These apartments are beautiful & I love the community! The maintenance team is on top of work orders and the leasing agent Ruth is incredibly hardworking and attentive to residents. I've had a lot of not great living situations the past few years, so I'm very grateful to have found these apartments. They're brand new, have 9 foot ceilings, are quiet at night, and have huge porches for mornings & evenings on the patio. There aren't any extra bells + whistles w/ amenities, and the office is open 2x/week, but for adults who don't need a pool/hot tub/clubhouse, are patient enough to wait 48 hours for non-emergency requests, and want a quiet place to live, this is a great place! The highway is only a mile away, but there's only a small amount of white noise, which actually makes it really nice for falling asleep at night!

I absolutely love living here! The location is unbeatable—everything I need is just minutes away, and it’s so convenient to get around. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and surprisingly affordable for what you get. The community is another highlight—my neighbors are awesome, and it truly feels like a friendly, welcoming place to live. The staff deserves a special shoutout as well—they’re always communicative and quick to address any questions or concerns. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. If you’re looking for a great place to call home, I can’t recommend this complex enough!

Living in this apartment complex has been such a pleasant experience! It's a great little spot that's surprisingly quiet, which I love. The property manager is fantastic—always available and ready to help with anything we need. They really go out of their way to make sure we feel at home here. I’ve truly enjoyed my time in my apartment; it’s cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. Overall, I feel lucky to call this place home!

Just recently moved in, the staff was amazing and very helpful they made the process very easy and enjoyable! Exceeded our expectations and the units are well maintained!

Management is the best! Colton, the Assistant Manager keeps the place in tip-top shape! He is always willing to help with enthusiasm and a smile! The property is new with lovely higher end finishes, cabinetry, and flooring! Colton does a great job touring the property and explaining the application and qualification process in detail!

If you're looking for an honest, clear-cut, and up-front apartment process, Colton at Onyx apartments is top-notch. Although I didn't select Onyx as my residence, Colton provided a wonderful tour, a clear outline of all expenses, and checked up with me/updated me throughout the process as rent changed, and helping me along where he could. If you're looking for an apartment complex, give Onyx a look.

I don't usually write reviews ever, but this deserves it!! The apartments are way nice and I really like the modern look of them. The people who live here are the best neighbors you could ask for! Everyone is very nice and polite. And the management, they are AWESOME!! The assistant manager is on top of his game, he keeps in constant contact with my boyfriend and I and has been nothing but kind and super helpful. Maintenance responds quick and I am just saying The Onyx Apartments were the best choice my boyfriend and I made for a place to make a home. Thanks everyone at the onyx apartments! You all make this place feel like home!!!

Nice Clean Up to Date Property!! Love it feel like I’m living in an Air B&B!!

I was one of the first persons to move into this apartment after they opened 2021. I absolutely loved living here, but my time in UT has ended and it’s time to move back to New York. The apartment is modern and comfortable, and I loved the location. I had an issue a few weeks ago and Michael P. (assistant manager) handled all of my concerns with straightforward answers and the process was explained flawlessly. It made the entire process pain-free and very reassuring. Michael, I would like to thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Your timely and friendly response to all concerns was a pleasure to have and I honestly couldn't have had a better living experience. You are very helpful, all of my maintenance issues were immediately addressed, your accommodations have been superb! Thank you so much for your exceptional service. Keep up the great work!

Friendly staff who care about their residents. Excited to see more events with Urban Village

Applied online, took a few days to get ahold of anyone. Angela with Greystar was reasonable to work with. It is apparent that Greystar does not allocate the necessary resources to properly manage this property, probably because it is so small (compared to their other properties). All of that said, I did not choose to live here, although I think it's likely a nice place to live. My only concern would be timeliness in resolving any issues during tenancy.

Apartments are nice but hard to reach the office

Great place and maintenence. Leaving 3 stars because I've been trying to get a hold of someone in the leasing office and maintenence to fix my heater. Been 6days now and still no show. Update - Angela has been super helpful and all issues have been resolved. It's really a great community and haven't had any issue at all except the one mentioned above which is obviously out of their control.
