Nice staff, friendly neighbors, clean well maintained park-like ground. The maintenance staff are A-1, especially Jeff, who will go out of his way to help even if it is not his job.

Jeff helped us with our hot water problem when moving in. We had to get him back for our shower and he was fast and amazing and helped me/us out so much. Thank you gor everything Jeff!

Staff is super kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond. They host events for residents. Maintenance is incredibly respectful and timely. Our maintenance requests are filled within the first day. Walking areas are clean and well kept. Neighbors are great.

My move in experience at Legends at River Oaks has been seamless! Brance in the office has been so great to work with!! He has been very professional, attentive and great to work with.. Not to mention the maintenance team here is incredible ~ They explained everything they were doing, were super polite and respectful! So far, my experience here has been GREAT!

Water heater and furnace stopped working, called the front office to see if there were building issues, they sent Jeff over within minutes and he quickly identified the issue. Had the parts in stock to do the repair and restored my heat and hot water within a short time. Jeff also handled a non-maintenance request while I was out of town, great team!👍

Moved into my apartment a few weeks ago and maintenance has fixed everything I’ve asked within 12-24 hours. Jeff was so friendly and timely with fixing my repairs. He answered any questions and concerns I had. Would recommend river oaks to anyone looking for an apartment in the sandy area!

Rafi does a really good job on the grounds around the apartments. Considering he has to clean up the dog poop that the residents leave, and they should be picking up after their own dogs.

Rafi is a really good maintenance/yard keeper.He keeps the property looking very, very beautiful.It's a big property.I know it's hard for him to do the whole thing.But he gets it done.He is a very awesome person and I am glad to have him on your property.Thank you

He clearly explained the work he was going to do, resolved the issues efficiently, and left everything in good condition. His commitment to doing quality work and providing good service is evident. I am very satisfied with the maintenance performed in the apartment.

Nice walking trail for the dogs along with a dog park. Have had several maintenance issues that take some time to get resolved. Overall a beautiful apartment complex with two pools and plenty of walking paths for exercise.

Had a great maintenance experience with Jeff after our fridge broke. He came first thing in the morning and went and got another fridge to replace it. Also cleaned it up for us and kept us informed on how long it would take before being completely chilled. He was very kind and respectful, thank you Jeff!

I'm in my second year living here and love it. While I had some hiccups moving in - everything since getting settled has been fantastic. Maintenance is a highlight here - which is unusual in a complex. Prompt, thorough, and above and beyond! Michael was great today getting all my issues taken care of!

Tracy did a brilliant job repairing out A/C. The repair was done same day and very quickly.

I have lived here over 6 years. I love it here. I never thought I would be living in an apartment. But I feel so lucky to have found Legends. Pet friendly, wonderful staff, great maintenance staff. Beautiful, quiet, amazing views, close to the freeway, & shopping. They really care about their renters & do all kinds of contest, holidays, & pre covid get-togethers. I highly recommend living here!

Tracy stopped by to fix my kitchen faucet. Did so in a friendly, competent, clean, professional manner. He also went above and beyond the Work Request and fixed the laundry light switch and door. 5 Stars easily! Thanks, Tracy

I’ve lived here for 4 going on 5 years. I really like this complex. There is no through traffic so it stays pretty quiet. The maintenance team is great, Jeff Parker has been super helpful anytime I have any maintenance issue come up. He will take care of issues really quickly.

My friends and I moved from out of state and we had a really difficult time finding an apartment. Here they were super flexible and understanding with us even on a time crunch. Once we finally got moved in there were a few issues with the apartment but they were super quick to send someone in and fix it. Throughout our time we have been working with Brance who has gone over the top to make us feel safe and welcome to Utah.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with getting me moved in and maintenance is very responsive!! Would recommend :)

Great location and very private. Whenever I have had an issue maintenance as always responded and in a timely manner and resolved the issue. Jeff Parker has been servicing my apt since moving in and is very educated in what he does and that ranges from plumbing to electrical to hvac needs.with that being said I have enjoyed my time living her in this community, the office sends regular emails to communicate to the community with events and things occurring in their office etc..

My wife and I have loved living here at Legends. The maintenance and leasing teams have been incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. Their communication is always prompt and clear, making any issues or questions easy to resolve. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home

My family and I had lived at legends for a year. We loved our experience! The community was well taken care of and the surrounding area is beautiful. During the summers we would spend all day at the pool with the kids. I also appreciated the how quickly maintenance would handle any work orders we would submit.

Renewed our lease and happy with the apartment/location. We live in a classic apartment as we didn’t care about the looks. Everything has worked great, maybe three work orders over the last year. If you’re looking for a quiet area to live that has 360 views of the mountains, convenient to jump on I-15 or I-215, I would recommend here.

My husband and I have been living here for a year and just renewed for another. We have had a wonderful experience here and are very happy with everything. We have great neighbors, the staff in the front office is helpful, the dog park and dog grooming space is awesome for our dog! We really enjoy living close to the golf course and the Jordan river trail. The few times we've sent in maintenance requests, they've been resolved quickly and without any problems.

Legends is such a beautiful place. I have nothing but positive things to say about the main office staff and the maintenance team. It is a peaceful property and I love the the views of the beautiful golf course. I have been to the property to visit my daughter from out of state several times and the property is always kept in great shape. When she had an issue with the bathroom, the maintenance team fixed it very quickly. I feel very comfortable having my daughter live there

Lived here for a little over a year and half and I just moved out this past weekend. A little sad to go. I’ve had a really great experience with this apartment overall. They made moving out a quick and easy process unlike other apartment experiences I’ve had previously. The leasing office is great at responding quickly and I can say the same thing about maintenance. I definitely would recommend living here and would even consider living here again in the future. :)

The Legends maintenance crew is consistently excellent. Rafi is always friendly and says hello and takes diligent, excellent care of the property.

Legends is such a beautiful place to live. I have nothing but positive things to say about the main office staff and the maintenance team. It is a peaceful property with the views of the beautiful golf course all around. I never see trash outside the dumpsters or dog droppings on the ground anywhere thanks to the grounds keeper! I could not imagine myself living anywhere else. I 100% recommend living here!

Beautiful place in a wonderful location. We had to move QUICK to relocate for my job and I immediately knew I liked this place when we saw it. Maintenance has always been handled incredibly quick when needed (which hasn't been much) and the front office is always polite and they actually answer the phone! 😆 I don't think k we could have found a better spit, very happy here.

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and have only had good experiences. Reasonable rent, communicative staff, great parking, and the maintenance staff is exceptional. I’ve only made 3 requests since living here (that alone says a lot) and each has been resolved completely within 12 hours, but typically less, and they always go the extra mile. Grounds are very well kept too! This is definitely the best place I’ve lived, and plan to stay awhile.

maintenance did a wonderful job of helping us getting our air conditioning set up for the summer. The employee are super friendly and well mannered.

I've been here for almost 2 years and the new maintenence management, Tracy and Ryan have just been amazing! Any issues as soon as they are notified are quick to respond. Then they airways follow up with confirmation of the work being satisfactory. We really appreciate them and the work they do for our services orders and there excellent customer service that they provide!

Tucked away and surrounded by a golf course, Legends is well maintained with a friendly, helpful staff. The pools are a welcome reprieve in the summer, and the mountain views are breathtaking. A great place to call home.

I lived here in a three bedroom unit for only one year but really loved it. We only had one issue with our heater and the maintenance team was there within an hour. I liked that I could call the office and reach a real person and not an answering machine. Overall was a pretty quiet neighborhood, with plenty of parking, and great service.

This was such a lucky find. Everywhere around had much higher rates for smaller places. They don't have any hidden media packages. They have a fantastic dog park. There are so many dogs for your puppy to play with. Everyone is so kind. The office staff are so willing to help out and maintenance is awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. This is my first place living away from home. I love it.

Kyle came in and fixed the lights in both the dining area and the master bedroom closet, both bathrooms sinks were unclogged, and he even fixed the kitchen faucet without being asked to do so. I highly recommend Kyle and the rest of the maintenance staff here, they did a great job!!

I really enjoyed my time living at Legends. This place has a combination that's pretty rare these days. Reasonable rents for clean well maintained apartments and grounds with a friendly, attentive staff that will treat you reasonably and like a human being. The location really can't be beat. On the end of a dead end road, surrounded on all sides by the golf course and next to the Jordan River and Sandy Pond. It's very quiet here and feels isolated from the city while at the same time being 5-10 minutes from almost any shopping/service you could need. Easy access to I-15 if that's your commute. The apartments themselves have mid range fixtures and appliances, but kept well maintained by the excellent staff. My unit had stainless Hotpoint brand appliances, granite countertops and a full size washer/dryer. The built in desks are really nice to have I thought, and the walk in closet and patio storage were big. Double deadbolts on the front doors and deadbolts on all patio doors was also nice. The apartments felt well isolated for noise as I rarely heard my neighbors the entire time I lived here. All parking is assigned and covered, which is real nice in the winter. It's a very pet friendly complex with lots of wonderful pets and pet owners. The onsite dog park is far better than what you usually find in apartments. Well maintained footpath around the complex for walking. De-icing is done quickly in the winter. All in all a wonderful place to live and I really don't think you would regret moving here.

I want to give a huge shout out to Tracy in maintenance he is absolutely amazing and a champ - we have lived in the apartment for some time now. With my moms wheelchair the carpet was not looking so good anymore - Tracy was able to get somethings set up and we where able to get new floors put in that will be better for the wheelchair and the apartment all together - you are a champ Tracy and thank you again we love the new floor!

Kyle in Maintenance is an absolute champion. Our water heater went out and Kyle was on our doorstep within a matter of hours to save the day. He provides excellent service and always with a good attitude. Thanks, Kyle!

I want to commend our maintenance men on an awesome job today. I was having a problem with a Walmart grocery order, the Door Dash driver left my groceries at the mailbox for some reason... Even though they didn't have to, the maintenance men picked them up, figured out who they belonged to, and not only delivered them to my apt but also helped me bring them all inside, too. These guys are always super friendly and helpful!!! Really thankful for their help every time we need them and again, how friendly they always are with us, too. Thanks Guys!!! 😁
