    It's a very nice and clean place. I just finished my lease because I'm moving to another state, but I highly recommend it. The spaces are always clean and odor-free. The pool and park are excellent. I live in apartment 805 and I've never had any problems with my neighbors or the building. They repair and maintain the facilities when requested, and their management team is friendly and respectful. I'm very happy they gave me the opportunity to live here. Hablan español también

    I have be a resident here at Casecade springs for approximately six years. The location here has been a game changer with access to the redline Commute system. The property management and maintenance crew have Continually worked on the behalf of the residence. I respect how there’s no hidden secrets, The manager April follows the rules She works hard so that we as residents can call this place home. I promise you can’t go wrong by making Casecade springs your next home from home.

    I have lived happily at Cascade Springs for many years. The office staff, maintenance and grounds are great to work with. Any questions or repairs are fixed immediately--even "after hours." And the complex is a safe environment, with nice neighbors. Downside is it's a little pricey, but so is going to the grocery store.

    I love it here! I have the best neighbors that have become close friends, maintenance is always fast when an issue arises, clean grounds, no noise interference that I have encountered and honestly much more. I feel safe with my kid here and that is what mattered the most for me when I was looking for an apartment. I've actually contracted apartments here twice in my life and both times I have experienced the same great culture and staff that they offer. Side note: I work close with law enforcement and can confirm WJPD is rarely called here for any issues and I was personally given their stamp of approval 😁 Take a walk through the grounds and parks around the complex and see for yourself if it meets your standards! If you stop in the office, I'm sure they will help with questions you have. Thanks for reading and happy apartment hunting.

The staff goes above and beyond—from the friendly and helpful office team to the hardworking maintenance crew. Our groundskeeper is one of the hardest-working people on staff, and the pride he takes in keeping the property beautiful truly shows.     I have lived there for about 3 years and its been an amazing experience. There was an issue with wasps and dog poop not getting pick up and it was taken care of. Maintenance is so fast and efficient. The folks in the office are always so kind and helpful. The apt I have is nice and spacious. Its so far been a great experience overall. The only issue is the internet can be slow or have issue every now and then.

    Excellent staff and amenities. Staff is always friendlyv and helpful. Outside is maintained on a very regular basis. Neighbors are quiet. The middle of the complex is basically a park for playing or having family gatherings. The pool is very kid friendly. Love living here.

    I am getting ready to move across the country to a place I've never been and I have had to rely solely on apartment reviews to find an apartment, so I know how important these reviews are. I have left a good review for cascade springs apartments before but would like to update it and stress how very happy we have been here this past year. If we ever move back to this area, I would love to call this place home again. We have never had any issues or complaints, the office staff are very professional and friendly, and the maintenance crew is on point. I have only had to call maintenance a couple of times to replace a dishwasher, a lock on the door, and the disposal, and each time they were here quick and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. The apartments are spacious and cute, The grounds are kept very nice, the Amazon locker works great, and our neighbors are quiet and friendly. I've never had any parking issues, and I've always felt safe here. The location is great, 4 minutes from entertainment, walmart, and almost everything you might need in jordan landing. My kids walk to joel p. Jenson middle school and west jordan high school every day and while I will say that the schools absolutely suck, their walk to and from school is safe. It's hard to find decent public school systems anywhere these days so that is a whole other issue. But as for the apartments themselves, I very highly recommend. Thank you for giving us such a good place to live, and I'm sad we have to leave. I just pray that our new apartments are as satisfactory as what we have experienced here.

    My husband I are moving to CA. Our apt mgr, Catherine and her assistant, Anesha, have always taken their time to listen & were never too busy for us. The 2 maintenance men, Darrin & Jose, have always gotten work orders finished in a timely manner. Carlos keeps the yard, etc. looking neat and clean.

    After living here for a few years now I can attest to the dramatic change in management and quality of life at the complex. The new management, Adison and Lexi, far exceed our expectations when it comes to property repairs/maintenance, customer service, and community issues. The staff truly values the community as if they live there themselves. The property is continually look for new and innovated ways to increase the value of living here whether be to getting sitewide fiber optic internet and a vaccum/air pump for the residential use.

    We have been here 9+ years and have seen the the good bad and ugly. The floor plans are huge in the 3 bedrooms. I do agree a stove upgrade would be nice just to have a stove with 2 big burners to cook for family is easier than one. Close to trax and stores and a lot quieter than our previous apartment where you could hear full conversations and bathroom trips. I can honestly say I love it here if we didn't we wouldn't stay. It's a safe family oriented community with lots of kids and I don't feel scared to let my child play outside. The office staff just changed for the better and I couldn't be happier the new Manager Adison is awesome as well with Jessica, Lexi and Gloria they are always eager to listen, help and get things done. They dont give you anxiety walking into the office like the previous manager who was very rude ,unwilling to help with a horrible attitude and not nice. Maintenance has had some up and downs we have had several people over the years again good, bad, great and needs improvement. I know Trent is no longer here but he was the best one this complex has had since I have been here, he got stuff done and done right the first time and quick unlike the guys in the past. Travis is good but moves at Travis time. The grounds are beautiful and FINALLY not over watered (thank you). Most the neighbors aren't just neighbors we become friends and have great friendships with amazing memories as well as our kids also get to build friendships. We have come together as a community and started a neighborhood watch to patrol it and try and cut down on crime and I think its starting to help but it's still a work In progress. The pool is perfect for kids as well as the inner circle which has swings, a basketball court and a playground that's surrounded by the apartments so I feel its protected by the road. I honestly love the community I live in and my neighbors and would and have referred friends and family to live here. And I'm so glad we have new management who seems to care about what's going on now and not just sweeping it under the rug and actually doing something about it! Good job Adison and staff! Keep up the great work!

    Megan and Andy moved here because it quiet, the maintenance manager is awesome always gets the job done no matter what, dog friendly, the grounds and the pool are completely kept up, the police come through for our safety. For being in an apartment for the first time in 15 years this is a really nice place to live. The whole staff are so great with everything

    We love it here!!! The apartments are huge and the location is perfect. You cannot get a great price like this for the size and quality anywhere in the county (believe me, we looked). The people that work in the office are great and we really plan on staying here until we buy a house.
