Woodgate Apartments at Jordan Landing

We’ve lived here for about a Year now and we have been very happy and comfortable here, everyone is friendly and very quick to help or respond to any questions we have. Maintenance crew is awesome, always happy and ready to help with anything. This is a quiet and clean neighborhood.

We just moved in, & we are loving it! It’s conveniently located near Jordan Landing, (which we love) but without it feeling like it’s too busy or loud with it being close. The property is kept very beautiful with nice & clean amenities. The leasing agents & management are so nice, & helpful, & very approachable. There were a few concerns that I had personally expressed upon move-in & they handled it flawlessly, & in a timely manner. The uncovered parking made me a little nervous, because sometimes there’s not enough parking in general at apartments, but I’ve had no issues finding a parking space!

Love the pools and outdoor space. Always nice to grill and not leave the pools . Office is very friendly and maintenance staff.

Overall, my experience living at Woodgate has been positive. Maintenance is always quick to respond and fix any issues I’ve had in my apartment, which I really appreciate. I recently moved out of my old apartment into a newly fully remodeled apartment with the assistance of Ashli and Amy. They were incredibly helpful and made the transition much easier. There were a few issues with the new apartment initially, but the maintenance crew, especially Tommy was very quick to come by and fix everything. Like and apartment community, there are occasional things that come up, but the staff has always been friendly and willing to help. The gals in the office are welcoming and responsive whenever I have questions. Thank you for making it a pleasant place to live at Woodgate.

Regarding the following initial review, Since then, the issues have been addressed and completed at this point, I am feeling more satisfied about living here than I did when I posted the initial review. Thank you! I regret not doing more research on Woodgate at Jordan landing Apartments before I moved in. Multiple issues I encountered as I was moving in. Only one of these issues have been resolved. some of the issues have been ignored and I have not received any response to these issues. For instance, the patio window does not fit the hole and is too small, which allows for cold air to come in and the window does not shut all the way. Bathroom sink drain is clogged bathroom tub drain is clogged before I moved in. Washer and dryer have a lot of debris and garbage built up behind them. The kitchen sink drain does not drain correctly, which allows for water to be stagnant inside the pipes because they’re not plumbed correctly Additionally, as I’m trying to hook up my Internet, I am finding overspray paint in the ethernet wall plugs. My Internet does not work. I’m waiting for help to get this issue resolved. The staff at Wood gate are friendly people It’s very unfortunate that I’m having such a bad experience with the condition of the apartment I’m sure if I would’ve done more research and was a little bit more patient I could’ve found a better apartment at a different complex for less of the cost Hopefully the rest of these issues can be resolved quickly

Very nice place to live, in jordan landing, so convient. All the girls take care of you and any problems. little expensive but I am glad I am here. Not planning to go any where else.😃

The leasing office staff are wonderful and have been able to work things out when Amazon packages were misdirected. Only downside is the trash pile up at the dumpster/compactor. There appears to be only one compactor/dumpster for the whole complex. The instructions to residents to not leave trash there seems to be ignored despite multiple mass message reminders.

The obvious downside is that rent is never what is thought when signing. It ballooned with extra fees and utilities. I had a tough time rationalizing we had to pay for the water that was used for the entire building (split), even if us ourselves tried to conserve water. I give it 4 stars though because they communicate, even when we’re having a difficult time, and always respond. The staff cares. The neighborhood is safe and it’s a quiet, comfortable place. I do not think it is worth the money we pay, but we take what we get!

Good experience, was living in a 3 bedroom apartment and one of my roommates unexpectedly had to move out. We didnt live here long but they were able to work with us and take care of thr situation. Th front office people are nice and welcoming amd always willing to help -Landen Nielsen

I love wood gate! me and my roommates have been here a few months now and it has been awesome. The place is nice, cute and well kept, the staff are always on it and get whatever you need done with speed and the community is great, we have some really nice neighbors who welcomed us into the community kindly. My biggest worry with an apartment was the size, we didn’t want everything into be tiny for a high price, but the apartment here are so spacious and aren’t astronomically expensive. awesome place🙏

The office ladies management are very kind and helpful. They will do what it takes to make any issues rectified or taken care of. They have great customer service.

I moved in August 1 and from the moment I walked into the office the experience was great the young ladies that work in the office were welcoming and made you feel at home everything went so smooth and was explained so clear and I have to say I love it here my apartment is great and they keep the outside so clean and nice 👍 I just love it!!!!!!!😊 Yvette Briceno

We just moved it and so far everything has been wonderful. Ashli has been super helpful and understanding. She’s made sure that everything went smoothly with paperwork and getting everything ready. Once we signed all the paperwork and everything was done she handed us the key. I let her know a few problems in the apartment (nothing major. Just a chirping fire alarm and no hot water) and she immediately let maintenance know. Ashli is super friendly and extremely patient. We ran into a few issues trying to get everything done but she was able to help us. We were in a time crunch due to a very bad life event and she was extremely amazing at trying to get everything done asap. The apartments are beautiful. Thank you so much Ashli!!!

I am so excited to be living here another year! They always have really nice things they do for us like having food trucks or treats by the office. Always respond super fast and usually no problems at all! They are always on top of inspections and make sure everything is done right. Parking is amazing! Plenty of space!! Love wood gate

I have been here three years. I still love it. Me and my three dogs have plenty of space in our two bedroom. Maintenance is great at answering work orders in a timely manner and management always responds to any and all my messages with questions. We love it here

This is the first apartment I've ever lived in, and I'm here with four roommates (siblings and cousins) in a 3 bed, 2 bath. Everyone at the leasing office has always been very friendly and helpful every time we've had anything come up, as well as from the start since we first came for a tour and had lots of questions. AshLi especially has always been friendly and worked with us, and I wish I could remember the other ladies' names who have helped us because they are all genuinely very nice and helpful. For instance, when we've needed to add new service animals to our record, it was a quick and easy process; when there was a misunderstanding about how many pets we had, it was cleared up quickly; when we had a fine that we didn't get a notice for, we got it cleared up without any trouble (and quickly got our clip replaced for where the fine notice should have been!). So basically, overall, the staff are fantastic here and always willing to help with whatever you might have going on. As for the apartment itself, it's small and the cost is, well... it's about what you would expect, the housing economy being what it is right now. So while it would be nice if the price wasn't so high for such a relatively small place, it's enough space for the five of us since we are all close anyway (and it's among the best prices we could find in the area). And it was clean when we moved in, with only very minor "issues" that we took note of (e.g., a rag stuffed down the disposal in the sink, which was easily removed); no mold, nothing of major concern by any means. (And if there had been, I trust that they would have been happy to work with us on it.) There are also some cool amenities, like a pool and a gym, but honestly I haven't used them much as of yet. They seem to be well-maintained! The Amazon lock boxes are very nice as well. So overall, I would recommend this as a place to live, particularly because the management has been so wonderful for us.

I have been one of the tenants since 2018, and I can tell you that these apartments are part of the best place. For anyone looking for a place to stay, Woodgates is the best of choices. They have an incredible service and a very good team that ensures the good maintenance of the premises. A plus, they have a team that takes care of the garbage cans. The price of rent is unbeatable. I have lived here almost 10 years and have enjoyed my time here. The staff is great to work with and the grounds are kept very clean. The maintenance team is always there to fix any issues that may arise.

I’ve been living here for a year and a half now, and I’ve had a great experience! Anytime we had questions or needed maintenance, the team was quick to help and super responsive. Management is always respectful, friendly, and truly cares about their residents. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the community running smoothly. Highly recommend!

living here has been great! management has always been SO helpeful, kind, & prompt with any problem we have, which is a first for me! previous landlords have always been quite the opposite. we would be renewing, but we recently had a baby and are planning to get a house with more space, possibly out of the valley. the apartments are cute, and the area is fairly clean! the only big problem is the trash. you get valet trash, which is great, but their isn’t a way to dispose of your own trash at a dumpster, or you get fined. people do it anyway, so there is a *massive* pile of trash at the entrance of the apartment every other day or so. there are limits on the valet, in terms of how many bags & the weight, and you can’t put them out before 5pm and have to take them in before 9am. they also don’t collect trash 2 days a week, so if you tend to collect a lot of garbage that becomes a problem. but, we’ve found ways to work around that and we live far from the dumpster trash pile so it’s ok! i just advise to think about that if you enjoy having a dumpster to toss things at your own will. overall, it’s a great apartment in a great location with great management :)

Getting into a new place is so stressful but Jacquelin made the entire process a total breeze! All of the lovely ladies in the front office are so helpful and kind. They have answers to all my questions and solutions to any problem that arises. -Dani 😊

I absolutely love living at Woodgate! From the incredible amenities to the friendly and responsive office staff and maintenance team, this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had living in an apartment. Ashli helped me with my move in and was extremely informative and responsive, which made it a quick and easy process. I would 100% recommend living here if you are in search of a new apartment!

This is a great community! My fiancé and I have been here two years and it’s super close to Jordan Landing and other places we frequently go to. The front office has always been super sweet and work so fast with any issues we’ve had which honestly we haven’t had any major issues other than our hot water heater went out and within a day we had a brand new one to replace our old one. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

My first time living in Apartments, I’m glad my first was with Woodgates, not only is the staff very nice and friendly, but the atmosphere is great. Most importantly shout out to Ashli she has been amazing and attended to any of my concerns and responded fast. I love that we are able to text the staff, it’s made living here easy. I appreciate Woodgates and the staff for making me feel safe and making this home for us.

I’ve lived in the complex since march of 2020, and overall enjoy living here. Valerie in the office has always been very kind and helpful whether it be by submitting work orders and recently she’s helped address issues with disruptive neighbors. I’ve been living here since before office manager AshLi began to work for the office, and she has been absolutely wonderful during her time here! She is always kind and professional addressing any questions or concerns residents may have. There are a few overly boisterous tenants that live in the complex, which is inevitable with any complex you go to, but the office staff are always prompt and helpful addressing any issues within their capabilities. Maintenance is also incredibly friendly and are usually very efficient in solving work orders, considering there are 13 buildings in the complex. Recently my water heater went out, I put in a work order and they took a look at it the same day, and they informed me the water heater was 26 years old and needed to be replaced! They had contracted a vendor and had a new water heater installed the very next day. They certainly got a long life out of that heater. I did have a mold problem recently, and they came the same day I called to have it cleaned and removed. Other than that I’ve had no major issues living here and will definitely be renewing my lease. Thank you to the office for all of your help!
