will be moving in soon and I couldn’t be more excited! If you’re looking for a place that truly feels like home Astra Tower checks every box. Highly recommend.

Finally Living Up to the Hype — Huge Thanks to the New Team I’ve been a resident here for a while, while we’ve loved the sense of community with our neighbors, and most of the team, I’ll admit there was a stretch where things didn’t feel up to par. But everything changed once Justin took over as the new property manager. Since then, the difference has been incredible. Every issue we’d been dealing with, like access to amenities, communication, unresolved maintenance, and overall professionalism—has been tackled head-on. You can tell there’s a real commitment now to making this a premium place to live. Justin claims to be passionate about his work, and his performance has proven that to be true. Huge shoutout to Justin for stepping in and turning things around so quickly. Natalie, our leasing agent, has been consistently kind, helpful, and on top of things. The concierge team has stepped up in a big way, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere again. And the maintenance crew deserves serious credit for being responsive and thorough. Thanks to this new team, the building finally feels like home—and a place we’re proud to live. Keep doing what you’re doing. It makes all the difference.

We came to help our son move in to the building and spent 4th of July weekend at their suites. My wife and I had a great experience at Astra, the amenities, the service, the cleanliness, etc. we are already planning our next trip to SLC to be back. Definitely worth leasing here and using the suites for family members to stay while visiting. If you are planning on leasing, do it today.

Astra Tower is an incredible addition to the Salt Lake City skyline and is stunning all throughout. David was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our tour and answered every question we had about the building and area.

I checked out this apartment recently, and the location is amazing, right by City Creek, so everything downtown is super close. The building is brand new, which is really nice, and everything feels fresh and modern. Logan, who gave me the tour, was great, super friendly and helpful, and he answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I’m still trying to figure out if the timing will work for me, but I’d definitely recommend taking a look if you’re apartment hunting in the area!

Been officially moved in a month now and absolutely love it. Kirsti was amazing during my move in along with the rest of the concierge staff. Logan one of the other leasing professionals I met recently was also very nice as well. If you are looking for luxury high rise living in SLC you cannot beat Astra tower in the future amenities, the location, or the apartment selection. David and Jennifer gave us a phenomenal tour of several two bedroom units that are incredible and well lit with floor to ceiling windows. The sound proofing is great for a little more privacy and hearing about the amenities coming soon make this building a strong contender.

Astra is truly stunning with really well thought out amenities and features. It was great getting a sense of all it has to offer thanks to Logan going out of his way to show us around, ensuring we had a great experience. Looking forward to moving in when things open up!

From my first interaction with the Astra Tower team, I knew this was the place I wanted to live. Aside from the breathtaking amenities, views, and structure, it was the staff that enticed me most. David has been nothing short of phenomenal throughout the leasing process of guiding me to the perfect home, he is the type of person that makes you feel comfortable and well informed amidst the thorough process. Logan has assisted with answering my leasing questions as well and certainly deserves notoriety. When it comes to the concierge team, the staff continues to shine. Seth and Mary in particular have been professional, informative, and unbelievably patient and persistent with any questions, concerns, or requests I’ve had. They are pure class and I hope that they will be around for a long time to come! One more necessary acknowledgment must be given to Kirsty who has been outstanding during my move to Salt Lake City, as she’s been able to move mountains to ensure my move-in process is smooth and seamless. As the overseer of all things Astra Tower, all residents are in the very best hands under Kirsty. This place has everything you want in an upscale apartment building, but it’s the people that will truly make you feel at home.

I walked in to a cute little temporary leasing space, as construction was still being completed on the Tower, and was very impressed. The actual lobby of the building was grand, and I can't wait to see how they furnish it! The pool, amenities, and everything that they told me about sounded fantastic, and the apartments were well thought out and finished with top quality. Gorgeous views and a fantastic future at Astra Tower!

I just moved from the east coast and this building reminds me of home. I am very happy with choosing Astra Tower as my new home. The staff are great, the building is immaculate, and the social scene in walking distance is unmatched.

This is such a wonderful and exciting new addition to Salt Lake City, and the staff of the leasing office are second to none... just wonderful, friendly, professional smiling faces eagerly awaiting your interest and inquiry into living in this new place... I work with a company that provides office equipment and we installed a temporary copier/printer/scanner into the temporary leasing office, where permanent infrastructure is not yet in place. They were so wonderful to work with as we explored creative options to get things set up, and up and running for this wonderful staff to be fully functional and able to assist anyone who walks in that door... great great people!!

Just checked out this apartment complex online with Tais, and wow, what a find! The amenities are top notch, amazing gym, pool, and even pet friendly policy. Plus, the location is spot on, close to all the hotspots.
