Genuinely the best apartment complex I’ve stayed at. Truly miss living here! The staff is super friendly and helped me with any concerns or questions I had often addressed same day or next. Very clean property and the facilities are a great plus. Also tucked away from heavy traffic and is quiet. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Been living here for a while and I adore this place. The management is the best I've ever experienced in my years of renting, so kind, understanding and on top of communication. The neighborhood is also a highlight, everyone here is so respectful and friendly it's a really nice community around here. Overall, no notes! Lovely place!

We love StoneBridge apartments and have referred many of our friends and family here. The only downside is that because there are certain income requirements, some of our family were ineligible. Besides that, this place is amazing! The management team is easy to work with and they plan all sorts of fun events for their residents around the holidays. The maintenance/landscaping team has great work ethic and is proactive in fixing things before they become an issue, like replacing cracked pavement and steps, taking out dead plants to make way for new ones, and mowing all grassy areas once a week. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner and rarely need follow up messages (which can be rare at other places you may consider). They also offer complimentary carpet cleanings every 6 months that we happily take them up on. One of our favorite things about StoneBridge is how all the employees seem to take pride in making it a wonderful place to live. They take care of it, make it nice, and do a good job enforcing rules to ensure that residents keep it a nice place to live as well. There are several dog groomers and vets nearby, as well as two dog runs in the complex and multiple playgrounds for children and bbq areas. The pool and hot tub are well maintained, as well as the basketball court and workout area. We have lived here for 3 years now and absolutely love it. The location is ideal, great for commuting, close to a movie theatre and a lot of food options. It’s a good option for single adults and/or young couples/families at reasonable prices that match market value, often at promotional discounted rates. We recommend StoneBridge Apartments to anyone looking for a good sized apartment with South Jordan benefits at West Jordan prices. 10/10, 5 stars

I love this apartment because has the best office

Me and my family have lived here for about a year and a half. I have nothing but good things to say! The maintenance team is amazing, they're consistent and keep the grounds so beautiful! Service calls are answered quickly. The management team is even better! They're kind, consistent, fair, and seem to really value the community. The neighborhood is safe, free of drama, friendly. Even my dog has made multiple friends here! It's been a great experience so far.

Stonebridge has been a great apartment complex to live in. The maintenance staff takes excellent care of the grounds, the neighborhood is quiet, and the pool and sports courts are a plus. We moved into a recently renovated apartment and it was very clean and nice. We also enjoy the layout of the floor plan- it feels very spacious.

Everything about these apartments are great. The management and maitenance are a 10. I just renewed my lease and paid rent early and won a gift for it. BEST apartments ever.

Stonebridge apartments is a good place to live! It is a quiet and safe area. The apartments are quiet and private and are nice to live in. We had such amazing help applying and moving in. Alisha really helped us in the process lf renting flr the first time. We love it here!

I love these apartments. I’ve been here since 2018 because their rent was the best, after looking at many different apartments, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Whenever I’ve needed maintenance they’ve jumped on it. I’d definitely recommend these apartments to everyone!

My family has lived here for 7 years. We love our apartment, the grounds and amenities. We're also close to some great restaurants and a movie theatre. It's a great place to be.

I lived at Stonebridge for six years, and it was an amazing experience. Roxanne is a wonderful manager who truly cares about the residents, and her staff is just as professional and friendly. The community is well-maintained, and any time I needed something fixed in my apartment, they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. The environment was always welcoming, and I felt safe and comfortable living there. I will definitely miss being part of this community. We have lived here for a Year now and we love it!! Yes the apartments are some how older but everything works inside my apartment. The girls in the office always lisent to my complains and they fix the problem withing a 1 is fix. But to be honest I really haven't had any issues just 1 time with the toilet and it got fix. Also now days rent is expensive but for me I feel that is a pretty good decent price for a 2 bedroom . Also my family and I feel save!! Thank you stonebeidge team for all you do.

Love this place the pool and the dog park are amazing this place is so dog friendly and the staff is so sweet! But the apartments are really old and the floors creak a lot!

Loved this complex. Well maintained, beautiful on the inside, quiet neighborhood. The ladies in the office were always friendly and helpful if I needed anything and it’s the first time I’ve gotten my full deposit back from any place which was a surprise because no matter how well you maintain a place most complexes find a way to keep your money. Would always recommend these apartments! Thank you!

We lived here for just over a year. The management was great, very friendly and professional. The complex was well kept and very nice. We are really sad to go.

We loved the property and the management, they where kind and helpful when we were trying to move out. The maintenance was fast when our water heater and furniture went out they came and it was fixed that day.

Got more living space cheaper than anywhere else, and was nicer than most we looked at. The staff is wonderful and willing to work with you if you talk to them.

We lived in the Stonebridge Apartments for eight years and have had a wonderful experience. The office and maintenance staff have always been very helpful and respectful. The grounds are kept very clean. They were always very responsive. If we had to return to live in an apartment, our first choice would be Stonebridge.

We lived at Stonebridge appartments for two years. We found the staff friendly, and willing to help. Repairs were done in a timely manner - they were very prompt in an emergency. Convent location, close to stores, restaurants, and a movie theater, and the UTA bus lines.

apartment is very clean. laundry room very clean. manager mia is very nice. unfortunate mishele is very rude to my wife and me when I have questions with my contract and apartment. she yell to me and kick me out of the office. but I do like to live here because the manager and maintenance is very kind to me and my family. rent is too expensive but the apartment condition is very good.

My wife and I lived here for just under two years. We had some speed bumps about locking in our lease price when we moved in but it was great living besides that! Good pricing for the space we had. Never had issues with neighbors, safety, etc.

I've lived in the apartments for about 4 years. It is a safe, fairly quiet place to live. I love how close it is to everything. The staff is wonderful. Anytime I need anything done by maintenance, it gets taken care of within almost 48 hours, if not sooner. I have no plans of moving out any time soon. It is a great place.

Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! I’ve lived in 5 of them! Maintenance always happened ASAP and they have all wonderful staff! And Nia the manager is absolutely amazing and helpful!!! The condos are really nice and spacious! I would definitely recommend this complex to friends and family.

I love this place! I have lived here for 2 years now and have not had many problems. Management is awesome and have always worked very well with me. I have not had many maintenance problems but when I have they are on top of it. Of course there are kids its a family community, and of course they are loud that's what kids are. But I have 3 of my own so it don't bother me. The property is always kept beautiful. Only downfall is price which has left me to find somewhere cheaper, and the close parking is a bit a joke but it doesn't help that the people below me own 7 vehicles themselves and take all the spaces. Other than that its an amazing beautiful place to live and I wish I didn't have to leave. I Recommend this place to everyone.

I moved in recently. The apartment community is not bad. However if you need anything done which requires maintenance support. It will sit for a long time. I was informed that work orders are fulfilled in 24-48 hours. I have been waiting for a month so far to get my front door from sticking in the frame. I really do not appreciate the fact I have the slam the door shut or bang it open with my shoulder. If you are not that handy, you will be waiting a while. I have had to do some of the maintenance items myself. The people around here are quiet. At least my building anyways. I have no complaints about the neighbors. It does appear that people do not like to use their assigned covered parking spot. It is not that much farther from the uncovered spots (25 steps or so). I think the majority of people are just lazy. The pool is rarely cleaned. There have been a lot of rocks and/or leaves consistently. The trash bins are emptied on a regular basis. I have never seem them overflowing (congrats on that). All in all this is one of the better places I have lived in. Just wish maintenance could step up the game.

Best apartment complex that I have lived in. The maintenance was done quickly when we put in a request, the management took an interest in me and my needs, the apartment was freshly painted and clean. I highly recommend it

Lived here for four years, never had a problem. They really felt like home and the staff, they are just completely amazing with there friendliness and there just genuine people. I love it here.
