    The maintenance crew had the bathrooms and ball fields looking clean and well kept when I was there. The playground is on the smaller side, but it has some different climbing pieces, swings, and enough space around it for kids to run without feeling too spread out. I also liked that the covered pavilion is right by the playground, with plenty of tables and grills for a small gathering. The four baseball diamonds take up most of the park, and the fenced areas make it feel pretty contained... Practical spot for kids, games, or a simple picnic.

    Great experience overall! The lobby is very aesthetic, clean, and smells fresh. Sandra was amazing, super friendly, welcoming, and helpful.     This is easily the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. I've lived here for 10 months and I'm extremely satisfied with the property. The rooms are high quality, the design is modern. They have all the amenities you could ask for. The parking is wonderful plenty of space and even guest parking. The property is very secure, every entrance is locked and requires a key fob to access it. Security patrols the property at night and walks through the building checking entry doors. The staff is very friendly and very responsive to requests for maintenance. When things break they're fixed in a timely manner. This place deserves well more than 5 stars.

    The self tour was actually fun and I did it with my 3 years old son, he loved it. The apartments and everything around it is beautiful and looks so relaxing. I loved it the moment I stepped in so my son. The application process was easy and fast, I applied yesterday evening and was approved couple hours later. Ashley was really patient and super nice and helped me with the application. Sandra helped me do the moving process. Everyone is so welcoming. I am excited to call this apartment my home. really welcomed.

    Visited this apartments for a house hunt. Tanner was such a help and answered all of my questions. He suggested about the future available units and I came to visit them again.     This apartment complex is lovely and beautiful! It has all the amenities you need and all in just one building, easy access to the pool area, wonderful billiard room where you can hang out, private offices and lounge rooms including kitchen area, TV, cozy fire place and a huge gym inside the building! I fall in love with this building and I am so glad to move into our new apartment with my husband on the 6th floor with luxury 280 degrees view on the mountains all around! And special thank you to Ashley for her helpful assistance with application process and showing me different units by trying to satisfy all my preferences and expectations!!! So lovely!!!

    Awesome place to live. Good specials helped take off the expense of moving from out of state. 8 weeks free at the time I moved. Might even be better now? Everything new and excellent shape. Lower base rents than other rentals I explored. Nice staff! Excellent, fully equipped gym and more! Good location! Love it here. I live in studio which is enough space for me!

    If you’re in the market for an apartment, current apartments in Murray should absolutely be on your shortlist. Stopped by to tour and take a look at the one bedroom today. Lino Was very friendly and had answers to all my questions. Great Location near Vine - and an Costco close by what’s not to love?! Access to Trax within walking distance, I love the one bedroom layout, And the full size washer dryer. A lot of other places I’ve seen you stackable and while I’m sure they’re great. I just prefer the traditional side-by-side. There’s pool tables, private study areas, meeting, rooms, etc. And another feature I really liked was the direct access to the pool from select units.
