I just want to said that it was an amazing experience :) from start to finish because they made the entire process incredibly easy, fast and efficient. From the moment that I saw the apartment, I loved it because the spaces are spacious and comfortable, and the common areas are clean and well maintained. What I appreciated the most was how they made me feel throughout the whole process: understood, welcomed, and treated with genuine enthusiasm. It was truly reassuring to know I was in good hands and that everything was going well. I really was a unique and positive experience. 100% recommended!

Greg has been wonderful to work with and made me feel very welcome. There have been a few issues getting my phone set up but they are worming to resolve them.

I have lived here for over 4 years and absolutely love it. Newest management is on top of things. Greg and Tim fixed my wall damaged by water 4 yrs ago. It was a pleasant surprise as I didn’t expect it. Both are pleasant and easy to deal with. Greg sports a cool stash. 🥸

Hi this is Misi I highly recommend the high grades apartment to whoever is currently looking for a place called home. I'm so grateful for our maintenance guy Tim for a great well done job he has done for not only for our community but also for our residents. I feel incredibly lucky I found this place. The staff does an awesome job at keeping the property clean and safe. Noise levels are almost nothing. Rent is also exceptionally fair, my friends are always surprised when they see the price I pay for the value I'm getting. Finally JWAN! She's the Property Manager and you couldn't ask for a better one. Very kind and always eager to answer your questions and help out any way she can. It's such a rare find to have a Property Manager who is your advocate.

I moved into Higrade Apartments, and I must say it has been an exceptional experience. The apartment itself is modern and well-designed, providing a comfortable and stylish living space. Living here feels like being part of a close-knit community. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, and the security measures in place provide peace of mind. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local shops and public transportation. What truly makes my stay special is the fantastic management. The manager Jwan is incredibly attentive, responsive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Higrade Apartments to anyone looking for a quality living experience with outstanding management. It's the perfect place to call home.

I love it here at HiGrade Apartments. From the old Manager Melinda to the New Manager Jwan, they are always going above and beyond to make it an enjoyable, stress free, safe place to live. Thank you for being available and fulfilling my needs. You are truly amazing!! I cannot forget to mention Jake the one and only Jake. You were always there when I needed a fix it, the grounds were always immaculate, thanks for all you do and you are truly missed by ALL! Thanks again!!

It is a nice place to live so far. The wall are not the most soundproof and the fact that you can’t get a temporary key fob made for guests staying with me is crazy. So far those are my only complaints. The people that work in the office are very nice and also helpful.

I recently toured Hi Grade apartments and was amazed with the customer service of the office staff. Natalie and Kayla went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for in my new home. The whole property is beautiful and well taken care of. If you are on the hunt for a new home I would highly suggest looking at Hi Grade! I cant thank them enough for being so kind and willing to help me and answer all my questions.

Love this place it is so clean, appartments are brand new and the management staff is so easy going and great to work with, Natalie and Kayla are simply the best!!! Always respond to any requests on a timely and effective manner!!!

I I have just moved here recently and have been in search of apartments and I must say the experience I have had here has been amazing Kayla had helped me and she literally went above and beyond she walked me through the process and made it less stressful and very welcoming this is my top choice and I will definetly recommend this place to others.

Thank you to Kayla I was able to move in this month. She did great in assisting me with the move, paper work, and insuring the amenities of the apartment. Though there were some maintenance work, she was able to communicate very promptly. Dave whose maintenance is great! He explained to me how the vents in the apartment work and was able to fix the dishwasher. All maintenance work is done quickly as well. I'm looking forward to staying here.

I’ve lived here just about a year and love it! The management team is very accommodating and they care about the facility and addressing concerns with safety, cleanliness and engagement of the tenants. If you need something, they get it taken care of immediately. I sincerely appreciate their consistent communication. Although some may think it’s an aggravation, I am grateful that they keep everyone in the loop; as far as responsibilities we have as tenants to my neighbors, myself, and things to ensure our community is safe. I like that they are addressing things like parking, upkeep, trash, pets, rules and penalties. Since they have taken over, the complex is nicer, cleaner and doesn’t have a run down look. I also believe that their attention to things instills a sense of pride in the tenants who live here that they have a management team that cares. Last but not least, the maintenance man Dave is a true gem. He always keeps an eye out on things that need to be maintained, while ensuring we are safe. He’s also very personable, clarifies when there are questions and if you need something fixed, he’s here for you, even on the weekends. I remember coming in from work early one Saturday morning and Dave was here assisting with a leak in one of the units. I chose this apartment community because, being new to Utah, it is literal minutes from my job just walking. I’m so very glad I moved here because my unit is beautiful, and homey. I also have an amazing Mountain View and I can have my morning coffee on my balcony while watching the sun come up. The only regret I have is the current state of health nationwide and the resulting social distancing. Although Natalie and Kayla have taken our health and safety very seriously since coming onboard, it would be nice to, one day, be able to walk in and say hi and chat for a few minutes. Thank you Natalie and Kayla for all that you do for myself and our community.

I really enjoy living at Hi Grade. Great location - close to Trax, multiple breweries, bars and restaurants. I have never had an issue with noise. It's clean and the hallways are mopped twice a week. Very nice neighbors. No issues at all!

I’ve enjoyed living here at Hi-Grade for the past 2 and a half years, now going on my 3rd year here. Kayla and Natalie are awesome, really helpful and do everything to ensure I’m taken care of. Maintenance man Dave is awesome as well, always super friendly and a nice conversation whenever I run into him. Overall I’ve had a great experience here at Hi-Grade and look forward to another year here.

Kayla helped me get set up and was so helpful through the whole process, especially during a crazy time with the pandemic going on she got me taken care of and even stayed late a few times to get me moved in. Hi grade is awesome the apartments are clean and the management is very on top of things. I enjoy living here but I enjoyed working with Kayla even more!

I've enjoyed calling the HiGrade home. Natalie & Kayla have been very helpful and friendly. Maintance requests have always been taking care of in a quick manor. The property is clean and taken care of; they have the hallways mopped every week and trash removal daily. The updated fixtures and appliances are a nice touch. Large spacious living areas - feels very spacious.

I’ve loved living here...super nice apartments and management is TOP TIER. The property manager, Tressie, is always so friendly and helpful. Such a breath of fresh air to live in a complex with nice people who are actually willing to help. 10/10 would recommend.

I really enjoy living here at Hi-Grade Apts because of the the newness & close proximity to public transportation (Trax), grocery shopping and fast-food dining. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. All stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, built-in washer/dryer and 10' ceilings give the apartments an air of luxury. I especially like the management team. Both Tressie & Logan are always very cordial and accommodating. Dave, the maintenance engineer on site, has been especially helpful in getting my thermostat regulated to my particular preferences. I hope to be able to live here at Hi-Grade for many years to come. I am very pleased with the monthly rent I pay as I am a retired gentleman on fixed income presently.

The property manager was extremely helpful when I needed information on one of the available units. She walked me through the application process and explained what I would need to qualify for residency.

Clean apartments. Nice management.
