Rockledge at Quarry Bend Apartments

The apartments are very spacious, and the distribution of the different areas is great. Each one has areas for extra storage, and the size of rooms are perfect. I love the location and the areas in general. The administration personnel are friendly and them answer all your question (in person, they don't answer messages). And for vehicles, there are different options (garages, open, with roof...). When I was looking for a place to move, I checked around 20 different communities, and this one was the best!

We love living at Rockledge at Quarry Bend. The location is perfect, with easy access to a quiet walking trail, public park, and convenient shopping center. The staff has been friendly and helpful throughout the leasing and move-in process (especially Jocelyn). The apartments themselves are beautiful, with lots of intentional storage space built in. We definitely made the right choice moving here!

I lived there for three years. The complex is wonderful and the management team is amazing took care of any issues i had while i was there. would highly recommend moving here if you are looking for a safe place for family. Jocelyn was wonderful with us helping with all move in procedures and all she answered all of our questions and just was wonderful. highly recommend her. thank you so much for such a wonderful living experience for the time we were there.

This place is super nice super helpful Jocelyn is super helpful and the always letting us use their stuff for free as well they have a lot to offer here.

So happy we got Jocelyn for our tour today! She ways very happy and vibrant made sure I knew my cat would love our new home! Definitely felt like these guys care the office is clean and pooles looked great. Step up from the rest! Thanks again y'all!

Great apartment complex and staff is always so helpful whenever I need anything! Would absolutely recommend anyone to live here

i moved out about 2 months ago and i always had the best experience with this complex! the leasing office was always so friendly and helpful! their units are very nice and they keep their property pretty clean!!! the gym is huge and the equipment is in good condition! i loved my apartment here, the only reason i moved is because my fiance and i wanted to upgrade to a townhome. otherwise, i would have stayed. i will miss this complex!

So far I have really been enjoying my time here! I love the amenities like the pool and gym! I also love how Helpful Deanna is when I need something or have questions. Overall very happy being here!

We’ve been living here for about 9 months now, and it’s truly been a great experience. Derek, Deanna, and Jessica were incredibly helpful when we were first getting started—they patiently showed us several units until we found the one. We absolutely love our spacious apartment and our little corner of the community. One of my favorite features is the underground parking—such a game-changer, especially during the winter. The amenities are also a huge plus. We regularly take advantage of the amazing gym and pool, which have been perfect for these hot summer days. Today they hosted a pool party luau, and it was such a fun time! We even won a couple of prizes in the raffle—how cool is that? It really feels like the team here goes the extra mile to create a welcoming, fun community. Highly recommend!

Jocelyn is the best advisor , she always try to help the residents with all concerns, she is friendly and nice. Excellent move in , open communication always.

My family and I recently moved into rockledge apartments and gotta say love everything about them esp. when they host events for occasion. This morning I stopped in for a mother's day breakfast and it was amazing! I got to meet some amazing neighbors and my kids got to make some new friends highly recommend moving here :)

Great staff at the office and a pretty clean and well lit place as well. You got the usual neighbor issues you know cause you unfortunately can’t pick your neighbors. But that’s not on them. Also they fix stuff pretty fast when you put in a request. Also it’s a nice little location close to grocery stores and the highway, so good location. Really good overall.

Such a beautiful Property! I am a single mom, been living since around the beginning of the year and have felt so safe living here with my daughter and I alone. The space of the apartments is incredible. And the new manager has been SO AMAZING! Someone is FINALLY ensuring all rules are being followed and enforced so the apartments and comunity is all saffe, clean, and an amazing place to live! LOVE MANAGER JESSICA!!!!

My husband and I are new to the property and we are pleasantly surprised. We were aware of the abundance of horrible reviews and were really skeptical of moving here but no apartment we have looked at from salt lake to Draper had the floor plan like this two bedroom we just moved into. Whom ever has taken over has done a good job from what we have seen. Of course there are things that were wrong in our apartment when we moved in but maintenance was on it they either came same day or the next day to resolve the issues. There are cobwebs and stuff in the hallways we had a run in with a black widow but we called the staff told us pest control comes every 2 weeks and will have them address the issues. We have a 1 year old daughter that we protect at all costs so things like the white powdery residue that was all over our apartment upon move in we were told was done by their old cleaning company and they have since changed companies. I did ask that the new company come and reclean but it’s not something they do when it’s post move in. I decided it’s fine because they probably won’t do it to my standards anyways so I just did it myself but made them fully aware of it. The pool and property is beautiful, any issues we’ve had whether it be with people or fixes they have been right on top of it. That I am truly grateful for. I do plan to update this later on to give my full experience but I am truly impressed with how well and how quickly things have been resolved.

Jessica is the best thing that could happen to Rockledge. She has so much knowledge of the property. I have rented from multiple properties and she is hand down the best!!!

For context I just moved out of Rockledge. I was there for 1 year and I want to say I am going to miss a lot about it. The leasing office staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Whenever I came to them with a need or a question they always helped me with a smile. I always enjoyed going to the community events put on by the complex as well because the people who live there are friendly too. I also want to note that my apartment was very comfortable with nice big windows which I loved. If anyone is considering moving to Rockledge I would recommend visiting. You won’t be disappointed!

I helped move my boyfriend in a few days ago and have been completely impressed with management and the property! While there were a few things out of place upon move in, the team was quick to replace, fix, and clean. They went above and beyond in making amends. The amenities and location are a plus on top of a safe, welcoming community. A big thank you to everyone who responded in a timely manner!
