Dry Creek at East Village

I am set to move into this apartment at the end of May so, technically, I can't speak much on the living experience (I do plan to update this once I am officially moved in and settled); however, from my experience with management so far, it has been nothing but great. I am still fairly new to apartment living, as I've only ever lived in one other apartment before this one, and I have a lot of questions whether it be applying, signing the lease, setting up utilities, you name it. I am also from out of state. I send a bunch of emails, messages, and make a ton of phone calls. I would say that emails are typically the form of communication that warrants the slowest response, but if I ever need an urgent response I just call the number and 99% of the time someone answers and is very helpful. So far, Jason, Marilyn, and I think Addison have helped me and they're all great and on top of everything I ask. Good management is very important to me and Dry Creek is definitely delivering. Again, take what I say with a grain of salt as I haven't officially moved in, but hopefully my living experience is as stellar as my experience with management!

I’ve had a great experience at Dry Creek Apartments! The community is always kept clean, and you can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the property.

Management here is AMAZING! Addison is incredibly kind and supportive. I seem to connect with him when I’m having a rough day and he immediately brightens it! The apartments also age like a fine wine!

I really enjoy living here. I have a great view and the apartment is nice. Maintenance requests are handled within a day or two. Stephanie, especially, is very professional and helpful.

Dry Creek has the BEST FRONT OFFICE crew working. They made the process easy from start to finish. Adison, Marilyn and Team will take care of you!

I’ve lived here many years. And management was always gracious to me. I have law enforcement experience in a para military program as a 2nd Lieutenant. Plus I’ve done police ride alongs as a teenager in high school for 60 hrs. I’ve seen it all. The key is to stay positive & neutral when it comes to things. I really love leaving items in the lobby at my building that I have no longer use for. It’s giving back to the community. Just like the donuts. I do love them. But, with my busy schedule I may not always be available. As well as, the Olympic Oval emailed me back to go speed skating on the ice. With that being said. You guys are doing great. And if I see any sort of criminal activity when I’m out & about I’ll notify security. I was trained what to look for. Other than that I keep to myself & enjoy my home. So, don’t worry. You have a highly trained individual aka in building A that is professional when it comes to certain things. 😎😉

The management are really good people, Marilyn, Adison and Jason are very helpful in all matters. As well as Stephany, David and Jean Carlos who works at the Maintenance department are all well organized. Apartment is clean and well maintained Thank you for everything

This place has the best amenities and awesome manager (Adison) who truly cares about their community! ! Everything is well kept and the area is beautiful and has so many things to do, the trail running behind is a great area to get some exercise and the park at the entrance is a great place to enjoy for all ages, it even has tennis and volleyball! It is right on trax to make commuting easy peasy~ and close to the southtown mall with lots of restaurants and entertainment including The Hale Center! Highly Recommend!

Marilyn took my husband and I on a tour and showed us everything that we were hoping for! Their property and apartments are gorgeous and Marilyn was awesome! Even the whole property management team in the office was so friendly to us and gave us snacks! This is luxury apartment living with amazing management and staff that treat you so kindly. Absolutely loved it!

Jason and Madison were very helpful and supportive during my move in. The dwelo smart home app unfortunately, is currently unavailable on android 16s, but both of them were kind enough to help me figure out what the issue was, even though it was completely out of their control. Even the tour Jason gave me a couple months prior to my move in was perfect! He gave me all of the information I could possibly need and was quick at responding to my emails. Overall, they keep everything clean, and the management/leasing team are awesome! I 100% would recommend it here.

Just moved in on October first. Love the leasing team they walked through everything with me. Amazing views and clean and well kept grounds. I like the parking garage option. It makes getting home very convenient, no scrapping, don't have to wash my car all of the time.

New management is solid and really trying to make a difference. Big shout out to the staff at Dry Creek for doing their best.

Adison, Jason, and Marilyn have been very welcoming and accommodating during our move-in. It's nice to have a full time management team in place. I look forward to working with all of you in the future. David and John were great! We moved into our new apartment this past week and encountered a few maintenance problems. They scheduled a time with us within one day and were timely, courteous, and professional. They also cleaned up after fixing all of our reported problems. Thank you!

Very good management, common areas are cleaned regularly and the complex is in a quiet area. Reasonable / predictable rent and utilities, great view of the mountains. My only complaint is sometimes parking is hard to find but the management here does a great effort in towing people without parking passes. Outside parking is also very reasonably priced. The close proximity to the train and bus station in sandy is also great for work or grocery commutes

If you have any questions or concerns I would try to directly go to James. He is the MVP, we used to live here and had issues with mail and packages but James helped us get our packages in the snap of a finger! Thanks James !

Me and my boyfriend did just a tour here but it was honestly the best apartment tour we have ever been on. James did a phenomenal job showing us everything this complex had and really sold us on the place. He was very fun and engaging, he showed us all the views and answered all of our questions. He told us about what the future of the complex may look like and what the goals are. We are still deciding on a place but this one is super high on our list and made us even consider moving sooner than we originally planned for.

We had a great experience at Dry Creek, from the start, Liberty was professional and friendly. Her knowledge of the complex and rental process was great and she was good at listening to what our needs were. Also the entire complex is clean and well organized. I applied for the unit we discussed that evening, and look forward to becoming a tenant at Dry Creek. Thank you Liberty, you’re awesome.

I just recently went and looked at a apartment and before I could get to the office I encountered one of the employees I believe her was Stephanie and she was maintenance tech very professional and helpful I'm pretty sure I'm going to get a apartment there she was very helpful and friendly and from what I did see I wasn't the only one she was helpful to and I didn't even live there yet thank you Stephanie.

Management has always gone above and beyond for us. James and the new team keeps this trend going. We had some very hard times fall upon us and they have always done everything in their power to accommodate and help. Absolutely love living here!

My fiancé and I are looking for a new apartment to move into, and we stumbled upon dry creek. We still haven’t made a decision on where we will end up moving to, but we keep talking about how wonderful James was to work with. He’s so great at his job and made us feel like residents when we were touring the complex. He was so upfront and transparent with us, and he was such a pleasure! If you’re taking a tour, I highly recommend asking for James. We’ve taken several tours of other complexes and you won’t find a better leasing agent anywhere else you go.

Still been in process of making decision for our new home. Liberty has been amazing! She's been so patient, kind and great to follow up with me. James did an awesome job to give tour when I was late to come take a second look. They make a great team!

I’ve recently moved in and love it here. The leasing office is such a breath of fresh air. They’re all lovely and super helpful! Liberty was so welcoming and helpful. Definitely a great place to call home.

Been living here for over a year and I like it so far, before it used to be very frustrating due to previous management but now the new management has been doing well. The only thing that needs improvement would be the parking but other than that its a typical apartment where you have fees and rental bills. Whats great is the atmosphere and the area where there are local stores you can shop at. Try it out and see if you like it !

Great apartments, always clean hallways and I like that you need an access card to get into the building. I will say there’s a lot of bugs in the summer bc of the creek behind the apartments but the managers make sure to send someone to spray frequently

Dry creek has been amazing, I got kicked out when I turned 18 and they found an apartment for me and when I lost my job they helped me and gave me some time to come up with the money instead of kicking me out, they have saved me more than once and I’m so glad I live here

Great location, the team here is amazing and responsive! The property has beautiful views and the trail behind the property is awesome for biking, walking and has a great park, with tennis courts! Loved living here!

Absolutely love the vibe at this community! My husband and I are still in the process of searching for our next home, but the team here has stood out by far. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely kind—it really makes a lasting impression. Definitely one of our top contenders!

The previous management was horrible, but the new team is amazing. They actually fixed everything the old management just made empty promises about — and it only took them a month to catch up on everything.

I lived at Dry Creek Apartments in Sandy for two years and had such a great experience that I wanted to share. From day one, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property is — both the apartments and common areas are consistently spotless. The amenities are a huge bonus. The pool is always clean and inviting, and the gym is well-equipped and never overly crowded. Great clubhouse where you can rent for events. Amazing restaurants nearby, Target, Southtown mall, and close to the freeway!! Also you have to check out the Urban Market in the apts next door which has an incredible variety of options and super friendly clerks!! One of my favorite things about living here was how quiet and soundproof the apartments are. I had neighbors on all sides and could barely hear a thing — which made it feel extra peaceful and private. I also met many friendly neighbors, and the overall vibe here is welcoming and respectful. The previous management team was awesome — always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about residents' experience. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to live with great amenities and a strong sense of community, I highly recommend Dry Creek Apartments. It’s clear the team takes pride in keeping everything in top condition and I had a wonderful two years here!

I've absolutely loved living at Dry Creek at East Village! From the moment I moved in, Amber, the property manager, has been amazing. She’s always available, incredibly responsive, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and it's clear she really cares about the resident experience. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with great finishes and plenty of natural light. The amenities are top-notch too—especially the gym and clubhouse, which are always well-kept and add so much value to living here. The location is also ideal, with easy access to downtown SLC, parks, and local shops. I feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely at home here. I recently moved in and have loved being at Dry Creek Apartments! The apartment itself is updated and well designed. It's located 5 minutes from a track stop which is very helpful for me. And the office staff have been excellent to work with. They are great to communicate and work with you and get anything resolved or repaired that needs to be resolved or repaired. I promise you if you take a tour, you'll sign the lease!
