    I came in with no appointment but one of the leasing agents, Ashley was super accommodating and helpful. The apartment I was looking for wasn’t available, but Ashley was so helpful and showed me multiple apartments during my tour. It was above and beyond what I was expecting coming in unannounced.

    Love living here, I see some reviews mentioning their rent is higher than what was said but I haven’t had that issue Also regarding parking, i always feel like there are plenty of spots but guess some people are too lazy to walk 10 extra seconds. They were very transparent about all costs and spent the time explaining everything to me. Plus my renewal didn’t raise my price at all! The maintenance team is amazing and Aron is always really quick to respond. The office staff Kiarra and Ashley are always helpful when I need anything or need help with the Domuso app

    Immediately the owner contacted me and within 24 hrs all problems were resolved. I love the spacious kitchen and the floors throughout my home. I’m impressed by how well they have worked together to keep me happy. I’m glad we decided to move here and honestly that other review was not meant for google. I was not that upset. I knew they could fix everything.

    I’ve lived here for a few months now and honestly it’s been a really good experience. The office staff is friendly and quick to help with anything I need. Maintenance has been fast tooevery time I put in a request they show up pretty quick and get it fixed. The community is clean and pretty quiet, and my apartment itself has been great. Parking is easy and I feel safe walking around at night. I’m really happy I moved in. Would definitly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, affordable apartment!

    Our leasing agent Ashley went above and beyond for my partner and I. Not only from greeting us and treating us like a friend but then going in depth to what we are looking for in a new home and what broadmoor offers. Ashley took her time and put all of her options in front of us to get to the bottom of what we need in our next home even going to the length of showing us 3 separate units to make sure we have a keen understanding. After having 2 disappointing tours that same day before coming into Broadmoor and Ashley’s office we were left excited and hopeful after the experience.     Grateful for the maintenance staff Christopher & Aron, on mother's Day I woke up to a flood and they responded so quickly they put such a sense of urgency on making sure that the repairs all got replaced.     I loved living here. But our neighbors were too loud and most of the time nothing was done.we also lived in front of the pool and it got super loud. People playing loud music. The front office was amazing though. If we had a problem with paying all rent on time they worked with us so that was amazing.Chris was also amazing and help when we needed it.

    I moved into a beautiful open spaced unit on 4/26/25. The leasing office and agent Dani have been so helpful & efficient with the move in process! So far, I haven't had any issues other than noticing a couple cosmetic defects; given I didn't go for a renovated unit. Regardless, they are easy fixes. I definitely recommend taking a tour at this apartment complex!
