Excellent attention and charisma, the people are very friendly, the place is very nice, super kind with people who do not speak English very well. Happy to find people like that, especially Kenedy, she is very kind, the manager, Mrs. Brandy, was very attentive with the acceptance process, Mr. Gregorio, very dedicated in his maintenance work, does an excellent job.

I have loved working with the Property Manager Melinda! Since the very first day of coming in to look at the apartments, to now living here for 8 months. She is kind, caring, and listens to what you have to say. She sends maintenance as soon as she can to get things fixed when needed. She also tries her best to keep the complex nice, neat, and clean. I feel safe and comfortable here. And my daughter loves it as well.

We love that everything is nearby—stores, schools, and parks. The maintenance team always responds quickly when we need something, and the office staff has been kind and helpful since day one. We feel safe, comfortable, and happy here. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful place with great service.

Lived here for a few years and it's been great. Like any other place it has it's upsides and downsides. I can personally say I've had nothing but a good experience living here. The staff has always been helpful whenever I've had any questions or issues. Overall I can say it's a great place to be and Melinda in the front office is beyond helpful.

I am so happy I was able to move into these apartments. I love the location and where it is located in the community. The office staff was amazing to work with and the approval process was super quick and easy. Melina has been amazing to work with and always available to answer any of my questions.

Moving in was such an easy transition. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. The maintenance man, Greg is very hardworking and is quick to check in on any issues or questions that you may have. Parking is easy and nice too. I like that it's covered which helps with extreme heat or cold. The pool opens in the summer and closes around memorial day. It's always clean and I see Greg checking the water quality every other day so that's nice. There's also a gym with great equipment inside and if you don't have a washer or dryer, you can access some in the clubhouse. Theres even a vending machine and computer room to spend some time if you decide to wait. Honestly, living here has been nothing but great experiences.

Only leaving 5 stars because Melinda is a gem. She's always so kind and easy to work with. She makes dealing with management very pleasant.

I needed to find a place to live on very short notice and Melinda really saved the day! When my move in date was starting to look like it might be delayed, she helped so much to get the process moving so me and my kids could get moved in. I love the maintenance staff too. They are always so kind and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, relatively safe considering we live in a metropolitan area, and full of families. I love it! The schools are fantastic. We’re close enough to the highway that it makes commuting easy. Sure, the kitchens are a little smaller, but honestly, there isn't anywhere else in the valley that I would want to live right now. If you’re considering Beacon Hill, just come in and see Melinda. She’ll help you! You’ll be happy you did.

Nicole at Beacon Hill Apartments is so awesome to work with, she is very kind and understanding. Her approach to certain issues is delicate and professional. She really tries hard to make this a wonderful and comfortable place to live. I love all of the staff, including one of the maintenance guys, Greg. He works so hard and is prompt in fixing things, plowing snow, and everyday tasks around the complex, and he is so friendly to the tenants. I really enjoy my oversized apartment and the cost of rent is really affordable. I hope to live here a long time and I'm excited to build relationships with the staff after discovering they are great people! She had everything organized when I went in to sign my new lease, and it didn't take long at all. So far we have loved Beacon Hill Apartments and have lived here for several months. The office staff have been very helpful and considerate, and we haven't had problems with maintenance. The apartments themselves are relatively new and feel great to live in. Can't really complain about anything so far!

I've lived here a year and it's been amazing. The staff are there is you need anything, the property is kept clean, and all of the neighbors are nice for the most part. The apartments themselves are super nice and feels like home.

Living at Beacon Hill Apts has been wonderful. The office gals are always cheerful and friendly. Maintenance is is always on top of things, even during covid lockdown I was able to get a new sink faucet that was leaking. I’d love to see the rents NOT go up continually but other than that it’s been great living here. Definitely recommend it!

You know I’ve lived at these apartments for over 5 years! I have been reading some of the reviews that have been left and honestly I can’t believe some of what I’m reading. I have never had a problem with the maintenance staff and I especially have never had issues with the office staff especially the manager. I’ve been through many managers and everyone of them have always gone the extra mile to help me. This was even true when they had no maintenance staff for a while and were so far behind. The manager always kept me informed of what was going on. I can go into the office and sit and talk with any of them. The new manager Nicole has been awesome! She is a fantastic apartment manager. I’ve needed things or things done and she will make sure they get done in a timely way. Melinda also in the office is awesome. She is very helpful and she also follows through with any requests I have needed! I appreciate the 2 maintenance men very much as well. They never disappoint me and they are always willing to help me out even if it’s just a question. Heck, he even saw me carrying my trash out and came to help me. I would and have recommended these apartments just because of the staff. I appreciate Nicole and her staff again for always being helpful, friendly and extremely nice to me.

I recently moved in to Beacon Hills last week and it’s been great so far! The application process was a breeze thanks to Melinda Klimes! She helped with every step along the way as well as the million questions I had. Beacon Hills is a great place to live and Melinda Klimes is the best leasing agent I could ask for!

Our experience so far the past few months have been wonderful with Beacon Hill. The office staff is always on top of it and quick to respond. They listen to your concerns and will get an issue addressed right away. Clarissa is really easy to work with and very helpful, and Nicole is a great one to turn to for quick solutions. The maintenance staff is also incredible and responds to calls immediately. They are nice and always working to keep the playground clean. Very happy with our experience thus far with the Beacon Hill staff and are grateful to live here.

We've lived here for four years and have had stellar management since the beginning. The current manager, Gayle, has been thoughtful and detailed in every aspect of managing the complex. She has been so personable and respectful to us, which we value. I saw her once be treated outrageously by a tenant who didn't want to follow some new Covid procedures that would protect everyone. She handled it with such grace and I felt grateful our safety was a top priority to her. Lindsey, the assistant, has been amazing, too, once coming to our apartment to personally deliver something for us. Maintenance is quick to respond and thorough in fixing problems. As a tenant here you are part of a caring community.

Beacon Hill is an affordable decent place to live as a stepping stone. This is my first time renting an apartment and the staff have always been friendly & helpful. Customer service matters. Gayle, Lindsey & the new maintenance man who replaced Cory have worked tirelessly to keep the residents & property well taken care of. Several of us residents were so grateful when the pandemic hit and Gayle & Lindsey made the necessary accommodations to allow the pool to open. It was a lifesaver!! I’m confident the office staff will always go above & beyond to keep Beacon Hill running smoothly, which gives such a necessary peace of mind. Especially during this pandemic. Thanks to Gayle, Lindsey & the maintenance department, Beacon Hill is able to provide a stepping stone in life.

Great place to raise a family, management is a dream to work with. Any work orders are done super quick. This place has really turned around in the past few months!!!!

I just moved into the apartments and I have to say I love it. The apartments are very large for the amount of money you pay (depending on the bedrooms) and very well maintained! The landscaping is beautiful and the park in the middle and the city park across the street are both great for those who have little kids! Applying for the apartment was a pain free and quick process thanks to Gayle who even stayed late helping me with the paperwork and all the many questions I had. She’s very involved with her community and often when people see her out and about they love to sit and chat with her and she always makes the time for them. Her assistant is also the sweetest and has been so kind with my son and I. The location is literally off down the street from the I-15 on-ramp and makes it easy to jump north to Salt Lake or south to Provo. It’s located near several great grocery stores (like Harmons or Smiths) and a gigantic Maverick just up the street! You won’t regret moving here! I love it and wouldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

Update: they recently changed management and There office manager heather has left. Since then things have not been run as smoothly and it really was a big loss for our apartment community without her running things so efficiently. We actually love it here and I hate apartment living. Management is better then any I've seen and maintenance comes out fast and fixes it in a timely manner. Yes there made a little cheaper but what can you expect with rent so cheap! We have been here coming on two years. It's a safe neighborhood and our neighbors are super sweet! Heather and Nikki have really turned this around, all the bad reviews are before they got new management so those shouldn't even be put into consideration

We just barely moved in like a month ago and the staff is really awesome so are the front office people some of the best people I've ever chatted with but one thing I do not approve of our children destroying property especially the ones I saw outside destroying this tree that was growing I don't know where all of them live but it will be reported

My wife and I have lived here for about 8 months now. We initially struggled getting qualified for the apartments, but finally got to that point as I am in school and hardly working. The staff worked with us every couple of weeks as we were paid until we were under the limit to move in. Currently, we live on the bottom floor, and we love it. The master bedroom is bigger than we need, the second bedroom is perfect for a nursery. The kitchen is big enough for everything we use, the only issue we might have with the kitchen is the cupboard space, but it’s manageable. The dining/lounging area seems like an awkward area, but now that we’ve gotten everything settled, it’s perfect. The parking isn’t perfect, but we haven’t seen a place that is. It’s in a great location, that’s almost hidden until you come up on it and there’s entire neighborhoods. It’s a great place and area to live.

I LOVE living here!! The office staff members definitely play a HUGE roll into this review. They are very prompt, friendly, and transparent. The maintenance guy is freaking amazing and gets issues resolved quickly. It's a very positive and clean environment, which makes me happy!! The ONLY reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of five is because: 1.) I can hear the noise from my neighbors on the other end of the apartment pretty clearly... which isn't very fun, especially when they allow their baby to scream and cry for at least 30 minutes. 2.) The flies in the summer time is terrible. A TON of flies will be in the entry-way of the apartment, and it's the worst trying to swat them away and having to quickly shut the door while rushing into your place just so you can minimize the flies that enter inside. I'm hoping this summer they'll spray the apartments, or do whatever is needed, because it was pretty bad when I moved in, up until summer was over. Anyways! Overall, it's such a great place to live. The staff, the people/neighbors, the environment. I have a new baby, and the most important factor I love is that I feel secure and safe for him and I!

Just updated this to 5 stars... I really really like this place. So far so good! I'm a new tenant and so far working with the management has been wonderful! Heather always smiles and both her and Nikki have been very helpful and answered all my questions. I called so many times with the previous management and NEVER once got a call back even though there were now leasing signs everywhere. I am looking forward to living here with the new management. I only gave 4 stars because I haven't lived here yet :)

5 STAR experience! Before I visited the office, I had been in contact with Nichelle through email, for a few weeks, asking question after question not wanting to waste my time, and just being curious. Not once did she hesitate to respond, or make me feel like I was annoying her with all my questions. Even after I dropped the ball a few times, and missed my scheduled appt at the office, I was treated respectfully and felt very welcomed by both of the ladies (office staff) ! They were also very knowledgeable and confident with answering my questions. Even if the answer was indefinite, they were honest in not being able to gauge results. It's been a fairly long time since I've experienced such great all customer service , I just had to credit these ladies!

I will be the first to say that the first and second management teams were less than professional when I first moved to Beacon Hill in October 2015! However, in the last few weeks, a new management team has stepped in and I am ABSOLUTELY blown away! Some additional touch ups are taking place and Heather with management is fantastic! She is very friendly, sweet, professional, and she will go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that you are satisfied. She is quick to respond and works closely with everyone to make sure that they have the best possible experience! I am currently in the process of moving to a larger unit and unfortunately, the previous owners didn't take the best care of it, but Heather is doing absolutely EVERYTHING that she can to get it back up and running for my kids and me. THANK YOU, HEATHER!! You rock, girlfriend!

SHE WILL MAKE SURE YOU GET TAKEN CARE OF AND SHE IS GREAT AT FOLLOWING THROUGH! THIS PLACE IS SUPER BUSY RIGHT NOW BUT NO WORRIES SHE IS A FANTASTIC ONE-MAN ARMY AND MY WIFE AND I HAVE NEVER MET ANY APARTMENT STAFF BEFORE WHO PROVIDES SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN SHE DOES! I have had good experiences with these apartments. They are not perfect, but neither is any apartment complex. They worked with me on my pet deposit. They only charge a 50 dollar late fee if your rent is late. That is until you pay it. they worked on rent with me a few times with a caring attitude. This place was brand new. There were things that had to be completed, but people did not have to move in. They could have waited until the work was done. It is their own choice. The part about them picking and choosing if you are a minority is a bunch of crap. If you were told there was nothing available, or you did not qualify, then it is because you did not qualify. Do not blame it on being a minority. I have seen all different families here. Single mothers, Families with their mother living with them, Roommates with no relation, and single people with no roommates. If you have attitude, then nothing will ever be good enough for you!! I like it here. I feel safe and I am grateful to the office for their compassion. I could not get a hold of them either, so I got up and drove there. Be grateful!! I am!! These apartments were built for people who could not afford a three or four bedroom somewhere else, but can here, and can give their families what they need, which is A four bedroom, two story apartment.
