Brenlee and Callie are amazing! They are so kind, knowledgeable, caring and on top of everything! They made my move in experience spectacular and comfortable! Mid Central is lucky to have these wonderful ladies! 100/10!!! :)

My kids and I moved into Mid Central Apartment complex less that one month ago and have had such a wonderful experience from the beautiful landscaping, to the beautiful spacious and most important to their amazing staff and maintenance team. Brenlee, Callie, Isa and Chad have been nothing short of amazing, they have made this process and transition a comfortable and happy one.

The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the sense of community here is really special. If I could change one thing, I’d love to see more community events in the common areas, but otherwise, it’s been an incredible place to call home.”

Let me start this off by saying is my very first apartment. I’ve viewed/toured other apartments, but no matter when I toured the others they were so pushy or dismissive. When I came to visit Mid Central there was no pressured or rushed tour. They answered all my questions with confidence, and guess what! They deserve all the confidence, everything they told me was true! Signing the lease was the scariest part and they helped walk me through it. Whenever I have questions they always respond in a positive, respectful, timely manner. When I moved in they checked in on me, via message, to make sure I was settling in well. All the “issues” I had come up (a door, or a small plumbing issue) were taken care of quickly and thoroughly. Their maintenance team is fantastic and kind! The units are spacious and open, I live in a 2bed un-renovated unit. I’d say the each apartment is fairly sound proof, the occasional loud noise will happen here and there. Anyways I’d say this is a great community, a great first apartment or even long term place to call home, and I forgot to mention but super pet friendly!

I have enjoyed watching the community grow. The staff and residents here make it a very pleasant living environment.

We have lived here for 5 years and this place is not just our apartment it's our home. We feel safe here and we love the community the staff is absolutely the best anytime there's any problem they are on it they actually really care about their tenants. Callie, brenly and Chad are the best team that we've had here, they go above and beyond not just for us but for these apartments because they care. We hope we get to stay here for a long time as I already said this is our home and we love it.

Callie from management has been so great to us. She has a great response time and was always there to answer any questions we had. Unfortunately we have to pay for new carpets (our own fault) and she’s been so kind as she knows times are tough! Callie makes Mid central a great and welcoming place to be.

Callie & Brenlee from the leasing office were very helpful and professional! We decided to move forward with another apartment complex due to the commute to our offices but will gladly recommend mid-central to friends and family who are also looking for a nice, reasonably priced place to live.

My wife and I recently moved here from out of state and so far we love living in the SLC area and these apartments are in a great location with quick access to I-15. Brenlee was very helpful throughout the leasing process and did a great job with timing our move in date to here from Illinois. Maintenance was very quick to address a few small issues upon moving in and making sure to do things correctly not just a " quick fix". I also noticed maintenance picking up around the property to maintain cleanliness. As with ANY apartment building I've ever lived in sometimes other tenants can be unpleasant at times but the ladies in the office do a great job seeking feedback to make sure their tenants needs are met.

I moved in a month ago. The rating for me is overall. Here are the highlights of why it’s 4 stars: - Callie in the leasing office was great on helping with the lease paperwork side and giving a tour. She's also been able to answer any questions I've had so far. - The maintenance guys have been great on fixing an issue with the lights within a few days. - My neighbors in my building I’ve met so far have been nice. Some of them said it helps I treat them respectfully initially. - It seems they are working on improving. The payment system has recently updated. I also recently got a notice about security updates and a way to report suspicious activity. - I’m also told by some people that have been here a long time that it’s nice to have a gym now (good treadmill, elliptical, and free weights, but the row machine’s chain is a bit sketch). - The laundry room machines work well in my experience. One of the four washers in our building is out of order as of this week, but I think it will get repaired. ****Update: Turns out this was not reported to them. Once the office learned about it, it was repaired within a day.**** - MidCentral is older and some updates are what my brother calls a “landlord special.” I think this is just “it is what it is.” Overall, MidCentral meets my current needs. I’ll update later when I’ve had more experience here.

Staff is helpful and friendly. I had a couple of concerns when I was checking out the apartment. They had them taken care of them right away. I like that entering the building is secured and a fob is needed to enter my building.

I have lived here three different times in all three of their buildings. Since Mid Central has taken over management, it has been way easier to communicate issues and come to resolution. Callie in the front office is amazing and has helped me out from day one. There are a lot of maintenance issues but I will say that I have never lived in apartments where my maintenance concerns were taken care of so quickly. So far, every concern i have mentioned was resolved the day of and their maintenance team is polite and respectful. They have done a remarkable job in turning these apartments into a better place to live than what it was before. The community areas have improved greatly and the residents that I have met so far are very friendly.

We only lived here for one year and even though the complex as a whole needs some TLC, these 5 Stars are for Zac from the leasing office. Zac has really stepped up and made a huge difference in our experience by providing excellent communication and a sincere sense of empathy and understanding for our concerns. Zac is professional and personable and under his direction I believe this place will make some significant improvements to the quality of life for its residents. Thank you, Zac! You are amazing!

Huge floor plans for the price, central location, staff is professional and kind. Shoutout to Brenlee for making my tour experience super engaging, she’s a gem! Ultimately we did lease elsewhere, but only due to finding a spot that fit our family’s needs a bit better. Otherwise would have leased in a heartbeat. Definitely check these guys out, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I was there forever Just chatting with the leasing agent, Alexis. She is super sociable and was very good at making sure she covered everything. If she was my deciding factor I would be moving in there tomorrow no questions asked.....she really made my day.

My family has lived at Chelsea park apartments for almost 9 years, we've had some pretty bad management through the years but we now have a new owner and new management and they have turned this place around, before them I never would have recommended this place because of how ghetto and outdated it was, but it's now a place I'd recommend to anyone, Not only do we have great management, it's also affordable, pet friendly, and in a perfect location to get anywhere, close to schools, shopping, restaurants and I-15.

Went for a tour at this property a few weeks ago with a friend that’s looking for an apartment. The leasing agent Chloe and the manager Ally were the nicest girls. They really made us feel welcome and were very helpful in my friends search.

Since the new management it has definitely turned around for the better. we also have a great maintenance team who works hard Around the Clock trying to make sure everybody's needs are taken care of. the community here is awesome very friendly people. including even the dog Community we have a range from small dogs to large dogs. The number one asked question when you would you recommend people to live here. I would have to say yes I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Have seen much needed improvement since new owners have taken over... can't wait to see what other changes are going to be... management has been super helpful and quick to handle repairs

Been living here for almost 3 years, super spacious apartments, it’s getting all the TLC it’s needed (new management is renovating like crazy), wonderful neighbors, great location (close to park and TRAX) and Chloe in the office is just the best.

The new management has really turned this place around! After my friend (Sam) moved here and saw all the improvements he told me I should check it out too. I'm so glad he did, I love it!

I just moved in, but this place has been a blessing! Chloe in the office got me my lease in under 24 hours so that my family that was visiting could help me move in. I'm super excited to live here!

We just moved here with our newborn and it’s been amazing! Scott and Sam were great, when I wasn’t comfortable with a board on my balcony they came by and replaced it super quick! The community in all the other buildings have been extremely friendly.

Management has been absolutely fabulous to work with and super friendly. Maintenance is always so quick to come and fix problems.

I’ve lived here for a year and half it’s now under new management. The property manager Gunnar is really doing a great job and helping the tenants with the changes I see it going in a great direction and I’m excited to see what they are going to update.Gunnar is Super helpful and takes care of things right away just wanted to give him a shoutout and say thank you!!!!

I dont live here yet but I have had many conversations with management there awsome put me on a waiting list to get in but from what I seen there decent for the price and not having a breed restriction

I laugh at all these bad reviews. Chelsea Park has made a comeback and it's a really good one. But, where do you live, what do you pay? Chelsea Park has allowed me to live in a home I can afford with just my family no roommates, no in laws just my family how it should be. I am very grateful. I couldn't afford to live anywhere else and have the life I do so you compromise and you have understanding for your fellow neighbors and maybe their kids friends. I feel a sense of community growing and coming together at Chelsea Park. I know my needs or wants have never been put aside and have been addressed in a timely matter. So it's a little old but its getting a few repairs and what do expect when you get to pay such a great price. Everyone thinks about what's bad never about what's good. What is good about Chelsea Park will always outshine the bad!

Great staff. Great prices. $640.00 for a 860 square-foot 1bedroom apartment.

Nice and quiet need to fix things FASTER!!!

I have lived here for 13 years and have been treated well. The management take good care of my requests. I feel safe and happy here.

Management and maintenance are professional and nice. If you have a complaint they address it in a timely manor. The apartments are large and spacious some with washer and dryer hook ups. They allow large dogs but the dogs must be friendly with humans and other animals. There are hotels up the street, so there is a lot of traffic but the neighbors who are in the community are friendly and understanding. Apartment buildings are older and need updating but love this place.
