I lived at Sterling Village Apartments for 8 1/2 years. It was a really great experience for me. I was in the Dover floor plan, 941sq. ft., 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with an attached garage. The garage had a key code AND garage door opener. I really appreciated having the attached garage, especially in the winter time so I didn't have to go out in the cold and clean off my car. They always had a snow plow there clearing the roads and salting by about 4 AM and they came back throughout the day if needed. Sterling Village really takes pride in their landscaping. Beautiful, mature trees, hedges, and flowers. It was picture perfect for me every time of the year and the front room/dining area had a huge picture window to enjoy it all. I had an oversized patio, approximately 200 sq. ft.! They just don't make them like that anymore! FAVORITE.PATIO.EVER! Assistant Manager, Alona, and leasing agent, McCray, were absolutely wonderful every time I called or went into the leasing office. I could tell that Alona genuinely cared about me and she always went out of her way to help. I hope Sterling Village realizes what an asset they have in her! You can schedule repairs in their online portal which is really handy. Whenever I needed a repair, I received communication from their repair team immediately. Their repair guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. I always knew that once they fixed something I wouldn't have to worry about it again. Thank you James and Tyler! I even had an issue with my toilet on the Fourth of July and a guy was there within one hour to fix it! I only had 1 shared wall and it was always really quiet. The open floor plan made the apartment look a lot bigger than it actually was. The Dover floor plan spans over five garages, so you will be able to hear garage doors opening and closing. The wide, super deep bathtub was one of the best features of the apartment. I loved the 12' ceilings in the bathroom with two windows for natural light; 1 that opened for fresh air. The closet in the bedroom was approximately 7' x 7' and 9' tall. So much space! The laundry room was a pretty decent size and came with a washer and dryer which I really appreciated! Having the shelving in the laundry room for storage was absolutely perfect and plentiful. Sterling Village was really good about sending out emails to keep residents posted about any changes or construction or anything that was going to be going on in the community with plenty of advance notice. I always felt safe living there. It really broke my heart that I had to leave, but onwards and upwards to better things! If I'm ever back in the area, I'll be moving right back in. I highly recommend this property and again, working with Alona was a dream come true. I'm truly grateful for you! Thank you!

I am extremely happy with the townhome community I live in. Whenever an issue arises, the staff is prompt, responsive, and diligent in resolving it. The rent is very reasonable and affordable, making it a great option for a wide range of residents. The neighborhood is generally quiet, and everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly and welcoming. Overall, it has been a wonderful place to call home.

I have lived at Sterling Village since May and can confidently say this community deserves five stars. The property is well maintained, with beautiful established trees, mature landscaping, and recent upgrades including a renovated pool and pool deck as well as convenient parcel lockers. The gym is large and well equipped, making it easy to stay active without leaving home. The staff—Alona, McCray, Jesse, Tyler, and Kenneth—are top notch. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, and the team does a great job keeping residents informed every step of the way. While the apartments themselves were built in the 1990s, they offer a level of space and comfort that newer communities can’t match. The one-bedroom units are roughly 300 square feet larger than many new builds, and the soundproofing is noticeably better than what I experienced in a recently constructed community. The layouts feature generous closet space, oversized balconies, and private garages included in the rent—saving residents about $200 a month compared to nearby properties. Best of all, there are no unnecessary add-on fees or mandatory media packages; you simply pay rent and utilities. The location is another highlight. Sterling Village is close to I-15, shopping at the mall, Walmart, Costco, and Sam’s Club, plus countless restaurants, gas stations, and the FrontRunner commuter rail station just a block away. My own apartment overlooks the wetlands and river, providing a private setting where I enjoy sunsets and the sound of ducks and geese each evening. If you’re looking for an apartment in this area, Sterling Village offers exceptional value, responsive management, and a community that truly feels like home.

We have loved every moment living here. Management is so on top of it, making sure the grounds are clean, safe and enjoyable! Maintenance staff is so knowledgeable and every one of them- so kind and trustworthy. We have loved how many mature trees there are to help keep it shady and nice for walks. They buildings are a little older, so there is normal maintenance requests for which they are there same day, if not sooner; if they can be to fix. It’s a quiet community, beautiful newly renovated pool and rec area. We are so sad to leave, but will look to come back here if we move back to Utah! Thank you, Sterling Village!

I've been here 5 years and always had a great experience with the staff and maintenance team. They are great to work with and care for the residents. The community for the most part is quiet and respectful. Great place to live!

These are amazing, quiet and beautiful homes. The staff are so helpful. Maintenance is fantastic. Tyler and Jason are always on top of everything. We love it here. The location is hard to beat.

I have lived in many apartment complexes in the area, and this is by far my favorite one. I actually lived here the first time a few years ago, left at the end of my lease and moved into a brand new apartment complex and absolutely regretted it. I am so glad to be back, about to renew my lease for another year. Yes they are an older complex but they do such a great job maintaining and updating them. Many of the apartments have upgrades like new flooring and appliances. In fact when I moved in last year I was surprised to find they had put in all new carpet and tile. I think the biggest benefit here is the space in your apartment, I paid almost the same amount in rent at another complex for a 650 sq foot apartment. Here it’s about 950 sg feet and every apartment comes with a garage included! The office staff has always been so friendly and helpful especially Alonau. Maintenance is super quick, my heater went out this winter and I called emergency maintenance and he arrived within a half hour. Unfortunately they had to have the gas company come in which took a day but they brought me a space heater while I waited. Recently my AC did break as well, but I submitted a maintained request in the evening and they were here by 10 am the next day, determined I needed a new one and it was here the next day. The grounds are gorgeous with lots of mature trees it makes you feel like you’re not in the middle of a city, yet you’re within minutes from most things you’d need. They’ve been making updates throughout the property like the gym and currently the pool area which I’m excited to see! It’s honestly a very quiet and beautiful place to live, you just can’t beat the views! I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! Even got my sister to get an apartment here :). Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

It was a very enjoyable living community. The maintenance team is quick and responsive. This community has many trees and the grounds are well taken care of. Their are large decks attached to every unit, and many have both covered and uncovered decks. The pool area is nice and keep clean. If we didn't need to relocate we would still be there after 7 years.

Yesterday we met Alona. When we walked into the office, she was the first to greet us with a warm smile. She took care of us in finding the perfect situation for us, assisted in filling out forms in a timely manner and in just a hour or so we were on our way to a new home. Alona was kind and very friendly. It will be an honor to have her there with any needs that we have. I accidentally left my credit card on her desk and after we left, she called to let me know that she had it in her safe keeping till we went back to get it. Now THAT is HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY!! Amazing staff, great communication between management and residents. Me and my fiancé had to leave our lease a little early and they did a great job explaining our options and helping us out anyway they could.

A huge complex of apartmental and individual housing. The apartments are well designed with good natural air and sun light. The roads are well laid and maintained. The land scape countures are beautifully done and maintained. The facilities of gym and swimming pool in the club house are good. Ample parking space.The front office and other maintenance staff are prompt well trained and courtious. The old appliances in the apartments need to be replaced from time to time.

Everything about this place is INCREDIBLE!! The views are beautiful, the neighbors are warm & welcoming, the office staff is AMAZING, and maintenance takes care of things quickly and efficiently! Living here doesn’t feel like an apartment, it feels like home.

If I ever have an issue Matinance is quick to respond. The staff is very professional and friendly. Couldn’t have found a better place for my family!

One of the best places to live EVER!!! The office staff is so kind and helpful, they helped me through every step of the process. They're very knowledgeable about their complex and the lease, and answered every question I had (I had a lot of questions). Maintenance is quick to respond and lets you know what the issue is and how they fixed it! There is great communication between everyone and they have all made this place my home. I appreciate every one of them and I am looking forward to a long stay here! 10/10 would recommend!

This place has been great for us for the last 6 months and has an actually decent gym with free weights and much more! It definitely has less of a crowded city vibe than most of your other options around! Also the staff has been excellent! - Update: We lived here for over a year until we found a house and we still recommend it!

My husband and I had nothing but good experiences during the 2 years we were at Sterling Village. Zach was always really good at communicating with us and remembered us every time we came into the office (which wasn't very often, so it felt good to be remembered and greeted with a smile). Our apartment was spacious and beautiful and the overall look of the community was beautiful and well kept. We were so sad to leave!

Sterling Village was an awesome place to live! Management was amazing and maintenance was the best I have ever experienced. Maintenance was always very quick and respectful (knew we had dogs and always made sure to not let them escape haha). Move out fees were more than reasonable. Would recommend. Great apartments! We moved into the dover apartment a couple months ago but ended up deciding to move to a 3bed 2bath, the process only took a few days! We saw the apartment Monday and moved in Friday, they made the transfer seamless! Moving out was not a hassle at all, take care of your apartment and you won't have a problem! Apartments charge moving out fees depending on how you leave it, if you wouldn't want to move in with how you leave it don't expect others to want to! They do their best to help you avoid fees, its up to you on how you want to handle that! Zach and Danica were amazing, Danica went above and beyond to get us our new keys so we could move in asap. They're incredibly understanding and nice, respect goes both ways! Our matience guys have always been super responsive and fixed the problem as soon as they could. We've never had a problem with noise and we've had good neighbors so far in both our apartments! We've loved living here!

I've lived in a lot of apartments, and this is the best experience I've ever had. Sterling Village has a stellar maintenance crew, and polite office staff. All aspects of management are extremely responsive. Our dishwasher was leaking, and they replaced it the very same day I reported it. Our AC unit was running cold on the outside, so they came in to check the filter to make sure it was running efficiently. They hire wonderful groundskeepers as well, and the greenspace and landscaping is beautiful. The gym and pool areas were always clean. I just moved out, and I'm sad to go. I got a good chunk of my deposit back, because we left the apartment clean and without damage. That's how deposits work. Don't trash your apartment, and you'll get money back. Just be a responsible tenant. Sterling Village is one of the good ones. I'll miss it there!

Lived here for a year and loved it. Staff was very nice and comprehensive when covid-19 affected us. Also the apartments are very big and moving out charges are fair. The only thing I would say is that pool area was not my favorite since it was not always clean due to the trees around.

Sterling Village is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve rented at! The office staff is amazing, Missy and Zach were so much help during my move in and Danica made us feel so welcome and at home! I couldn’t have chose a better place to live at.

I've lived here for 4 yrs and think these new reviews are bs! Several people have the same name, seems like someone is bitter and toxic. STERLING VILLAGE is an absolute wonderful place to live. I have a large apartment with a garage and an amazing view! If I have a problem Joe and Val have always taken care of it right away. I know all of my neighbors and have never experienced the issues these so called reviews have mentioned. Thank you to the employees at Sterling for always being so kind to me and my family. We love living here!

I just moved in, and the office staff made my move in experience so easy and seamless! The apartments are in perfect condition and so spacious. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because I love it here. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know!

Lived here one year - scoured the Utah valley area complexes and fell in love with Sterling! Friendly and caring front desk staff, awesome groundskeeping staff, quiet, TONS of natural light and greenery. It may be a bit more pricey than other options, but what you are paying for is a delightful living area, quiet and conscientious neighbors, and a clean, welcoming environment. Super close to tons of amenities, but tucked away out of hustle and bustle. I can't say enough good things about them! Lived in basement apartment with west-facing view. You wouldn't guess it was a basement apartment due to the light coming from the windows. We were super lucky to find this place!

This place is stylistically different from most of the places my wife and I were considering, and I initially wasn't super impressed with the complex. Zach changed all that. From my perspective, he really believes in the property and genuinely cares about it, and also finds ways to tie the amenities to your needs and interests. We first visited in October of last year, and it was among the list of twenty other properties. By this month, Sterling rose to a tie with our top property, almost entirely (from my point of view) due to Zach and his assistance, geniality, knowledge and humor. We ended up going with another property, but only because the other property was just slightly more aligned with our needs at this time. Would recommend VERY highly.

Lived there nearly 3 years. Felt like an actual home, not apartment. Quality construction. Top notch staff. Moved from property adjacent to SV. So much better from where I was.

Large, clean apartments. They all have great patios and included garages. Many also have great views of the Jordan River. Staff is very friendly and maintenance is quick and thorough. I have loved living here over many years.
