Jen and Angie are the best managers. I love my life here at Alpine Meadows the place is clean. The management is nice and fantastic and they help me with anything that I need and that’s all true.

Angie has been so great at Alpine. Always so friendly and helpful! It’s good to have a property manager you can turn to.

I have lived her for 3 years now and have loved it! The office staff is amazing! Jen and Angie have been nothing less then amazing. The maintenance crew is always on top of things. The community is great! I recommend any looking for an amazing apartment home to come here they will take care of you.

Im so happy to have spring finally here!! The court yard in front of my apartment looks so pretty. And I’m finally Settled into my small apartment. I only could wish that more residents would be considerate and clean up after their dogs. But the “ office girls” are the best. Always so friendly And willing to answer questions.

It gives me real peace of mind knowing that any issue will be taken care of promptly and properly. I had a challenge with something after hours… I called the after hours line, and Jeff was there in less that 30 minutes to help. It’s clear that this community takes pride in both their service and their residents’ experience. I recently toured Alpine Meadow Apartments and had a really positive experience. The property itself was clean, well-kept, and had a peaceful, welcoming feel. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Based on my visit, this seems like a great place to live and definitely worth checking out!

I ended up at Alpine Meadows by sheer accident. That was three years ago. This is an amazing place to call home. Anytime there has been a problem, which there have only been a few, I talk with Jennifer and the matter is resolved. Last week I had a maintenance issue late at night. I wasn't sure what to do. I called the emergency number and the maintenance person came over and fixed the problem. I am very happy here.

I have been living here since last year. Jennifer is definitely the best! She helps me in everything, she always answers my emails and when something bad happens, they always send someone to check it right away! I love living in Alpine, they are the best. If you want a quiet and nice place to live, you should move here ❤️

Greg has been absolutely fantastic. not only did he stay OVER 30 minutes late to give us a tour last week, he has gone above and beyond to help us find an apartment that works for us. you can tell how much he loves and cares about this property - & that speaks volumes. Greg at the leasing office was such a huge help throughout the whole process of moving. From first showing me options, to assistance with getting all my ducks in a row, he’s the best! The entire team at Alpine Meadows have been super responsive and kind.

So I moved in in march 2025, it has been nothing but amazing. The community itself is well clean, and taken care of, theirs is almost never any noise parking is not always fun but I don’t ever really park to far!! I will say this. I have had some issues with my late having to be pushed out, though I’ve had some family emergencies and my pay dates just didn’t add up. I have worked with Lexie every month and she has just been so kind, with working with me to allow me and my kids to keep a roof over our heads which for me is important. I had a serious situation last year that was personal and I’m lucky to be able to have my own place to call home. Thank you Lexie for keeping me in my home keeping my kids in our home and being able to not worry!! 10//10 recommend!!

I have some friends that live here, their apartment is super nice. I talked with the assistant lexie and she gave me some information on pricing and availability, she was super sweet and made it seem like a great place to live.

Called in for some information and lexie was very informative and answered any questions I have. The grounds looked great when I drove by, seems like they take care of the apartment complex and their residents really well.

Took a tour of the place on Saturday. My guide was Angie. She was very kind and thoughtful. Answered questions I didn't even know to ask. The place is great if you can afford it. The two bedroom was just outta my range though. If you go, ask for Angie. She's great.

We lived here for 4 years. Really loved the convenience of the location. Easy to get in and out of and very close to everything we needed. Property Management and Maintenance were always so friendly to us. We also absolutely loved having the pool so close to our apartment. It was like living at a resort during the summers! The only reason we moved out was because we bought a brand new home. Thanks so much for the great living experience and warm memories, Alpine Meadows!

I love this complex. They do a good job at keeping it clean and neat looking. They do the little things, like put a happy birthday letter in your mailbox. I would totally recommend this complex to anyone looking. I've never had a problem with anything in the 16 ish months being here. Also, my unit never smelled nasty, and I've had nothing but positive interactions with everyone in the office.

Alpine has been my 1st home on my own:) The units are huge for the price. The pool is fun welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are kept and almost everyone decorates for holidays. The best part of living here is its so close to the mountain. Getting to Snowbird is an ease. The staff is very helpful as well.

We moved here from the East Coast, and without even viewing the unit in person, we decided to go with Alpine meadows just based on how incredibly kind and helpful the employees were! Aili, Lexi, Jennifer, and all the maintenance guys are so sweet and extremely personable! Literally make you feel like family living there, and truly take into consideration all factors to make your experience living there great. We were relatively quiet tenets, but whenever we had a maintenance request, they were so quick to get things fixed and always reached out after the fact to make sure it was complete. Rent rates were always very reasonable and the neighbors there were always really kind and quiet. Will absolutely recommend living here for anyone looking for a great central spot. Cheers!

Love this little gem of a place! When I came into the office I worked with Ryann, who was filling in from a different property. Ryann is truly incredible! She is so smart, kind, efficient and helpful and she made the process fun. I was in a bind and felt at a loss and ready to give up searching for the day but decided to stop one last place; I am SO glad I did. So far this property management team has been so easy to work with and I am really loving the community. I applied on Saturday and was handed my new apartment keys by Midday Monday. My dogs love the dog park and it's in a convenient location, feels like a win!

What an outstanding experience and place to call home! Over the years I have had many apartments in multiple cities. Customer experience is huge with me. My move was delayed and there were multiple hiccups along the way. Jenn the manager was unbelievably flexible and bent over backwards to ensure that things went smoothly. Since moving in the other girls in the office Aili and Lexie have been amazing! They have gone way above and beyond expectations. The community is very well kept and every nieghbor that I have encountered has become an instant friend. It takes quite a bit for me to take the time to write a review so this is a testament to the wonderful experience that I have come to know at Alpine Meadows. This property and the staff come with my highest recommendations:). AND they made us all Tacos the other night! Enough said.

My fiancé and I have been looking for apartments in Utah but we had no luck for months. I reached out to alpine meadows and Leonel the assistant community manager really helped us out! Even after hours! We were able to move into our home a week after! Everything has been so great! Leo and all of the staff at alpine are so nice. Would recommend the complex! I give Leo, the staff and the complex a 1000/10🙂

This place was a god send after I left my ex and had ONE DAY to find an apartment. I had keys in hand that night and was able to move in the next day. Maintenance issues were always promptly fixed, the staff was amazing to work on. Even after an issue came up with my paperwork, Jen and Breanna promptly took care of everything in a professional and considerate manner. This was the first apartment I had from being in my own house for 15 years and I had a great view of the mountains, a beautiful tree out front, and a lovely upgraded apartment that felt like home until I bought my new house. Moving, going through a divorce, and buying a new home was extremely stressful but this place came to the rescue when I needed it the most and was great to work with on every level. Would highly recommend.

Lived here almost 2 years now, and loving it. There is always some issues when living in an apartment. However, we have had good dealings with management, and maintenance with our timely needs. Follow the rules, get along with people, and all will be a great. The only complain...neighbors being rude after 10pm with noise, in and out of their apt.

Awesome apartments! This is my second time in 2 years moving into Alpine Meadows apartments and Jennifer makes it so quick and easy. The location is great! Right down the road from LCC and right near trax in a very clean quiet neighborhood next to a big shopping center. The lease terms are fantastic. Just pick how ever many months you want which is great for someone like me who just wants to rent for a 7 month ski season. The apartments are very clean and modern and I never have problems with noise. I think the prices are extremely competitive. I pick Alpine every time because it is such a great community that is so easy to quickly move into. As far as the bad reviews here I don't know why people are complaining about not being allowed to break the rules. If you don't like the rules you agree to then don't move in. And they may have not had a no smoking policy in the past but I just signed a very strict no smoking policy on my lease so that complaint is mute now. Anyways if you are thinking of Alpine (especially if you are a skier!!) then go for it!

This group is amazing! They are so helpful with whatever issues arise. They handle issues in house. They are awesome!

Jen, Katherine, and Lei have been awesome to work with. Playing 3 man tackle football out behind the apartments has become sort of a blood sport since they killed the grass and turned it into a goofy rock filled zen garden. But overall the benefits have outweighed the negative things. I appreciate an establishment that will let you do what you need to do to make the unit a home. The last place I lived (rock ledge)hit us with ridiculous fees and to top it off, we spent our whole lease there with the worst internet ever, and we had a hole in our kitchen floor. Alpine meadows and the staff are top notch!

Good facilities. Well kept, no complaints about the apartment itself. But the front office rarely answers the phone. Also, lately it has been impossible to catch them during their Saturday business hours since both the old office (being renovated) and the temporary one are locked and no sign indicates that hours have changed or staff has stepped away. this would not bother me so much if my schedule was not demanding during the week and Saturdays are the only day I have to pick up delivered items.

This review is to let everyone know how very much the services of one of their employees means to a lot of the residents here at Alpine Meadows. There is nothing worse than driving into the complex where you call home just to see the grounds and/or dumpster enclosures full of trash that hasn't made it in the enclosures due to laziness of some residents to place their garbage into the enclosures .Big shout out to Steve for getting out their very early every morning to pick up the trash around the dumpster containers, pick up windblown trash, take care of filling the dog stands and dumping the dog waste cans, filling up dog waste pick-up bags for all of the dog owners to use. He also picks up the dog waste that lazy, non-conforming residents just leave in their wake. Of course he does much more to keep our community clean and looking good . Big Thanks to Steve and to the Office manager, Jennifer for hiring and keeping Steve on staff to do these unsung duties. Really appreciate your work Steve..BIG THANKS!

The crew are great, this place feels like home! Really nice neighbors they are so great, even picking up my packages if I forgot to check my porch. Love the gym! I miss my garage!!! Cute apartments. They are a hair outdated for the price. Neighbors werent to bad other than the failure to pick up pet waste on property. The management team was pretty nice. I had an Emotional support animal and documentation for her, but they still charged me rent and said she had to be a service animal. Keep that in mind.

We lived at Alpine Meadows for almost 2 1/2 years. We would still be living in these apartments if we didn’t buy a house. They are pricey but worth it. Very clean, always took care of maintenance requests in a timely manner. The only thing that I didn’t like was when they got rid of usps package box and made everyone pay $10 a month to have their packages go to lockers. But on the flip side you didn’t have any porch pirates stealing packages of your door step. Newer management was always on top of things and they helped as best as they could. They have a home buyers program that you can break your lease early if you pay a fee. Which is great so your not stuck and have to pay all the fees to break lease early cause you found your dream home.

We lived there here for 3 years. Had no difficulties with management or maintenance teams. The only reason I gave four stars - forcing of usage parcel pending service.

I love living here at Alpine Meadow, my apartment is nice and at anytime there is a problem it is taken care of immediately.. The maintenance guys do a wonderful job and the grounds are kept clean... The front office are awesome people also. I'm glad I pick this complex to live at...

Good Staff, Responsive, Good Experience overall

We lived there for more than 3 years. It was nice experience overall. Great job by maintenance team, whenever we had an issue, they solved it quickly. Office staff was also helpful. Never faced any very big issues during our stay. Of course there is still chance to improve, for example they should provide professional carpet cleaning once a year for every apartment. Replace old kitchen appliances etc. but overall nice place, good and safe neighborhood. Cleanliness is good. Overall good place.

So far, the staff have been more than welcoming, helpful, and friendly! I really appreciate everything! Being from another state and having to do everything on the phone, it worked out great! Doreen Tremblay I have had wonderful experiences with the staff here! Kevin was kind enough to come and introduce himself on my moving day. That meant a lot. Any little issues that I had upon moving in were handled quickly! Very impressed! I can't say anymore about the service! It's excellent! Always happy to see Kevin and chat while he's working.

These are amazing apartment homes! The staff are very accommodating and pleasant 😊 Steve is an awesome groundsground, the mainteance are great, and I'm happy to say you'll just love Jennifer, Catherine and the others who work there.... definitely recommend Alpine Meadows!
