    Mimi was so lovely! From the joyful happy hello and welcome to the tour itself. You could tell she believed and was pumped for the vision of Utah city and our part in it. She was very thoughtful of what we valued and spent the time needed to answer all our questions. She is very thoughtful and easy to tour with and learn from! Wonderful and highly recommend!

    Amenities

    I have loved my experience here from the beginning. The leasing team answered all my questions and was so on top of everything start to finish. The amenities are also top notch. I’ve done Pilates at a lot of places in the valley and this is BY far my favorite studio.

    I've gotten to know the staff and they are absolutely fantastic! They took me on a tour of the complex and the apartments are great! Very close to Bella's Market and Fini Pizza. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for high-quality living.

    Having worked in property management previously, the way that this management team and maintenance team communicate is fantastic. It feels organized, clear, and professional. Not without reminding you that you have hardworking people trying their best for your home. Plus they have open hours on Saturday (didn’t know it was so good til I didn’t have it). I’ve been here just over 6 months, and I saw some of my neighbors posting about micromanagement and other issues that personally I haven’t run into or seen any notion of. But I have seen the team in action when issues come up. Turnaround time on a response: Excellent, I think the latest I’ve gotten a response back was the next day. Actually fixed the issue: Duh, but they’re not miracle workers, and they don’t try to pretend they are. They’ll try every avenue they can for you, and let you know if it’s not gonna work. Which I’d take over fluff any day. The events here rock. They’re actually fun, thoughtful and planned out. And the level of detail…. girl. Betsy you’re doin’ too much. As to be expected in a new build, with common sense, since we moved here pretty early on we had fun testing things out and finding out when things might not work. Namely what the limits of the water heater. We were giving our dog a bath one night and it went out. Juan and Chris, my maintenance GOATs, it was fixed before I was home from work the next day. And now there’s a DOG WASH! (Btw Juan sold me on when I first toured just by how friendly he was) Every time we take our pups out and run into any staff members it makes our day seeing how much they love them. It’s just a good community, built with good people who care. Speaking of which, I’ve met more of my neighbors in 6 months here, than any previous community/apartment building I’ve lived in. And shoutout to Karim and Aedan. Aside from Juan, I’ve known those two the longest here and my god do they kick ass. It gives a certain peace when you have kind competent people running the place. Overall it’s a cool project neighborhood. I can park, our friends can park when we host a get-together. And it’s been amazing to see lots of grass areas pop up, a couple dog runs, spaced out fire pits, benches, and a grocery store. I’m loving the walkability without feeling closed in.

    Wonderful staff! By far the best team I’ve had at an apartment complex. There are some reviews regarding micromanagement and I have had nothing of the sorts. I haven’t been bothered once since I’ve moved in and the leasing staff are always happy to help with any questions I have.

    We’ve had an excellent experience living here. The location is perfect, the building itself is beautiful, and the amenities are genuinely impressive. Everything feels well thought out and well maintained. What really stands out though is the staff. Karim, Aedan, Ali, Juan, and Chris have all been exceptional. I hope I’m not forgetting anyone because honestly the entire team has been amazing. Every interaction has been professional, friendly, and helpful. You can tell they actually care about the residents and take pride in the property. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, communication is clear, and the property is consistently clean and well kept. Customer service here is on another level. Living somewhere that’s managed this well makes a huge difference. Highly recommend.

    I recently took a tour here with Ali. She did an amazing job at answering every question I had and made me feel excited about potentially living here. The facility is beautiful. Definitely one of the nicest ones I’ve seen. Anyone would be lucky to live here as it comes with many amenities and will be a part of one of the fastest growing communities in Utah County. Definitely would recommend!!

    Took a tour this morning and this place is so sick - the floor plans are perfect and the huge windows in each unit really sell it for me. The courtyards and amenities (Peloton gym & pods in the buildings) are highlights for sure. Kinsley gave us such a good tour!
