I live at hunters Woods apartments I have been here for 3 years I just want to say every single time I have called the office left an email or my husband went down there right away office took care of it maintenance took care of it quick good kudos. I just want to say thank you to everybody who works in the office in Murray hunters Woods you're awesome.

My husband and I just moved in about a month ago now and while the apartments/townhomes aren’t your new and flashy type (little bit dated in style but nothing functionally wrong), this place has already had us singing praises that we chose it. Not only are the maintenance team amazing like everyone says (and truly they are so awesome, they always say hi or wave and are prompt with responses and to provide a professional, friendly, CAPABLE helping hand), but the office staff has been the real kicker for me. We primarily worked with Giannah and Madison, and they have been so sweet, so informative, and just overall outstanding every time we have needed something. They made our pup pet of the month our first month and at the month’s end they gave her a goodie bag of toys, treats, and all the pictures we sent them!! They have loved on our animals when we’ve brought them to say hi, and I honestly cannot say enough good things. They have a swimming pool, workout room, mail room, basket ball indoor and out, and tennis court which is super cool, but our favorite is the doggy area with a gate to a little trail behind! Overall when working with this place and this staff, my husband and I haven’t felt like we have in the past where there have been hidden fees, games that are played, secrets kept, and so many other terrible experiences. Hunters woods has truly been one of a kind and we are grateful for it!! I’ll try and add to this around the year mark, but if all goes right then we’ll be here for a few years.

Madison was amazing. Helped me get set up from out of state and made the moving process so easy. Phenomenal staff and clean property.

I have lived here 3 separate times and the staff has been amazing. I was lucky enough to have Kat at the property manager every time. They helped a lot and are very understanding. When I needed any sort of maintenance, they were fast and punctual to get what ever was needed done and worked around the times I needed. Thank you to the whole staff for making it a nice place to live and understanding life’s challenges when they came up.

Lived here a few years, just had Eric, the technician, replace my faucet. Couldn’t be happier with his service or demeanor. Knowledgeable, capable, and friendly! Happy he is part of the crew.

Lived here for a few years now. Love the property and the staff. Never had any problems with maintenance, they always resolve issues in a timely manner.

I can't express how much we appreciate the staff here!! The entire team is amazing and professional. We had a series of unfortunate events with stuff breaking shortly after moving in. Most of which were out of anyone's control. Management and maintenance were incredible! Things got fixed almost immediately!! When I contacted corporate about the unit problems, they had Management reach out to me IMMEDIATELY!! When I explained why I thought something was unfair, they didn't argue. Instead proceeded to agree with me and come to a fair agreement. The whole team has been incredible! Maintenance saw a shortcut on a old repair and fixed it the right way! Corporate, please contact me i want to give much deserved recognition. Also a thanks to you for helping.

Very thankfully for my boys Chris and Jake for replacing our new toilet!

I really love living here. The maintenance is very on top of everything and the managers are very communicative. I have bad experiences with apartments before and am so glad to have landed in a place like this!!

I have rented from this company off and on for the past 10 years or so !! Have never had a bad experience!!! I am at hunters woods now and want to say your manager Madison is by far the best manager i have worked with !!! She is the best and your lucky to have her there!! If your looking for a place i recommend talking with her !!!

We only just moved here but our move in process was so great and painless thanks to employee Giannah. She’s always so quick to answer our questions and has been very understanding from the beginning so this first impression of the apartment complex has been great on our end!

I forgot to do this prior to my move out, but I just wanted to say. Madison you were awesome and you may have someone coming back to you, just because of how great of a manager you are. Thank you for everything and you may see me again soon.

Absolutely love it here! After being here for a year, I am happily renewing my lease. The apartments are wonderfully spacious and in such a great location! Not to forget, the balconies are huge! The apartments also have so much storage it's amazing! I don't hear the neighbors, it's a quiet complex. The office staff are always more than willing to help and same with maintenance. We had a strange issue with some of the lights in our apartment so I called the office to ask for maintenance, and the next day they showed up and it was all fixed! This really truly is a wonderful place to live! Update: I'm now going on living here for 3 years, and it's still truly an amazing place to live! Still no issues with neighbors or noise. The staff are still so friendly and incredible! Once again, I had sent in two maintenance requests early in the morning one day and by the time I got home at 4:30 pm, they were already fixed that same day! They even did some extra little repairs that they had noticed that weren't even on the requests! Not only are they speedy with repairs, but also one of the maintenance people saw my sister as she was arriving home and they asked her how the repairs were holding up and stopped to chat for a bit. The fact that they asked how everything was holding up and had a friendly chat just adds to how amazing this place truly is! This place has been an awesome home, and I highly recommend these apartments to live in!

Loved my experience at Hunter's woods, did not want to move. Maddison is amazing and goes beyond to help with what ever she can. One of the best apartment complexes in Murray you could ever live at. Maintenance are so kind and helpful and get it done fast. Thank you all!

We had a great experience with Hunters Woods staff and facilities! They were quick to accept our application when we needed a place hastily. The office has full amenities including a small gym and pool being nearby the JRT trail. When I needed to leave, staff was more than willing to work with me for a convenient time line.

There really nice apartments there really comfortable living and very spacious and have lots of comfortability in the home and pet friendly and very friendly and managers and maintenance and really Reliable happy with them and always will

Kate was absolutely amazing helping us get into our apartment. Moving can be overwhelming and Kate helped relieve so much stress. She happily answered all my questions and was communicating with me throughout our approval and move. My family and I love our new apartment. Maintenance has been quick to help us well. It’s comforting knowing they really care about their tenants. We’re very happy here at Hunter Woods and appreciate all the TLC they give!

We came in on short notice and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating; it’s clear they take pride in their work! Especially Kate and Madison (and the maintenance manger who was super cool and gave us his bottle waters just cause it was hot out), they went over the top! Finally a good community to call home!

Madison is awesome! She got me into my apartment super fast and has always been there when I needed help. I really enjoyed my time at Hunter’s Woods. My apartment was really nice and at a great price. Maintenance and my fellow tenants were very kind. I love how close Hunter’s Woods is to the parkway. That was a big plus.

Kate was amazing and helped us so much. She helped us find a spacious home within our price range. Jacob and John were so helpful and so attentive.

I recently moved in and it's clear that the staff here are hard working, kind, and accommodating. Kate and Madison both worked flexibly with me on signing the lease with my apartment. John, Jacob, and Tim were extremely personable and helpful in making some repairs in my apartment my first week. This apartment is a great location with it's access to the Jordan River Trail. I looked up and down the trail for apartments and there are maybe 7 that provide this kind of access to nature. I would love to see recycling offered at this location. It would add to my quality of life (and the planet's!) if I had the convenience of recycling onsite.

Jacob and John came and replaced my toiled. Both done an excellent job. Recommend them for anyone.

Kat is so awesome! She has been so lovely through the whole experience living here and has made it ten times easier to get comfortable here. She is a great asset to Hunterswood Apartments.

Kate C. Was an absolute help the entire time! Kate C. walked us through every unit because we were so indecisive, she had answers for our many questions. Since we moved in about a week ago we still feel very welcome maintenance is friendly and willing to help. We watched units go fast and that’s because they are so nice inside and located close to everything. Movies, Walmart, gym etc. appliances are great apartment was clean and looked great when moving in.

The office staff and maintenance crew are great! They are quick to respond to issues needing attention, and are always friendly and professional.

I visited for a tour and although I decided to go a different direction, I loved the property and staff. The leasing agent, Kate was sweet and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend this place.

Madison in the office is awesome. An issue arose recently, not only did she let me ahead of time. She followed up and gave me a rundown on my options and how to reduce costs. Madison and maintenance guys are great to work with and do try to help out residents.

We've been here for a few years now and seen changes to staff several times. The ladies in the office, Madison and Kat, have always been kind and helped us out as much as they can. In the past maintenance has been slow and frustrating. It has gotten better over the last few months with the new team, the ones I have met are amazing. Today our water heater stopped working and I met one of the newest techs Jacob. He was attentive, quick and communicative. He was also great with my dog! Thank you for helping us out!

I've lived here about a month, and this might be the best complex I've lived in? It is older, but it's also huge. The location is awesome. The layout is great and the interior is clean and comfortable. They have been incredibly quick to address any issues that do come up or answer any questions I have. The staff seem to genuinely care about the condition of the community and how that affects residents. All of the staff have been kind and easy to work with, but a special shout out to Madison, who has gone above and beyond to help me with the dumbest stuff when she really doesn't have to. The entire staff are even super nice to my dog, spoiling him with treats and pets any time he takes me to the office to say hi (which is every day now because he knows about the treats and pets haha). I've been very happy here so far.

The main onsite manager, Kat, was a tremendous help in navigating a situation involving juvenile delinquents engaged in harassment and physical violence. She listened to concerns, was communicative, and available whenever I needed to report ongoing issues or provide updates on potential new concerns. Unfortunately, not everything happens as quickly as we would like. Limitations beyond Kat's control delayed actions against the responsible parties. However, we've spoken since, and I'm glad to hear that some of the problematic tenants are gone, giving the community a chance to mend. I found the grounds, with their trees, grass, and duck pond, to be pleasant, though the apartments could benefit from updates and touch-up maintenance. Some residents aren't the best at cleaning up after their pets.

Madison has been amazing and awesome to work with and in my transfer and getting all issues I have run into taken care of. I have lived at Hunters Woods for coming up on two years and it has been a wonderful experience and 90% has been from the working with Madison!!! I sincerely mean it when I say thank you for all your help. I enjoy the location, the staff, and amenities. If I can’t be in a house of my own I am quite fine with living here!!! Most likely for many years to come 😊

I want to give a big shout out to Madison for being an outstanding person!! Not only her being wonderful since the day I reached out in regards moving in to the apartments, but overall a genuine human being!! She’s has been so kind and willing to help out at all times! Her staff being able to help whenever it is possible. As well awesome person to be around! Heck she could even be my neighbor! Thank you so much!

We moved in a few months ago, the townhouse is nice and spacious but very outdated. Still waiting on several request from our move in, but I know a simple email reminder would get them done. Neighbors are friendly in my area, the double garage is a nice feature for us! Looking forward to living here.

Great apartments to live in

I just wanna let people know that hunter woods apartments have the most amazing property manager. Her name is Madison Clark. She is amazing person

I just moved into the property this last Saturday. As with anywhere when you move in you notice things that either need to be fixed or there is some rule or procedure that you don't understand. I want to first commend the staff working here for number one explaining to me the way things worked in a polite and professional manner and secondly when there was an issue it was addressed and fixed right away which is something that doesn't always happen. Furthermore the staff treated me with great respect and were very pleasant to work with. I feel lucky to have moved into such a well managed and maintained property and plan to stay for a while.

I’ve lived here for 2 years, haven’t had any issues and am thinking about upgrading to a one of the townhomes. really good location to everything and office staff is really friendly. would recommend.

I’ve lived here going on five years and I must say that Madison has taken any issue or concern I may have and solved it. She is so pleasant and easy to work with. Madison is a hard worker and extremely dependable, when she tells you she will get back with you she means it!. Madison will solve the concern. She is a shining example to all of her colleagues. In fact the entire office staff is great to work with including maintenance. Thank you Madison and the Team at Hunters woods for making life a little easier and home a place I look forward to being.

When it came time to renew, Madison C was very patient and friendly. 6 stars out of 5

The management is better now that grumpy lady is gone. They have also hired new maintenance people that are wonderful. Thing at this facility are definitely shaping up for the better than it was…. The manager is hella nice and the assistant out front is wonderful too. Place is more affordable for the area. I would recommend this place to people. They struggled in the beginning but finished 100% they are doing better and better everyday!

The staff here are incredible. They helped me to find the perfect apartment. Any problems that have came up they were quick and efficient at solving them.

I really love these apartments, Kathy the manager takes such great care of everything. The apartments are so big!! Always cleaned up and looks nice.

It’s been a wonderful opportunity to work with Susan for leasing this year. She has been so helpful with the whole process. Even with the many roadblocks into getting my own place Susan maintained a friendly and sympathetic attitude . It’s a wonderful space and the amenities are plentiful. The place is clean and the community is friendly and safe. Will definitely be recommending. Thank you Susan!

Not sure why all the bad reviews I have lived here going on 4 years now I have seen multiple management personnel come and go, Susan has been very professional since she has started here earlier this year. We had a couple issues with the apartment talked to Susan she got it taken care of ASAP, we also had some money trouble at one point in time because of COVID and she was very understanding and willing to help us out with a plan to make sure we get back on track. Overall I am very thankful that I still have a roof over my head for myself and my family.

Very friendly management, maintenance is efficient, and great upkeep of the pool and recreation areas.

The apartments and grounds are beautiful and clean! I love the amenities like the gym and pool. Management is super friendly I like going in just to say hi!
