Management here is amazing, I've never had an apt this nice and I've lived in other States, and many different apartment complexes. I had an issue and they made sure I understand any confusion and were actually super polite about it not like other places I've lived at. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for 2 and a half years and I’ve been so happy with the space! It’s a bit bittersweet because this is my last month living here and I’ve been so happy here. The apartment layouts are amazing and super spacious. I loved the amenities and it’s in a great location. If you ever have an issue with anything the maintenance team is quick and efficient. They are also super polite and always make sure you’re comfortable with them entering your apartment. The office managers are so kind. They are also very patient and can be understanding. For example, I had a bank issue and they were willing to give me an extension and didn’t even charge me extra fees. They didn’t have to do that but it was so kind of them to. They also sometimes have community events like pool parties and bbqs and superbowl parties. It’s super fun and it’s nice getting to know some of your neighbors. I am sad I am moving soon but I would highly recommend moving here if you are looking for your next home. :)

We just moved in and the process has been very easy the leasing office has been very nice and quick with email responses. We moved in and we’re missing a few light bulbs john was here the next morning and fixed them all. Very pleased so far

Honestly, made an appointment online to see the apartment, next day, Natalie was there on time, she took me to see the apartment and the amenities. It was such a great experience. Also, all 3 Maintenance workers are super friendly and have helped me with minimum details the apartment had.

Just moved out after a little over 2.5 years. Management/leasing office staff are great-I read previous reviews stating otherwise however the current/newest group has been very helpful and quick to respond to concerns without being overbearing. Amenities are nice and generally in good condition. Also read concerns about safety, as a young single female I never had problems-appreciated individual doorbell cameras and extra security to get into the buildings. No greater threat to safety than any other place I’ve lived/normal for the area🤷🏼‍♀️ Gave 4 stars just because of the building being a cheap build/lots of issues throughout my time in building A. Power outages, broken elevators and gates, etc sometimes taking several days to correct. Parking for guests/access has been an ongoing issue as well. Overall was a good place to live for a couple years.

3900 Harmony has been wonderful! The complex is beautiful and we really do enjoy being here! The space that our place gives and the convenience of location, it's been a blessing to live here. Love the amenities here at this apartment, love that there is a park right next door. The gym is great. Maintenance is awesome, they answered our request the next day. Our apartment is beautiful! The only thing that I have an issue with is for pet owners who do not clean up after their pets. The other thing is because it is a gated community (which is great), it is often challenging to get amazon deliveries at times because they cannot get in to the complex or the buildings and then our packages are left on the mailroom floor unmonitored or late. Management here is great. They do the best that they can to keep a clean, beautiful campus!

Harmony 3900 was great! We currently live at another greystar property and love it so we decided to tour this location! They were able to accommodate us with no appointment for a tour! The community manager was amazing and very insightful! Highly recommend!

Its been almost a year that I moved in here, I was first concerned about the safety other reviews were talking about, but I had not experienced any safety issues. The location is awesome, and the staffs are really helpful. I would recommend here.

I just moved in and I love it so far! Natalie has been so helpful answering all my questions and makes me feel so welcome stopping by the office.

Natalie has been super helpful moving us into our new apartment. She made a stressful move in super easy. It has been so great so far, the maintenance and front office are super responsive and reliable. I really appreciate their help.

We just moved into Harmony 3900, and we really like it so far! Natalie was very very nice and helpful with helping us through documents and overall procedure. The management overall is very nice. We also had to ask for maintenance once and we had the issue fully fixed in less than 12 hours!

Matt is amazing. Always seen with great energy and a smile. Any issues or concerns I know it will be handled with care. This community wouldn’t be the same without Matt.

I recently moved here, the place is amazing , Clean organized, quiet, accessible with all the amenities. The person who accompanied me throughout the entire process was Natalie, a very professional person who listened to all my needs and advised me to make a good decision. we moved in in October and so far have really enjoyed the community here! our neighbors are cool, being next to the park is a perk, and the amenities are worth it, especially the gym! we also feel very safe in our building. special shout out to Natalie for all of her help and support in the process. she is amazing and has always been so helpful and responsive when ever we have questions or concerns,

I moved into Harmony around a month ago, and I have to say it has been a really pleasant experience. I now live in a beautiful, modern, spacious, and affordable apartment. The process of moving was made simple because of a very competent and helpful leasing staff. I would like to specifically mention Natalie who was helping me along the entire way. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient.

Is great place to live in! Sabrina, she is nice and attentive. Also thankful, for the rest of the staff. Enjoying living here.

My experience has been great so far. I just moved with my family and I havo no converns. Sabrina helped during the whole process, responded all my questions and we are super greatful!

Sabrina helped me very diligently throughout the process. Always very helpful and responding quickly and efficiently to all my queries. I feel very grateful and happy to have chosen this condominium to live with my family. Thank you Sabrina and the whole team.

Update: Brian, the community manager gave me a call to address the concerns. I noticed the maintenance staff looking into the gate doors the following day & have not seen the gates open since. Great job on that! Brian even gave me a call before placing a 24 hr notice of entry letter, which was above &beyond. That was kind. I’ve seen the carpets getting shampooed more often. I’ve had more interaction with their maintenance, &they’re very friendly &accommodating. My pup always looks forward to seeing one of them, especially. There’s a lot of people that have friendly pets, but an awesome thing to see in the future would be to see laminate flooring instead of carpeted hallways, since there’s a lot of tenants with dogs. It’s hard to keep places &carpets clean with dogs in general. They do their best though to keep the carpets clean though. They can only do so much. Thank You for that! They do want to access your apartment frequently, but give the 24 hr notice. I’ve lived in a couple of complexes &haven’t ran into this issue before. The gate off of the 3900 S entrance has been open for quite sometime during the night, leaving access to anyone to come into the complex when the trees no cameras in the parking lot.. not sure why this keeps happening constantly? The location is fantastic because it’s easy to access the freeways. Great central location. The appliances are top notch. This is the only reason that keeps me here. Brian, the new property manager has been fantastic to work with. I do believe he is a person that cares about his tenants. All the other staff in the office have NO personable bone in their body when it comes to dealing with people. It’s just one of those properties that the more you try to avoid coming into contact with property management, the better you’re off. I hope this changes. Brian has been the only positive change I’ve witnessed since living here since October 2022.

been here a little over a year and have loved my experience. When I have a maintenance issue, it gets done right away and I’ve never had to follow up. neighbors have also been so welcoming and have not had an issue with anyone.

Living at Harmoney is a 10/10 I’ve never had any issues here the staff are amazing from the office being on top of their game and really helpful! The maintenance are amazing, professional, and quick on responding to work orders!

Today I visited the leasing office to inquire about an apartment and possibly renting here in the future. I was very pleased with how welcoming and informative the staff were. Brian the community Manger and Maria who gave me a tour of the premises and some apartments were so genuinely kind and helpful. I look forward to meeting with them both, again in the near future. Thank you so much for creating a great experience for me.

Gabby and Maria, two of the staff here, were tremendously helpful and accommodating when a guest acquired a small cut on her finger. They immediately grabbed their first aid kit and assisted in calming the girl down, cleaning the cut, and applying bandaids. They were super supportive and helpful. Seriously above and beyond assistance, They are amazing!!!

The Harmony Apartments are stunning! Property management is the best of the best!

One of the best places to rent in Salt Lake City. For the price you get all the amenities a person could ask for. Swimming pool open year round and everything in the home is modernized and luxurious (Vivint home system). Included with rent is the Trash Butler (Doorstep Trash Collection 5 days a week). Gym are open 24/7. The building also have a club house, loft, and theater room. The rules is very straightforward and I recommend anyone looking for a place to check out 3900 Harmony. ~ Ivan

Update #3: After living here for almost a year I have to say that I am very impressed with the hard work that management has done to improve the community. They're consistently on top of any issues that pop up and maintenance will come same day to check in on any issues you might report. There is a courtesy patrol service that monitors the apartment complex so you can always feel safe. I recently came across a situation where I needed to transfer from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment and they made the whole process super quick and simple. You can definitely tell they care about you and I would highly recommend living in this community. Update #2: After my previous update it seems that some action has been taken to prevent non residents from accessing the property and it appears to be somewhat better. However a new unrelated problem has emerged where the elevator to the building has been broken 4 different times in a single month. Most times it is repaired in under a day but this most recent time it has been broken for nearly 4 days. Living on the 5th floor with a pet, this is completely unacceptable. I find it really difficult to understand how there is not a single repair company available to make the necessary repairs. Update #1: Several people have had their cars broken into with mine being broken into twice in one month. When I spoke with the management they said they had no cameras and said I should file a police report (useless). I am stunned that they have still not invested in basic security measures like cameras around the complex considering how 'luxury' it is advertised. Most of the time the gates are not closed at night so anyone can access the property which is not safe. Doors are suppose to require security keys to open but they are always propped open with rocks or other objects allowing anyone to access. As far as I am aware there is no security patrolling the complex either. I'd be more than happy to adjust my review once real changes are put into place to prevent these issues and these changes are addressed with the community. Original Review: I searched for many apartments and instantly fell in love with this new complex! Kelsey and Taylor were super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. After moving in I had a few minor issues and questions that they were quick to respond and address. Couldn't ask for better management and I'm excited for the new amenities to open.

The office staff, Gabrielle and Maria, are wonderful to work with. They recently exceeded my expectations working with me regarding an unexpected expense. I've lived here almost a year and absolutely love it!

Best apartment, best location. Exact 2 min walk to light rail station. Amenity is good. Full smart home technology. Best view from the apartment and quick maintenance service too. Front desk ppl are very polite and helpful. No matter what floor u r in, u won't hear any sound from above floor. Overall it's a pretty good apartment

I moved in last November, and have had nothing but an amazing experience!! I had a little scuffle with the towing company, but management sorted it out quickly and conveniently. Love it here!

Beautiful place and Dave was so nice and helpful I couldn’t of had a better experience. Was able to get into an apartment in just 2 days so far I’ve had no problem everything is perfect.

I know there’s some negative reviews on here, but I don’t get it. Harmony 3900 is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Usually management will charm you until you sign the lease and then not care, but everyone in the office has been SO accommodating of everything we brought to them! We had noisy neighbors and they actually took it seriously. They gave us the option to escalate the issue with the neighbors or move into a new apartment that would be more comfortable. Everything was made so easy by their team to resolve the issue quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new home. Every time I go into the office Dave is so friendly, knows who I am, and is so quick to help with any questions! All of the managers are so kind. Amenities are also unreal! Several Huge gathering places to bring family and friends to! Not to mention it is all modern and beautiful! Couldn’t be happier with Harmony 3900!

Staff is wonderful. Dave- the Sr. Leasing Manager not only was authentic, transparent but was responsive and caring. Be sure to tour with him and rent here!

I'm writing this review because i feel like the negative reviews here are very misleading. Before moving in i was a bit scared due to all the reviews but i still decided to give the apartments a try. So far I've been here for 3 months and i have not witness anything like the other reviews have stated. First of all, Dave(management) has been nothing but amazing the whole time, he is very good at communicating with you and not only that he listens as well. We had a couple normal issues moving in but he was right there the whole time fixing the issues. Maintenance has been pretty amazing as well, we called after hours and they were here within minutes with a positive attitude. The apartments are a bit on the pricey side but the modernness, the washer and dryers , the huge tub , the walk in closet, the pool area, the gaming area, the movie room, the gym all make up for it. So far I'm really enjoying my time here and its sad to see that this place has such negative reviews when in fact it has to be one of the best apartments i ever lived in.

My experience with Harmony 3900 has been great thus far! The whole rental process was smooth from start to finish. Dave the Office Manager played an instrumental part in that answering questions that I had and being accommodating to my needs as my rental process was completed online due to relocation from Cali. The only issue to report is my internet appears not to be online but I believe this to be an ISP issue.

Dave and his entire team are absolutely amazing, I was busy dealing with floods at work and really needed my packages and he put them in my apartment personally when I asked them too which they didn't have to do, I highly recommend living here , these staff won't ever let you down, and those are facts 👌- Alex

I moved to Salt Lake City from Alabama so I needed to set my housing up before I got here. Dave helped me over the phone and was the absolute best! He made my transition super easy as everything was taken care of when I got here and my apartment was ready to move in!

Beautiful property! Dave and Taylor have been so helpful and kind with getting me situated with my move in. I am beyond happy with my decision to move here. I would definitely recommend.

While there are some issues, I have really enjoyed my time at Harmony 3900. Some have issues with security gates being left open, however this has not been a staff issue and has been more of a resident issue. They have enlisted the help of a courtesy patrol company and the staff are trying to make life as easy as possible while improving the security issues for apartments.

I would HIGHLY recommend Harmony 3900! We had a great experience working with Dave to find an apartment that suited our needs. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the property and made us feel right at home! If you are looking for an apartment in the South SLC area look no further! The apartments and amenities are brand new and beautiful! Not to mention the breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace! We can’t wait to move in!
