We lived here for a year and a half. Honestly, this is one of the BEST apartment complexes in all of utah! they are honest, friendly, super responsive, and want to help you. There are so many stories I could give when they went above and beyond, but here are just a few: 1- maintenance. they are always super timely in answering maintenance request and we always got things fixed within 48 hours. 2- flexible and understanding- anytime i had questions, they were quick to email back, willing to be flexible with timing (since we work 8-5 in office and couldn’t always make it in before closing time, they were willing to make accommodations for us!) Especially Trevor in the front office! also they are always willing to work with you!! we had a big issue happen when we were moving out and they were SO understanding and communicative with us. really can’t recommend this place enough, they have fantastic amenities, good safe neighbors, and are a reasonable price! The only downside is the parking difficulty bwhaha- but a small price to pay!

I have rented here for around a year and a half. I really enjoy the location and convenience to shopping and the freeway. Whereas I have had complaints, those are not directed towards staff nor management. I have had great experiences with groundskeeping, maintenance and office management. They are doing their best to provide a healthy quality living situation for residents. I appreciate that they are continually working on property improvements. Complaints of mine have everything to do with the occasional resident not following simple rules or having the decency to respect their neighbors or the property. There are unfortunately immature folks in every rental community. This place is 10x better than the last place I rented so.. 5 stars. Thanks Hills at Sandy Station.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Hills at Sandy Station Apartments. The location is super convenient—right by TRAX, tennis and pickleball courts, and a dog park. The apartment itself feels cozy and welcoming, truly like home. The staff have all been kind and accommodating, which makes a big difference. I especially want to shout out Yanitza, the housekeeper—her hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and is so appreciated!

I've lived here for a few years (so I have quite a bit to say), but part of what makes the experience here is the living and the other part is the staff. Right after moving here, there was a change in management which made me nervous. At the last property I lived at, staff changes occurred sometimes twice a year. Thankfully, the current office staff has stayed the same for (I think) at least 2 years. Rocio (community manager) is incredibly cheerful, informative, and makes a point to say hello when she's out and about. Trevor (office) is very responsive to any inquiry or issue I raise, and follows up either by an email/call or face-to-face when I'm walking my dog. Yanitza (house/groundskeeping) is so incredibly friendly and memorable. Not only is she great at keeping our spaces clean, she remembers tenants AND their pets - When I lost one of my two dogs last year, she noticed and asked where she was. When I told her, she notified the office and they gave me a condolence gift. Michael (maintenance) is new, but is really friendly, so diligent at responding to maintenance requests, and has been so flexible to schedule around my WFH work schedule. The building I live in is very quiet. For the first year, I didn't know I had neighbors (to the side or above) as noise pollution is very low. I love the upgrades in my unit (granite countertops, laminate wood flooring, stainless steel appliances.) It's nice to have garage access and elevators! To keep up with increasing market rent and stay competitive, some upgrades (larger tubs/showers with better surrounds, side-by-side or French drawer refrigerators with ice makers, a secure package drop off/room, updated carpet/paint in the hallways) would be really nice. The location is great and very accessible to stores and a nearby highway. I have very few complaints: Garage doors and the elevator in my building occasionally stop working (management addresses this immediately, but repairs are understandably dependent on outside factors.) Not all pet owners are diligent at cleaning up after their pet (may not always be tenants as people from nearby neighbors walk their pets to the nearby park.) High schoolers often walk to and from the nearby high school through the property, which can sometimes result in litter and occasional graffiti, which is always cleaned up by the staff. Delivery drivers (mainly Amazon Flex, Doordash, smaller 3rd party services) struggle with successful deliveries due to the callbox information being only in English or illegible/dim text in the callbox directory. All in all, living here has been wonderful. I've been very comfortable here, and I'm a bit sad to consider the day where I'm no longer a tenant. The very few complaints I've had while living here pales in comparison to the benefits.

We love living here! It’s a great location, there are so many restaurants and shops nearby. There’s even a park and trail behind the apartments, which is perfect for families or pets. Also, Yanis is amazing! She’s in charge of maintenance/housekeeping here. She’s always so friendly and keeps our building clean.

Was a renter between 2021-2023 in 1 bed and 1 bath in Building A and I would recommend living here. Pros: -Communal Areas were kept clean and pet owners were called out for not cleaning up after themselves! -Updated Appliances -Walking Distance to Trax Station, Pickleball Courts, Walking Trail, & Park. -Great location for shops, grocery (Target and Costco, and restaurant chains. -Staff/Maintenance was often really helpful & replied with 24-48 business hours. Cons: -Amenities of the Pool and Gym were not that special, we didn't often use them. -Parking: We had two cars and paid for garage spot. After 7pm often had to park on street or gamble parking at other unauthorized locations. This was also difficult having guests over. -Space was just too small for the price. The only reason we moved out and not in management's control, we live in a wild economy lol Thanks Hills for the great experience!

Great place to stay. Close to sandy civic trax, park to bike or walk. There are several essential stores close by. Management staff is excellent, goes out of their way to help. I want to emphasize this and my special thanks to Bea, and Kenna who helped me get into my apt when I lost my key. Calm and friendly living atmosphere. Inclusion of cable and wifi is a good advantage as it helps you ease the moving experience. The cart is an excellent idea to move goods from my car to the apt. First time I used it and appreciate it. I love the fitness center and helps me get it done first thing in the morning. Just walk, workout and get back home all in less than 2 hours. I wish the mail box is as convenient as it’s for block C and wish the same with the fitness too. Overall I love it and enjoying the stay here. Thanks

I recently toured hills and had a great experience. Although the timing didn’t work out for me to rent, I was very impressed with the property and its amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive and professional, especially Rocio Fiallo making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. If my timing aligns in the future, I would definitely consider renting here.

Lived here for a couple of years and Rocio and his team made it a fantastic experience. The lobby was always clean, the maintenance/upkeep was top notch and management would do anything to make you happy. Its a fantastic place to live and would recommend it to anyone looking for a confortable apartment.

Great location. Variety of shops pretty close and transportation. The staff is helpful and kind. They try to keep all the areas as clean as possible. Every time i need some maintenance done, is always efficient and quick. We have security doing rounds around the parking that's another plus to live here. I consider this place safe an peaceful to live.

I love my new apartment here. The quality of the apartment is very good - the bathrooms are nice, the kitchen is nice, everything is in good working order, the carpet is nice, the floors are nice. The property managers are very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance requests are handled promptly and the technicians are polite. I love the location - it is very clean, safe, modern, urban. The surrounding apartment complexes are also nice, so that they whole neighborhood has a clean, modern urban look. I chose this place because it looks more clean and urban - not like a sprawling apartment complex with cookie-cutter buildings. The one surprise I would mention is that it is noisy here. You can hear the trains and the buses that come up to the station. The station is right above us. I am very happy with everything. This is a very well-run facility. They do a good job selecting quality tenants.

So far my experience with the community has been very positive. The community itself is safe and clean and the leasing office has been honest, straightforward, and helpful.

My wife and I lived here for 3 years, the management was amazing, they always responded to our concerns, a very quiet place to live, with beautiful common areas that adapt to many needs.

Went above and beyond for me with my move in. Fedex messed up my package delivery time when I was unable to be there and they were so helpful with helping me get my packages. Love it here already!

I Love living here. I have been here for two years. The place is clean and I love the way Rocio the new manager is taking care of the place and she is taking care of the areas that need help. I also like that she cares about the complex by holding residents accountable for their actions and making sure they do better.

Great staff! Very kind and maintenance is always AMAZING! Lived there for 2 years and only left cause I needed more rooms. They were always great and worked with me even with confusion about moving out. They were very fair with move out costs I never had a place be so fair! Would recommend them to anyone looking!

I recently moved to these apartments but the attention of the staff has been exceptional, always willing to help us with what we need and more. Especially Mrs. Rocio and Mrs. Yanitza. The apartments are very nice and clean as well as their surroundings. I am happy for having made the decision to move to this residential complex.

Update: I have called Sandy Station home for over 3 years now. There is a reason I keep renewing my lease! It’s at a great location, pet friendly, large beautiful units and amazing staff! Rocio is the sweetest and the maintenance crew, Jeff and Jason are the best! They all work so hard to make this place so nice to live at. There are fun events and activities that happen every month too. I have absolutely loved living here for the last 6+ months. The apartment is so bright and is a lot bigger than most 1 bedrooms. The girls at the office are always so friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is awesome! Anytime I’ve had an issue they are on it either that next morning or the day of. I also love how pet friendly they are. This place really feels like home.

The maintenance team here is excellent. We were having some issues with our A/C at the beginning of the summer and they came right away. The neighbors are all nice and it is easy to get involved in the community if you want to. Lots of fun activities every month, convenient to be right by the Trax station, and main attractions of Sandy like the Expo Center, Hale Centre Theater, Real, and lots more!

I have lived on the west coast, and in the midwest, and this apartment BY FAR is the best place I have lived. The maintenance staff is so quick to fix things, the interior of my apartment is beautiful, the people who work at the front desk are super friendly and helpful.

I have lived here for 2 and a half years and have nothing but positive things to say. I am constantly wow'd by the staff and how attentive they are. They do a really good job of making residents feel special and a part of the community. All my maintenance requests have been completed with quality and speed. I truly trust the staff as a whole to get the job done. Yes, parking can be sparse, but with the street parking to the west I have never not found a spot for the night. Looking over other reviews I know some people have had problems with noise/"paper thin walls." This has not been my experience. The only times I hear other people are when they are in the hallway, but it has never woken me up or been distracting. Overall, it really is a great place to live and a great value. Highly recommend!

Kenna and the staff are great! The apartments are beautiful and the location is so ideal. They make you feel part of a community with fun events. Truly a pet friendly property with doggy areas and close to the dog park. Walk around the corner for great trails or catch a train.

Beautiful apartments, Rocio took such a great care of me while touring the place and also helped me measured the room to make sure my bed will fit it, even though i decided to go with another apartment, this place was one of my top in the list. next time i might rent from them.

Having lived here for years, I have come to appreciate this community more and more. The buildings are nice and well kept. The price is competitive versus other areas and the staff has always been extremely nice. While other apartment complexes ignored me while I was looking, the staff for Hills at Sandy Station were attentive, accommodating (and understood my lack of experience on the matter at the time). The place is dog and cat friendly, they have started doing regular community events through the year, payments are easily done online (and they allow me to submit two, one for the rent, one for utilities as they are charged through the lease account which makes it easier for me in my accounting), the garage is a godsend for the winter months and the dog park nearby is outstanding for any dog owners. I have enjoyed my time here. While the tangibles are good, I can certainly say the people are the best.

I've lived at Hills at Sandy Station for 3 years now and I'm still as happy as I was when I first moved in! Management and Maintenance are always working hard to make sure everyone is happy! I've always felt safe and cozy living here on top of that it's a great location, its next to Trax, Real soccer Stadium, South Towne Mall, Dimple dell park, and Sandy Dog Park.

The staff are so friendly and Randi does the most incredible job at always keeping the apartments so clean. The parking is one of the biggest struggles. There’s not enough and the covered parking is so expensive. The view is beautiful. All the appliances are so new and a huge bonus to the modern feel here.

I've lived here for 2 years now. Management and maintenance have always been polite and prompt whenever we have issues come up. My roommate and I try to be courteous and clean tenants and management treats us with the same respect we give them. We've had one slightly more major issue over the 2 years and management went above and beyond to correct the issue and make sure it never happened again. I do agree parking is tight but I have always paid for a covered parking space in the garage (I hate shoveling off snow) and never had an issue. The complex is quiet and neighbors are respectful. I rarely hear the people above or next door to us. Apartments on the southwest corner tend to get hotter in the summer due to being hit with sun all day. I greatly appreciate the smoke free policy and management is serious about enforcing it.

Hills at Sandy Station is a wonderful place to live. Great floor plans and amenities. Bright, clean and well maintained. Management is fabulous! Always helpful and prompt to address concerns. We love it here!

Vivo aquí hace 2 años es un lugar muy tranquilo para vivir una zona muy bien ubicada, el personal del condominio es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, en especial Amanda es una persona con total disposición amable, y que le gusta tener iniciativa para realizar actividades, ❤️🥰

We’ve been here for a year and have had a great experience! Staff is awesome, kind and helpful. The building is always so clean and spotless! We love our apartment and have been really happy here. Great location and right next to trax and great hiking trails. Parking isn’t great but other than that we’ve loved it!

Wonderful staff and great service! Comfortable living with nice features. A bit pricey (but fair with the booming market), and parking is a concern, but you can't beat the friendly, attentive, and professional staff/ management. We've truly loved living here!

We’ve lived here a year and have really enjoyed it. Pool is heated, hot tub year round, have yet to have anything break on us, and everyone in the office is nice. Super close to tennis courts, dog park, park, and public transportation. Can’t ask for much more! Already renewed our lease.

I lived at Hills from 2014 to 2015. I really loved my apartment. It was very nice and very spacious. Management was great, especially Kenna. She was very nice and easy to work with. The location is also great, right in the heart of Sandy with access to the Trax station and a lot of shopping and restaurants. I recommend these apartment homes to everyone.

This is hands down my most FAVORITE apartment community I have ever lived in. The apartments are so nice especially for the price. You get fiber internet which we LOVE, elevators, and an amazing staff! Kenna & Amanda are so sweet & helpful. I would recommend this community to anyone.

Having lived a full year, I just renewed the contract for another and I do not plan to move out unless someone I love wants to take it over. That's how much I love living here! Friendly and responsive administrative and maintenance staff, ever-clean common spaces, trouble-free neighbors, strategic location for daily commute, well constructed buildings that provides insulation that lowers utilities costs, etc. ... you name it. These are not something you wish you dad. They are just here available for you! If you have been wandering around from apt to apt looking for a dream complex to live in peace, this is it. Believe me, check it out, and be ready to share a review like mine!

I lived here for 2 years and loved it. There was a bit of turn over with management over the last 2 years, but I never had a problem with anyone. When I moved in I came from out of state and had never even visited the property. When I arrived after a 16 hour over night drive, and only 2 hours of sleep I wasn't exactly the most 'friendly' person but that did not stop them from making sure my move in and walk through was smooth and pleasant. Management is awesome especially Kenna, she always made me feel welcome and like she actually cared that I personally was living there, not like she was just getting rent from me, as some property managers act. Maintenance was quick to assist, super friendly and nice to my pup when they would have to come by (which was not very often). They have a small play area for dogs, that is well maintained. I wish I didn't have to leave, and the only reason I am leaving is to be a bit closer to work. I would highly recommend living here!!! :)
