I’ve called Riverwalk home for the last three years, and it has been absolute heaven on earth! Between the tons of living space, gorgeous mountain views, the huge park, and having the Jordan River Trail right at your doorstep, you really can’t beat the location. The staff here has been nothing short of amazing. Yulia was a fantastic manager to start with, and Amelia has done an incredible job keeping those high standards going since taking over. Tiana is always super helpful, and the maintenance crew is so timely, they can seriously fix anything! The only minor heads-up I’d give is that the complex is a little bit outdated. Our water heater went out during our stay, but it was about 17 years old and probably should’ve been replaced sooner. Other than that, it’s a 10/10 recommendation from me!

The leasing office was amazing from start to finish. The team was incredibly helpful and patient, especially when I had what felt like a million questions. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. Move-in was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had. On move-in day, all I had to do was pick up my keys—everything else was ready to go. The apartment was exceptionally clean, honestly one of the cleanest I’ve ever moved into. There was no damage, no paint splatters, and everything was in great condition. I’m truly impressed with both the cleanliness of the apartment and the outstanding service from the front office staff.

Riverwalk is an amazing place to live! The move in experience I had was hands down the best ever, and I’ve lived in several apartments/rental homes. The folks that work there are all incredibly nice, patient, and genuinely care. The property is so well kept, landscaped beautifully, the amenities are awesome, and it’s right next to Jordan River Park! Oh! Also pet friendly 😊 Love being here 🩷

We loved living here with our toddler and dog. The management team is very kind and the maintenance workers are incredible! If we had any trouble, they would come help right away!

Have loved living here! Easy to work with in the office, maintenance responds quickly and helps with everything. No noise from neighbors and great area for food, entertainment, and recreation.

I have never been more happy at an apartment complex. This place is legit. Although the complex seems full, I have no problem parking near the entrance to my apartment and maintenance shows up almost immediately (not that it matters that much because everything is so well taken care of all the time). Paying rent is a breeze and happens automatically. Management is friendly, professional, and responsive. The grounds are like a big park with wide walkways, well maintained landscaping including a ton of grass, crosswalks in the parking lot, and dog potty disposal bags and trash cans at almost every turn. The layout of my place is a dream and it’s beautiful. I moved into a 2 BR, but I think there are two different layouts. I could seriously go on and on. I highly recommend this place to anyone. * Quick note: the measurements in the photos are not exact, they are estimates I created using Riverwalk’s online tool inside their virtual tours page. However, I did end up comparing them to actual measurements in the apartment and they are all within 2-10 inches of being accurate.

Loved living here and would've lived here longer. We even considered renewing our lease for another year even though we knew it would be impractical. Our favorite things: - Maintenance was always quick and helpful. - Front desk was always happy to stop and answer any questions - The neighbors were kind - "Reasonable wear and tear" felt reasonable. We never paid for any damage that fell under that umbrella - The only time the front office chastised us was for not calling their emergency line to report our hot water was out. They were upset we didn't ask for more help If you have the chance to live here, do it. It's the best place we've ever lived and we will absolutely miss it now that we're moving out

Recently moved in here and I had such a great experience Tiana was so nice, so professional and made the move in process so quick and easy while also answering all of my questions. Definitely recommend 😁.

Stayed here for almost 7+ years without a much to complain about except few minor issues of dog owners not picking up. The change of management has bought some nice change to community activity which is a great change. The maintenance here is very responsive and will have issue fixed right away. And if are lucky to get the Mountain View flats, it would be a great add on

Riverwalk apartments are not just beautiful but if you’re lucky enough to have Paige W. as your leasing agent, you’re going to be in good hands. I can be quite difficult to work with but Paige has jumped through hoops for me like no other. She was so kind and so great to work with, she did everything she could to meet my needs and worked over the top to get me an apartment. I haven’t moved in yet but I certainly trust I’m going to be happy there. And it’s very comforting to know that if any problems come up I can go to Paige. She truly is amazing. I can’t say enough nice things about Paige. If you’re going to do a tour of Riverwalk. Definitely ask for Paige. She’ll take care of you. And also, the apartments are just beautiful. Just a follow up on my previous review, Paige is still working her magic. I’ve lived here almost a year and nothing has gone wrong. I had one maintenance request and it’s nothing big, everything still works. But Paige has made it clear that’s she’s sorting it out. And she’s not a mechanic or a specialist but she is a professional when it comes to solving a problem and the maintenance team is remarkable. They show up and do their best and take the necessary steps to fix it all. It’s quite impressive. I've been spoiled. I’d recommend this place to anyone. If you are looking for a place to move to, the location is great and it’s beautiful. And Paige won’t only help you find a home here. She’ll make sure you’re always taken care of.

Hello everyone! I recently moved in to the Riverwalk Apartments and out of all the apartments I’ve lived in. This one has been the best by far! Tiana, who works in the office was absolutely amazing and super communicative and she always wanted the best for me and my daughter Maintenance is amazingly fast Almost shockingly fast and they are very friendly! The grounds are kept super neat and I feel safe here. The area is amazing as well right close to the freeway a lot of shopping, grocery stores, etc. I highly recommend Riverwalk Apartments and I’m not the type of person that leaves reviews, but I really felt that I had to please see Tiana For excellent Customer service!

Overall Riverwalk was a good place to live , our apartment was just outside the nature reserve and the park so we had a beautiful view. Our only complaints was the noise from upstairs. That’s the loudest apartment I’ve ever been in or lived in. We could hear everything on the bottom floor . It’s the main reason we moved out and didn’t want to stay. Plus the market changing and then us being overcharged for what we had. They were offering the same apartment for cheaper for new residents, which is another reason we moved out.

I absolutely love living here. This is my 3rd year here and the office staff is just so sweet and friendly! Maintenance is always on top of everything and the community is very well taken care of as well. I wish all communities were run this way:)

I have loved living here. These apartments are beautiful. When I moved in Feb. 2023 I was quoted 1349 rent, 125 cable + internet (who needs cable but oh well) and 30 for carport (you are required to get the carport but I would have gotten it anyway). Now as we are discussing renewing my lease my rent for the next year will be 1389, all else the same. Pros: - office staff is super nice and helpful. - I almost never need to talk to the office staff - maintenance comes same day or next day 95% of the time. -apartments hold heat well (a little too well) - lots of natural light in my unit! - washer/dryer are normal sized, and in unit - the people in the community are nice, someone has only parked in my reserved spot twice. Once was when I was moving in (and I believe my unit had sat empty for a while). Cons: - can hear stairs from inside apartment - Holds heat really well, hard to cool down in summer - people use their garages for storage and don’t park in them, and then park their second cars in the guest parking spots, making it essentially impossible to have guests over because there’s no where for them to park. This one bothers me the most. - we are forced to have cable which is $100 a month and I don’t use it; and the internet is mediocre at best. I love living here and am excited to stay here another year. Realistically it’s probably a 4.25 stars.

Amelia was the best tour guide we’ve had for apartments we appreciated her cheerful attitude.

Everyone at the leasing office was extremely nice and helpful. They were extremely fast with the process and I was in the apartment within a day. Took a lot of stress off my plate and I thank you so very much.

Yulia and Abbey are amazing! They answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome. They made sure my apartment was ready to go and Yulia is helping me out with just a couple minor things. I love my apartment! So glad I am moving to Riverwalk!

This apt complex has really come through to help us resolve some recent issues and we are super grateful for everything they did!! The front desk is always attentive to issues and maintenance is always quick to fix what needs to be done, and they are kind people. As for my overall experience, I really have loved living here for over 2 years. I love the bright large windows that bring in a lot of light, especially working from home, I spend a lot of time here and having a place that feels cozy is nice. This is a great, safe place to live right next to a large park and Jordan River trail.

Yuliya is Wonderful - uniquely kind and courteous, with excellent professionalism. (I hope the higher-ups recognize her incredible service!) Maintenence was all over it, I adored my apartment, I couldn't have been happier living here :)

I have found my dream home!!! It’s been about two weeks since I moved in and I love everything about my home. It feels like I just moved into a resort! The living rooms are huge and the layout flow so well. The office staff are all amazing too! Alisa Thankyou for knowing this unit was mine, I’m loving my amazing space.... I just love being here!

I really loved my home at RiverWalk! My unit faced the Jordan River parkway and it was beautiful and peaceful. The office and maintenance always took care of any issues quickly. I loved my neighbors and it was bittersweet to leave.

Nothing but a great experience. The application process was fast and smooth thanks to Yuliya! We got a two bedroom, two bath, and a garage. Our place is nice and spacious at a great price! Repairs are always handled in a speedy timely manner.

Riverwalk is hands down THE BEST place to live. It's very quiet, safe, & clean. Ashley & Yuliya in the leasing office are the most kind, professional, & attentive office staff I've ever had. The maintenance team is quick to fix any issues that arise & they do great at keeping the grounds looking good. 10/10 would recommend living here to EVERYONE!!

I spent 2 years here. It was a good experience overall. The place is quiet. Maintenance responds to requests quickly and they were incredibly polite. Management is easy to reach during the day which is nice. The location is right next to a very wide-open, great park. Internet can be a little slow at times.

So far so good. I just moved in a few days ago. Yuliya and Cesilia have been so nice! Our fireplace needed a quick fix and they came up less than an hour of telling them and fixed it. Coy and Jessie were great as well! This apartment is so spacious the master bedroom and living room are huge compared to some apartments I’ve toured. The area is great, tons of restaurants and stores nearby.

I lived here for an year and LOVED IT. Girls in the office are the best. Any questions you have they are ready to clarify. The maintenance team is THE BEST. I just moved out because I bought my own house. Great neighborhood, great location. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Staff is friendly and helpful and quickly repair any issues.

Occasionally they won’t answer their phones, but maintenance has been helpful with any requests. A bit expensive but worth the cost!

Overall good experience. Towards the end, we had some issues with neighbors smoking in their apartment and making lots of noise. But we loved the proximity up the park, and the overall experience. We never had a problem with our internet, but the required entertainment package was a waste of money. We never used it.

Ever since my initial correspondence with Yuliya, everything has been wonderful. She has been so kind and helpful and prompt, our apartment is beautiful, the complex is nice and very well maintained, and this entire process has been quite painless and smooth.

Very easy process from application to lease signing. The apartments seem very nice and my unit was very clean when I moved in.

Fantastic place. Quiet neighbors. Quiet traffic. Next to a park and a walking path and the Jordan River path. Great staff. Dog friendly. I moved out of state, so of course had to leave. I would highly recommend Riverwalk to everyone.

My wife and I lived here for three years and loved it! We wouldn't be moving out if we hadn't been lucky enough to buy a house. The amenities are great, the location is terrific (almost center of the valley), the grounds and buildings are beautiful, and the units have nice finishes and great layouts. The only reason for my four stars instead of five is because, once Alicia and Brooke left, the office staff have not been very friendly and very much lack in customer service.

I loved living here. Maintenance was always quick to fix things. For the most part is was very quiet and peaceful. I also loved having a garage for the extra storage space. About a month before my move out, the tenants below me changed. Unfortunately the new people smoke a lot and it changed the dynamics of my building.

Beautiful place, Yuliya was so accommodating!

Yuliya has been outstanding to work with- I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was tremendously patient with us throughout the entire application process, explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond our expectations to assist us with getting into a unit that would work for our family. We have yet to move in, and will update with our experience as time goes on, but so far it has been a pleasure to tour the community and plan our move and that is all thanks to Yuliya. We can't wait to move in!

I just moved in last weekend, so I can't say how it will be living here, but so far it's been a great experience. Yulia was amazing with the entire onboarding process, and with having everything arranged for me to pick up to move in. She has been so helpful and has helped me feel at home. The apartment and location is amazing.

The application process to getting the keys was a very easy process. The staff is very friendly. It would have been a 5 star but the directions for setting up dish network is wrong. I understand that Riverwalk doesn’t want anything to do with setting it up, but if residents pay them for the service, please coordinate with dish. It was an awful experience. Plus they were honest in that residents are being overcharged for the service. On top of that we have to purchase our own modem.

Yulia was great, she went above and beyond. She is genuinely kind and compassionate. Complete opposite experience at my previous location. So far a great complex, love my apartment.

Beyond amazing! Yulia is the best! They really went above and beyond (really, so so much!!) to make my apartment extra nice before move in and it was all very easy! The complex itself is beautiful. It's lit in a such a way that it feels like I'm driving into such a cozy little area when I get home at night. My place feels more like a tiny, lovely house than an apartment! Location is great, everyone I've seen so far has been friendly and said hello, it's just been a great experience all around! If you are looking for a one bedroom but are having a hard time finding one with a lot of space, this place is for you! (it also has a ton of windows and light!) I went to A LOT of locations around the slc area before stumbling upon this gem! It feels safe, has good parking and is very close to a lot of business. I applied immediately after walking through the model, it just felt like home. It's a bit pricey, but so is everything, so splurge a bit! It's worth it!
