The Ridge at Jordan Landing

We had to have our washer and dryer replaced. JD (the maintenance guy) was professional and kept us in the loop about parts and when to expect service. Super efficient and fast. Happy to live here. (:

I’ve been living at the ridge for a short time but I’m already feeling so at ease here any concerns I’ve had they have addressed and not made me feel bad about any of it it’s so clean here and safe! Barbra ,Nicole and Jennifer are truly gems and so willing to help thank you ladies at the ridge.

I’ve been living at The Ridge for 4 years. I was a displaced single mom scrambling to find a place and they were so kind and helpful in helping me and my daughter get into a unit. Management and maintenance have always been kind and I’ve always felt safe here with my kid. And Bangerter is right around the corner, which is super convenient! Downside of HUD housing is the frequent inspections and loads of paperwork. But it’s a roof and the community is nice enough. Unfortunately, for income restricted housing, my income has sure felt restricted. I suppose $1308 for 1 bedroom is good compared to market rent in West Jordan, but on my truly low income I just can’t do it anymore, especially for the quality and space you get. But if I’m ever needing to cram us into a 1 bedroom again I would consider reapplying just cause of how great the people have been.

I definitely think that some credit needs to be awarded to Jennifer at the ridge! I’ve been dealing with some maintenance issues and was aware that they were running a little shortstaffed. One of my minor request turned into a major one when my dryer stopped working. Imagine four kids in a house with no dryer, doesn’t sound like a good time right? So in a frantic state, I called and left a voicemail for the management team and within seconds Jennifer herself, who is the manager, called me back, reassuring me that she would make sure my request were handled today, and they were!! It is due to the amazing service, maintenance team, and Jennifer herself that would make me want to stay in this community for the rest of my life. Thank you so so much for all you do! I’m incredibly grateful every day that I live here.

It is with great pleasure that I am leaving this review and our appreciation to The Ridge Apartments. We have lived in this very nice and quiet community for almost three months now. It has been a fresh breeze of air dealing with a leasing company which observes high upfront and honest standards, while treating its clients with kindness and respect. The wait until one apartment finally became available has been so worthwhile, since our first inquiry around one year ago. Thank you Nicolle for your patience responding to our phone calls and messages, you have taken care of us from day one, and until this day, in such a friendly, sweet but very efficient manner. Our appreciation to Jennifer, Cassie and the maintance crew for helping us with a few minor details needed to be fixed. We have enjoyed living here very much, the apartments are clean and well kept with plenty of space and a nice layout. We love the views and the open space from the kitchen that allows us to see the beautiful trees and well kept grounds around the community. I believe that Word of Mouth is the best tool to promote a business, and you can be sure that I will gladly let all my contacts, friends and acquaintances know about our very happy experience residing at The Ridge Apartments.

From the moment we filled out our lease application, until the day we moved into a very clean, spacious and functional apartment, you have always been there helping us during the process. I have lived in this complex for a couple of years now and have enjoyed it. The location is very close to Jordan Landing outlets but still feels secluded from the craze it can be. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The property is always on top of maintaining the grounds which makes it look nice and feel good to drive in to. Some of the provided appliances are outdated, but they get the job done. Aside from the wanting some things upgraded with the rising prices, this is still a great place to stay.

Great condo. I live here for 9 years and don’t want to move out. Is a nice place and affordable. I love the big trees and the environment. AND it’s close to everything you need!

I’ve been living in the complex for one year now. The community is really nice, and the people in the leasing office — including the manager — are very kind. I like the neighborhood; it’s so quiet and clean. I feel really good living here.

Me and my fiancé has lived here at the ridge for about 3 years, they recently upgraded us into a 2 bedroom and made the process super easy and smooth, ive had no issues living here, the staff and maintenance are amazing people and truly care about there residents. Maintenance always comes within a few hours if we are having any issues and gets things fixed quickly. I highly recommend these apartments, they are super clean and well maintained by maintenance, great for a growing family!:) and if you’re looking to eventually get into a bigger home they even have townhomes!

I have had a wonderful experience living at The Ridge. The office staff is fantastic to work with. Jennifer went above and beyond to go out of her way to help me understand the application process. If I have had a complaint or maintenance issue, they are on top of it! I have felt safe living here with my daughter. I am so grateful to live in this community.

We have lived here for 12 years. During that time the staff has changed multiple times. As is anywhere, some were good and some not so good. They are low income, not government subsidized, which a lot of people get confused about. If you are looking for government subsidized then you need to go down the street a few blocks. You are allowed to paint the walls as long as you paint them back when you leave. I raised my kids here in the townhome. It is a no pet community, however we have certified service dogs and they were very good about giving us the appropriate paperwork to fill out and letting us know exactly what information they needed from the doctors. There is an inspection every 6 months, but they do it when they come to change the filters. There is always at least a 24 hour notice, if not a few days before.👍 They check the smoke detectors and check to make sure you aren’t destroying the place, which is common everywhere, at least once a year. It is a no smoking community, but we do have a problem with one of the neighbors smoking and I have really bad asthma, so it is a major problem for me, but we have to be able to get a picture or video before they can do anything about it and she does it on her back patio, so we haven’t been able to get the proof.😔 We were able to get proof of a neighbor that often lets their dog out without a leash. They have been talked to every time we have reported it, but still continue to do it. Their dog is aggressive and over the years has charged at my daughter and her friend, and my dog once. Now they walk him away from my apartment when walking him, however there are still many times that he isn’t on a leash.😡 You’ll have some frustrating, and some very kind neighbors wherever you go. We’ve made great friends here as well, some that became like family. The pool is often out of commission and that can be frustrating at times. My husband can overreact at times when there is an issue, but the current staff has handled it appropriately. I am the one that usually deals with them though and they have always been nice to me.😊

Honestly this has been very luxurious and peaceful place I ever lived in my kids and I enjoy it! I love the way they maintain the place and it keep livable. I wouldn’t complain at all.

I have lived here an embarrassingly long time (20 years). The staff is always friendly, caring, and helpful. Maintenence is always very knowledgable and gets any issue taken care of quickly. They have fun activities throughout the year. Resident appreciation week is my favorite. I would recommend this community if you would like a safe, fun, caring place to live.

I love living at the Ridge we moved in here when my daughter was just starting 3rd grade and my son 4th I moved to get a better start for my kids. I love my townhomes my kids are now teenagers, i love the ofice staff and the maintenance Guys as well everyone is so very friendly. And keep the place a beautiful and safe place to live. I appreciate thehard work of the lawn care guys as well. Thankyiu Ridge staff and management team you all are doing a great job!

Staff is very courteous friendly and helpful

I went through the application process and Mary Jane was absolutely incredible! She is very thoughtful and patient. I took all of my children in with me and she found ways to keep them entertained throughout that time while helping me figure out what I needed for my application.

These apartments are gorgeous. The staff is super friendly and made the process very easy! I love when they have cookies in the office and I always go get their hot chocolate!

The ridge is awesome. Great people in the office. Very clean and well kept. Has pool and hot tub.

I have lived here for over 15 years and have enjoyed it. The apartments are a good size, good floor plan and good closet space. Having washer and dryer included was one of the reasons I chose to live here. I have always found the office staff to be friendly and helpful. My maintenance concerns have always been dealt within a timely manner. I have on occasion had to deal with Pigeons on my balcony. Overall it's a nice place to live.

Great place to live very friendly staff

We have lived at The Ridge at Jordan Landing for over 5 years now. It was our first and best choice, for living in a safe and beautiful community! Mostly everything we need is within walking distance. Our neighbors are very friendly and we all look out for one another. The office staff are some of the most hospitable, bilingual and welcoming group of people. The maintenance/ grounds men are knowledgeable, reliable on making repairs, as well as keeping a warm welcoming appearance.

I have loved the office staff, they have been so great to work with.

I personally have lived here going on 7yrs now. It's had it's Up's and down's. Where ya going to go in this world that doesn't have a mix of the both. It's life! I've very much have enjoyed raising 2 of my 3 children while living here. They've always had fun things to keep us entertained rather it be through the holidays or through the months. They do have security that drivers through the complex throughout the night that gives you peace of mind while you sleep. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. Only complaints I can say I've ever heard other people say would be that they can't smoke in the property or that you have to barbecue in the designated areas which I agree with, being were not all as mindful as others and tend to be forgetful I've seen blackened fences from the grill being too close and tbh I'd rather not burn up from irresponsible people. And as for smoking people can't find there way to the garbage can for there cigarette butt to go into. That's about all I have to say. Thanks J. Johnson 🦋

I like living here except for the last 8 couple months or so. I had a noisy neighbor so bad that I reported again and again. The police were even called. I feel the office did not do enough to confront the people. Finally I quit complaining cause I was told it was a legal issue. Finally the neighbor moved out, hallelujah! Now without the noisy neighbor it is much better. The office staff are good and the manager Jennifer is also great. As far as the maintenance guys I can't say enough they are great. They are there when you call them. I like living here especially now that noisy neighbor is gone.I would recommend living here. I would have given them a 5 stars except for the noisy neighbor and the handling of that situation.
