Crossroads Apartments

The office staff at Crossroads Apartments (Bronwen and Nicole specifically) were excellent throughout the application process and very honest and upfront about any and all details and costs involved. They also were very helpful with getting necessary services setup and documents uploaded to ensure target move-in date!

My boyfriend and I took a tour with Stephanie today and she was very nice, helpful, and precise! We went back to the office and all three ladies were very fun and nice people! I loved the vibe and we are definitely hoping to move in soon! The complex has a very cozy and clean ambiance and realistic pricing for two young adults looking for their first apartment!

Great place to live very friendly staff and very clean complex.

I toured this morning and was super impressed! I came at 10 in the morning not only was there parking hallelujah there was no dog poop, no trash and the trash dumpsters were even clean. Everyone in the office put me to ease I felt like I was meeting with an old friend. They have a tennis court, playground, pool and 24/7 gym. The neighbors were even nice I had no idea where the office was and someone was nice enough to point it out to me. There's also a really pretty waterfall thats a vibe, very calming. The apartment I toured was a 2 bedroom and they have 3 different levels to choose from. Cielo and Ava are awesome! The apartment not only feels bigger than a 2 bedroom there's storage every where and a pretty decent balcony /patio. Crossroads is hidden gem in the heart of West Valley. It's close to everything ; mall, interstate, grocery stores good school district, yet it feels off the beaten path. It even has mountain views surrounding the property. As I was driving away I saw Timpanagoes in front of me and as a commuter it's a view and a vibe I can get used to. I can't wait to move in.

I have lived here for a year, didn’t have very many issues other than a few but the ones I did have the maintenance man Peter was supper amazing ! He was quick, very efficient and supper friendly. I’d just say do your research before moving in! Decent place to live.

Management has been great! We signed the lease under the previous ownership and there were problems the prior management had to have known about but didn't disclose and outright lied when we asked questions. Our initial move in was a nightmare, but Steven and his group immediately took action to do what they could to make things right. He is super proactive in the efforts to improve the community and make it a place we can be proud to live in. Keep up the great work Steven and team! I'm sure I'm not the only one that appreciates it!

Peak Living has been good to us. In my experience our office peeps Steven, Nat & Leslie have been super amazing. They are all so friendly, nice to talk to and easy to work with. The maintenance crew has been great too. They get things fixed & done in a timely manner. Vibes are EVERYTHING!. No complaints here.

I have the pleasure of living here for the past 2 yrs it us a great place to live and great environment management is always on top of things and Maintance is always there whenever you need them this is and all around great place to live and it is close to school, shopping and travel just off I-215 get to work or play in a quick hurry if I have a chance too live here again I will definitely make this one of my first choices

Since peak living has taken over they have started helping out much more with maintenance. Stephen Borjaz helped me out with getting some maintenance that I’ve been forced to wait on with the previous owners.

Maintenance and staff are great and on top of things, but I should not have had to move in to an apartment that had broken or missing things in the first place, it should have all been replaced before hand, and been more careful when re-painting to not splatter it and have it more clean. Would really like the kids playground area to be kept clean and safe. I found broken glass right by the slide and my child picking up a cigarette end. A trash close by that gets emptied regularly could be a good addition. It needs to be monitored that people need to pick up their dogs poop. Please, children play in this grass.

I lived here for 5 years and all the years I was there, I never got anything stolen, minor issues but amazing neighbors and maintenance workers! I was so sad to go but me and my husband needed more space and also wanted a more updated place. This place is right next to the Valley Fair mall and the freeway! My first apartment after leaving my parents home and it was some of the best years! Would recommend for the parking, good appliances and the security.

I absolutely LOVE the maintenance team here. Enrique is always amazing and on top of things any time I’ve ever had a maintenance request he is always on top of it and always communicates with me if my request is going to be delayed for any reason. The office staff is always so wonderful and nice especially Skylar the property manager. She moved me in two years ago and has made my living experience here so awesome and most recently Jessika has been so awesome while helping with my disposal breaking. Thank you for everything you guys do!

I have visited a couple appartments in his complex and they all were very clean and well maintained. Also front office staff was very nice and helpful with the questions I had.

Tayler and Morghan were amazing they helped with everything and made everything so much easier with everything that’s going on.

I really enjoy living at Crossroads the office staff is very nice and will help in anyway they can with any concern you have. The maintenance men are prompt in fixing your issue if they need a part they get it quick you do not have to waite long at all. And i have been here about 5 years never check out the exercise room apartments in the past had trashed exercise rooms. I was so pleased to see Crossroads exercise room nice equipment clean plesant to go into. I would recommend moving to Crossroads. CTonks

I lived here 4 years now and I still love it, 2 of my neighbors have been here just as long as me. The grounds are well kept, office staff are awesome and are very helpful when I've come across a problem, the maintenance staff are professional and always waive hi when I see them. I had never had a problem in the 10 years I lived here, looking forward to the next 10.

Skyler is the best she goes beyond and explains everything in detail so I can understand it better Skyler is best manager never ever get rid of her

Living in the Crossroads Apartments has truly been a breath of fresh air, the apartments are nice and the staff are truly amazing at accommodating residents. It’s located in a nice area that is fairly quiet and very peaceful, I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient location as there are many conveniently places establishments near by. The freeway entrance is very close, there’s a Costco within walking distance and gas stations almost within a throwing distance from the complex, as far as The complex as well as the many conveniently placed locations around and my experience living here I would proudly give a five star review or higher if I could!!
