    My boyfriend and I just moved into upper west as our first apartment together back in Dec 2024- I had never toured it in person but trusted his judgement with the management and building/unit, and i’m glad i did. Naturally I was worried we’d get taken advantage of since it is our first apartment, we are young, and we had no clue how most things worked- i’m glad to say it’s been quite the opposite. The unit we originally were promised was not available, and they offered a large concession for the inconvenience- which was so amazing and so kind, we really appreciated that as moving states is stressful enough lol. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here, we use the hot tub almost every night when the weather is cooler, and the pool is amazing in the summer. The pool and hot tub have rarely been shut off / off limits since we have been here, the building is quiet, clean, and well maintained. We have used the pet wash many times, the dog blow dryer is awesome, and the gym is great. Mailroom is always clean and the package lockers are a wonderful amenity. The management has been wonderful, which was my main concern when moving into an apartment. The Front desk workers are always so helpful, kind, and willing to fix a problem ASAP- a few times when i did not get a package code for the lockers, but my package was delivered, they helped me right away. The workers up front are always willing to help and they respond to emails right away which is soo nice and reassuring. They are doing a great job!! Maintenance is amazing and always gets the issue fixed right away, we have never waited longer than a day for an issue to be fixed. The other residents here are great, everyone is kind and overall it is a great community, lots of pets around which is really great to see and fun to talk to other pet owners! I never hear the people around me in their apartments which is very nice, plus the way the buildings are set up there is not a lot of vehicle traffic. The parking situation kinda sucks if you don’t pay for a spot- you’ll just probably have to park further from the building and thus walk farther (very do-able) We feel the rules and policies are very fair to residents. Overall it’s a really great building and I’m very thankful for this apartment to be my first and to have had such a great experience here. We definitely will be either moving into a different unit or renewing our lease for our current unit. Keep up the good work! (and please don’t raise the rent too much, we wanna keep living here !)

    Oh my gosh, this place is beautiful, secured, and somewhat affordable. Pretty much the same price range as everywhere else around here except you will not find a place this beautiful and organized. Jas is super helpful and is the leasing agent I saw. Very friendly and thorough.

    Hi all, just wanted to share my experience at Upper West Apartments and working with Upper West property management team, I lived there for a year and I can’t say enough about the environment, property was always maintained to it’s highest standards and the management team was phenomenal, anything that I requested was handled in a expeditious manner and they always put my needs first! Liz and Linda were both positive and professional and always greeted me with a smile and made me feel like I was their only customer! Unfortunately I had to be transferred to another state, but if I ever return I would go back to Upper West. Thank you for making my stay there amazing!

    I've lived with the upper west for the last 3 years the apartment is an amazing Place complex the people especially the staff Linda the assistant manager is an amazing person bend over backwards for you the new manager she's amazing listen to you talk to you whenever you walk around everybody's friendly the maintenance staff are quick and responsive and fix things right the first time.     Highly recommend! I couldn’t have a better person to help me than Linda. She is super friendly and professional, always taking care of you and your needs. We have lived here at Upper West for 14 months and just renewed our lease for another 12 months. The Management team is ready to assist you, maintenance is speedy to respond and resolve any issues. The property is meticulously maintained (like living in a high end resort). Our favorite pastimes... Good fitness machines and sparkling pool.

    Living at Upper West Apartments has been such a positive experience, and that’s largely due to how well the community is managed. Liz, the property manager, is incredible—she’s attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure this is a safe and welcoming place for everyone, including our pets. The community had an issue involving an irresponsible dog owner that left many residents feeling uneasy. When it escalated and affected my own dog, Liz responded immediately. She communicated clearly, took the situation seriously, and handled it with care and professionalism. Her support made a huge difference and reassured us all that resident safety is a top priority here. The property itself is always spotless, with beautiful landscaping and amenities that are actually maintained—especially the year-round pool, which Liz works hard to make sure we can all enjoy responsibly. The dog community here is great, and it’s obvious there’s a real effort to keep things both pet-friendly and safe. I also can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team.     Among all the other apartments I’ve toured this one is by far the most beautiful with great amenities, the leasing staff were so kind and friendly.     Overall the location is convenient for my commutes to and from work (being next to the UTA) the staff there are fantastic. I used one of the resident spaces for a friend get together and the staff was easy to communicate! One of the staff members' Elizabeth was super nice and was responsive and was even there when I checked in to make sure the space was clean:)

    I moved here recently, the staff is extremely professional and very well trained! They helped us with any questions we had and if they didn't have an answer they knew how to get an answer. Everything is maintained very well, extremely clean and the hallways/lobby/common areas always smell nice like a really good candle. And people actually pick up after their dogs which is rare nowadays. This place feels like a home. Please consider this as your next apartment, it's well worth it! **There aren't any bugs anywhere!!** The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that the benches that are around the property look a little ugly? Maybe it's time to replace them with nice ones¿

The management, cleanliness, amenities, the view, the luxury feel, and much more is why this place is amazing, obviously it has its set backs, but comparing it to all other places in the valley, this is the go to.     I've lived Downtown, Sugarhouse to Daybreak, South Jordan. and now in West Jordan for a year, at Upper West...If you're looking for an UPSCALE clean, beautiful "Resort like living" this is your place! Yes, apartment living has downfalls, but they are minimal living here! compared to other places I've lived.     There is no place like home, and I'm glad to have made Upper West mine. It's incredibly well snagged and maintained, everyone is more than pleasant.     I love living here. Ever since Liz took over as the manager, life has been so much easier. The amenities are actually nice because people are held accountable and they get mad and throw fits because they can’t do whatever they want. If you want to do what you want, buy a house. Or just follow the rules, or like crack open a book and read. Management makes sure that everyone acts like an adult and is held responsible like an adult. Also no one died here. I have lived here since it’s opened, and what happened was a shooting across the street. Nothing with upper west. I love how the team runs the place and maintenance is amazing to work with.

    I’d like to update my previous review to reflect how I feel after living here for one year. Especially because the management has changed - for the better. Stephanie, the new manager is amazing. She has always responded instantly on any issues I’ve had, and has had them fixed in a timely manner. The apartments are new and clean, the hallways are so spacious and the smell of valet trash is a fraction of what it is at other apartments like Odessa at the district and Jordan station. The only cons have been my tubs water pressure being low (it’s a safety feature in the apartments), as well as the fact that there are no ceiling lights or fans in the bedrooms (however the living room has both). Fortunately all the plugs are smart plugs so all the lamps plugged into the wall can turn on with one switch. Good new management and gorgeous building, I’ll be renewing my lease!

    I sold my home to capitalize on the housing market so I'm new not only to this community (been here for a week), but condos as a whole. With me first impressions are crucial. Stephanie & Julio have far exceeded my first impression expectations. First, Stephanie, the Property Manager, has been wonderful. I had a few questions regarding television service at this property which Stephanie addressed in a very professional, responsive, and kind manner. Her & I have corresponded back and fourth and she has been very, very responsive (again, I love to see it). Secondly, Julio, the Property Maintenance Manager has been equally fantastic. My first night here I unfortunately had little hot water. I filed a ticket that evening and the next morning Julio was there to resolve the issue. Once again, in a professional, responsive, and kind manner. He even provided context as to the "why". Yes, you do pay a premium for this property -- it's beautiful, clean, secure, well kept with a multitude of amenities. However, I feel Stephanie, Julio, and the other staff have made that premium worthwhile!
