    We have lived here for 3 years and overall the experience has been great. We have worked with almost everyone in the office, and Zahi from maintenance. We lived on the north side and parking wasn’t ever really an issue. Especially with how late we work. Moving out and moving in was a breeze! We only decided to move to be closer to family and work.

    New to the community here at Televera, and already my family is loving it! The complex has 2 very close parks and a trail that is perfect for family bonding .I Also want to say Jordan and Cody Rock at the front office. They are the perfect duo , super efficient with getting our leasing application completed within a couple of days and friendly to communicate with. Not to mention they have top of the line maintenance team. Update: 2 Years later. Still very happy with Property Management and Maintenance Team, They go beyond expectations with any issues in the residence.

    Very excellent service , Sage/Tish /Nicole (management team)sent the maintenance crew headed by Fidel and fixed the the washer issue for the rattling noise and have a noise free washer up And running.     This place is amazing. Not only because the complex itself is beautiful, but their whole team is awesome. They really do care about you, as I’ve been personally helped with some stuff during my lease. Plus maintenance team is always on point. These things made me feel sure about renewing a lease with them, since they provide such a high quality service. Big props to everyone, and thank you Jorden and Niky for being always so helpful. **Update**: I’ve lived here for about three years, and I have nothing but great things to say about this place and its management, especially Jorden! The location, right next to the Jordan River Trail, is super convenient if you enjoy walking or have pets. As mentioned before, the maintenance team is always quick to fix anything you need. I’ll definitely miss this place and the amazing team at Talavera, they do an amazing job.

    The leasing office is great and maintenance is fast. They need to find a new landscaping contractor. They've flooded various parts of the property because they haven't figured out there's a difference between cold and warm weather turf grasses. Everything died over the hot summer and running sprinklers for hours in 100+ degree weather was the solution? It caused a bunch of sour rot. I can smell it. Also there's NOWHERE for me to park if I decide to have a night out. The amount of money Wasatch has is plenty to fix the issues. Nothing to do with the leasing office. They're great. It's out of their hands.

    Hands down the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Maintenance is always very prompt and friendly. Very quiet community and right next to the Jordan River trail which is nice. Plus the pool is actually open in the summer, so can’t beat that. Would definitely recommend living here.
