Pinnacle Highland Apartments

I moved into Pinnacle Highland Apartments about two months ago, and it's been a great experience so far. The front desk staff have been wonderful, they answered all of my questions and took care of every concern I had during my move-in. Anything I pointed out got handled quickly, including having the maintenance team come fix things right away. Highly recommend!

We had such a smooth move in and have been enjoying living here. The staff have all been very friendly and the property is always clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

The tour I had with was very detailed and they were able to answer all of my questions. The location is wonderful and I hope to live here soon!

As always, any move to a new place is full of stress and anticipation of what is to come. The anxiety of moving is real. Not only had my requests been completed as far as walls being painted but the place looked amazing and it was well worth the wait. Once I moved in and completed my inspection, the items i checked off were actioned within 48hrs of my move in. So far I am very impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of the whole staff.

The people are so so friendly and accommodating, and while touring the apartments we felt very welcome and not at all rushed or pressured. It's a cozy area with nice views and landscaping.

The tour by Dino was fabulous. He answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful. The apartment complex is fabulous with amazing views. My mom is excited to move in next month!

Had an excellent tour with Kenzie. She answered all my questions, showed me multiple units, and was willing to explain all policies and costs. She took a lot of time to walk through different options as well as even discussing with me best ways to arrange my furniture!

I went on a tour today to view the apartments with our leasing agent McKenzie and had a great time. She was very thoughtful about which apartments specifications we wanted that we could see and the ones that weren't available she went out of her way to show us what our views would look like which made us feel that she was really working with us to find the right place.

Pinnacle Highland is a great place to live! The apartments are updated and well-maintained, the grounds and amenities are nice, maintenance is quick and thorough, and the staff are always friendly. Plus, the views around the community of the surrounding mountains and valley are wonderful!

I had the opportunity to speak with Kenzie and tour the place. Kenzie was awesome. It’s a really nice place and I appreciate the transparency about everything as far as pricing goes, and they’re also very transparent as far as what to expect. The place was very nice compared to where I’m currently living. Planning on putting in an application and possibly moving in asap. At a minimum, I would encourage people to at least come look at a place.

I've lived here for almost four years, and it's been really great. The apartments are really nice and well maintained, and the grounds are so nice it's like living in a park. The maintenance crew is AMAZING. They're always prompt, do a great job, and they explain everything they're doing, which I find very helpful. The management team is also great. My mom came to live me about a year ago, so I had to find a bigger apartment and then have some work done to it when my mom broke her hip. The management was very patient and accommodating with everything, including having railing installed for a couple of steps outside and installing grab bars in the shower. I plan on staying here for quite a while.

Kenzie is really nice and we are able to get to a human quickly when calling. The apartments seem beautiful and in a great location.

Great experience! My husband and I lived here for nearly 5 years and from start to finish we loved it here! We moved because we bought our first home, but the leasing staff was great to work with, the maintenance team was on top of fixes and always professional. The entire check out process when we broke our lease was pretty seamless and the leasing staff was always helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. We had to break our lease early so the break-lease fee was pretty high, but I've lived all over the country and most complexes charge a lot more. Our only real concern/complaint was that the windows really need to be replaced because they are only single pane and it can drive up utility costs with the poor insulation; but honestly, we would still recommend this place to anyone! Great location, great staff, quiet complex, and minimal additional fees. We loved it here!

I have had a very positive experience moving to Pinnacle Highland. The staff is friendly and very responsive and I was able to sign the lease quickly. My apartment was clean and ready to go and the move-in was seamless. So far it is a clean, quiet place to live. I’m glad I chose to make this my place my home.

I love Pinnacle Highland Apartments. From the reception we got at the front desk when we toured the facility, to the landscaping, and the clean, pristine apartments, it was a delightful experience. We've looked at so many apartments and really none compare with this gorgeous space. My husband really liked it because of the peaceful, beautiful atmosphere.

I completed a self guided tour today and was very impressed with the staff, who were incredibly helpful, and with ho well maintained the grounds and property were. Definitely one of the better experiences that I have had apartment hunting.

The tour was really nice. They showed us many options to choose from and we really appreciated their generosity. All of the rooms we went to look at were spotless and very clean.

Our recent move in went very smoothly and we are very happy with our unit. Everything was clean when we arrived, and the few wiggly items were fixed by maintenance the following day which got us off to a great start. The grounds are very clean and the staff is polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this complex.

Office staff has been super helpful through the touring and application process, and the self-guided tour was super easy to navigate.

I toured with Dino for the Highland Pinnacle Apartments last week and he was excellent. Dino was very friendly and knowledgeable yet also transparent. By far the best leasing agent and tour I went on between 5 others I had the same day. And by far the nicest complex and nicest apartments within this price range. And easily the safest location. As far as the apartment complex, it is in a nice quiet location (the only noise will be the road but its not bad), very close to the mountains, in a very safe area of Cottonwood Heights suburbs. The tenants seem to all be friendly and mix between young professionals and families. The finishes on the apartment are modern, huge balconies, and excellent exterior construction as well with the brick. The complex is massive and contains 2 pools and a good workout room and nice clubhouse. With the huge development comes notable elevation changes between the 3 subsections of the complex, so keep that in mind if you aren't in the best shape or handicapped. Night life probably isn't insane around this area from what I can tell, but if you value safety, quality, and distance to outdoor activities this is the right place for you. Only a 25ish minute drive or less to both downtown SLC and the airport.

My roommate and I have been looking at several places to call our new home. We did a tour here at Pinnacle and were not only impressed by the staff, by the other tenants as well! We were greeted with smiles and super friendly smiles from the leasing agents, and as we were looking at the amenities the other tenants were saying how much they loved it here, encouraging us to apply. Then we had the option of having a guided tour or a self tour, which was really nice. The layout of the apartment was very nice, and the agents were super helpful with all of our questions. The views are also a major plus, and already both my roommate and I could feel our serotonin levels rising. All in all, we were really impressed with this place!

Recently was able to tour a 3 bedroom. Staff is so kind and answered our questions and even though I signed up for a guided tour, we were able to do a self guided tour. Beautiful apartments!

I have had nothing but a positive experience with the leasing team here! I have always been able to reach a real person by phone and in office. Everyone here has been super helpful and personable. It is the reason we are choosing to live here instead of dealing with other property management companies where you can’t get a hold of an actual person. Happy to be here.

I recently toured this apartment community and was really impressed. The grounds are well-maintained with lots of beautiful trees and nice areas to walk around. It feels peaceful and quiet, which I really appreciate. The pool and hot tub area looked clean and inviting. The apartment I saw was clean and seemed well cared for. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful in answering my questions. So far, everything seems very promising, and I’m excited about the possibility of living here!

Property management team has been great and easy to work with. Have solved all issues in a timely manner and have answered all my questions. Highly recommend for anyone moving to the area.

I’m a new resident here and overall the experience was fast & an easy move thanks to the leasing staff, I did have an issue with my refrigerator but the maintenance team was so kind to resolve the issue quickly thanks to Luis, Miguel & Carlos

I recently moved into Pinnacle Highland Apartments and everything went smoothly. The location is great and the views are excellent. Depending on where you are in the complex there is some road noise, as South Highland and Bengal Blvd are busy streets. If you are choosing a first or second floor apartment I would be cautious. The floors are older and creak quite a bit, so it can be very easy to hear your upstairs neighbors walking around.

We recently moved in at the beginning of the month and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The location is excellent, maintenance has been prompt and efficient with every request, and there are plenty of well-maintained grassy areas and pet stations (something that’s surprisingly hard to find). Rent is very reasonable for the area. Would definitely recommend!

I just recently moved into the Pinnacle Highland community and so far I can’t say I have any complaints. The staff was quick to answer emails and seemed transparent with me throughout the entire application and move-in process.

After an excruciatingly long day of horrible apartment tours we were met with such professionalism, communication, and options at Pinnacle. A nice lady with long dark hair helped us at the beginning and Dino answered so many questions! I couldn’t recommend more.

The apartment to tour looked very nice and everyone has been upfront in their prices and amenities. We are excited to continue the application process and keep working with the amazing staff!

I moved in to these apartments about 2.5 weeks ago now. The leasing office was very responsive to my emails during my application process and answered all my questions. They were also very helpful on move in day and made sure I had what i needed to get started. I did run into a couple of maintenance issues my first week (smart lock and water heater as well as a small hole in my door). But the maintenance team got to my apartment either the same day or the following day and fixed everything promptly. The amenities are nice - 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a decent sized gym. Rent is fairly affordable compared to other apartments in the area, too. The location is unbeatable for access to the Cottonwoods and outdoor activities. These are very nice apartments!

Move in went very smoothly and living here so far has been an excellent experience. Management is very responsive to questions and concerns. Maintenance requests are easy to place and the maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. The grounds are kept clean and trash is collected several times weekly. Very impressed so far.

Management was super helpful in smoothing out our move-in. They are readily available and on top of things. The grounds and pools are kept in great shape. We love our apartment.

Move in was simple and the staff was very helpful. The maintenance staff, especially Baylor, has been amazing as well.

This is my second lease here at pinnacle. I’ve chosen a longer commute to stay here. Staff are professional and reliable and fare. Maintenance is always available whenever I rarely needed them. Never had any theft from vehicle. Neighbors are friendly and the community as a whole is friendly. The landscaping is always cared for and during winter the roads and walkways are always tended to. Absolutely zero complaints that’s why I give 5 star.

There has been a lot of research and patience required in choosing a new apartment in the SLC valley. Post touring well over 30 complex's now and Pinnacle is easily coming out on top. The grounds are beautiful and the apartment homes themselves are very tasteful and warm-not overly modern which I personally love. The 3rd floor units specifically have vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light, and a more enclosed balcony which is a huge perk in my book. I think this just might be home!

This apartment complex has been wonderful to work with. I've been looking around at apartments, and their customer service has gone above and beyond, showing me any apartment I want to check out, and even giving me some snacks! I recommend working with them for sure!

I toured this place last week, and it was love at first sight. This was the first apartment complex I visited during my apartment hunt journey, and despite seeing a variety of other apartments/complexes afterwards, some that maybe had more square footage, fancier amenities, even being closer to my work place...nothing felt as homey as the Pinnacle Highland Apartments.

The staff in the office were very helpful and friendly. They listened carefully to any questions I had and were able to answer quickly making my move in seem less and hassle feee. And that is important when it comes to a move as there are a lot of moving pieces to any move.

Kenzie was amazing and super helpful with getting us all set up! She answered all questions and concerns and was so patient and polite.

We’ve lived here for just a few weeks, but so far it’s been great! The application process was very easy and we received prompt communication from the staff throughout the entire process. On move in we got our keys and digital code without issue. We did have someone parked in our assigned space, however, the leasing office was very quick with their response to have the person move and we haven’t had any issues since then. We also had a chirping smoke detector that was fixed about an hour after our call to the office. So far the community seems quiet but friendly, and our dog is definitely enjoying being outdoors more often. We live on the first floor and have had no issues with any upstairs sounds or anything like that. All of our appliances work great and we are loving the open floor plan! Less square footage than our last apartment, but it definitely feels like we have more space, and more room to customize. We’re excited to call Pinnacle Highlands our new home!

We are moving across the country and trying to find a place to live. It’s obviously never easy when you have to sign something without seeing it. While we haven’t signed yet, I have to say the team here is amazing. We have spoken to three different people and each was so wonderful and understanding, answering every single question we had. Which there were several! We are really excited for this next chapter at Pinnacle and know we are in good hands.

I toured a few units and love how quiet the area is and that it is animal friendly. Can’t beat the price for this area. Signing a lease now!

New to Salt Lake City and have been apartment hunting. The team at Pinnacle Highlands Apartment community, especially Dino has been an exceptional help. Dino was super patient and answered all my questions about their application process. They continue to be gracious and helpful through the whole process. I just want to say thank you for making a sometimes stressful and daunting process simple and easy to navigate.

I love this place! The staff was so so friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful! Location is very central and the amenities are wonderful.

We moved in 2 weeks ago and are so happy. The whole process from our tour to move in day was so easy due to the wonderful staff. They are so friendly, helpful and patient (as i had silly questions im sure! Lol) we had 2 "issues" that needed addressed/ fixed in the apartment and they completed 1 the same day inotified and the next was done the next day. Maintenance were so friendly as well. And I often see them around the community cleaning up whatever trash or debris may be around. Highly recommend checking it out!

Pinnacle highland apartments is a great place to live. It’s in a nice neighborhood and the people who work there are very helpful and patient. Five-Star Review! This apartment has exceeded my expectations! The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern decor and well-equipped facilities, making it incredibly comfortable to live in. The property management is professional, and the staff is friendly and responsive to any issues. The location is also excellent—supermarkets, restaurants, and the subway station are all within walking distance, making daily life very convenient. Overall, this is a fantastic place to live with great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a rental!

I moved in a month ago. This apartment complex is amazing, and the staff are equally impressive. I've had the pleasure of interacting with most of the office staff, and it has been a refreshing level of professionalism. There was a quick response to my maintenance issue as well. The maintenance staff are so kind and considerate. The views of the valley are the best part, especially at night, the grounds are well kept, and repairs are made as needed. Every other apartment community here in Utah could learn from this company and staff. Don't hesitate to move here if you have the opportunity. UPDATE...Been here since October. It is clean and quiet, the staff is still amazing, ready to help with anything, and very respectful. Maintenance staff are also kind and quickly respond. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Great neighborhood.

My wife and I have lived here for a little over a year and we both love it, the apartments feel cozy and it's in a pretty area as well. It has a nice gym that I enjoy going to as well, also some nice scenery that provides for some great walks. The apartment is spacious and great for pets, we have a cat and he seems to love it! Every member of the staff that I've interacted with has been very polite and helpful!

I toured the property a couple of weeks ago. I fell in love with the one bedroom I looked at. I sure hope one opens up on the 1st floor soon! The staff was so helpful and took the time to answer my questions.

Really enjoyed living here. The apartments are spacious and have a lot of closet and cupboard space which I love. The grounds are kept very nice and the pool area is top notch! The workout room is awesome as well. Staff and maintenance are friendly and professional. Loved living so close to the canyons plus easy freeway access. I plan on signing a new lease. Can't wait to move back!
