    Love this place. Staff is so nice, Amenities are amazing, Can’t beat the views either and overall everything is ALWAYS CLEAN! Elevators are fast and never breaking down. Only con is the slightly thinner walls, I feel like any normal task like vacuuming or dishes I can hear. Never bothers me because it’s legit an apartment with hundreds of people. Previous down stairs neighbor was kinda mean about the littlest noises even during mid day. Overall, highly recommend

    Love that the buildings are always kept so nice and clean. The staff is so kind, always willing to help and respond in timely manner to my inquires via email. I love how they have a 24/7 clubhouse and gym. Wish the pool was year round and that my mail would get delivered to my door but besides that I love it here. It’s nice and quiet. And close to everything.

    Great spot, the views are spectacular with all of the right amenities! Super close to Dewey Bluth Park, Dog Park and the Porter Rockwell Trail. The staff, especially Madyson and Eliana are responsive and very professional. I highly recommend this luxury apartment complex and the location.

    I would give zero stars if that was an option for so many reasons. Firstly, for the underground parking the manager at the time (Jaydelyn) told me it is $75 per month compared to $40 for regular parking. I thought it was worth paying $35 extra for the convenience so I got the underground parking. However, when the rent was due they charged me $40+$75 total. I complained and they said it was $75 on top of the $40, and showed me a very vague statement about the policy. By the way, the parking structure did not open a month after moving in. On top of that they frequently double charge for parking, then refund it a month after! Update: the management has been changed multiple times since my last review, things have improved and the buildings are maintained better and cleaned more frequently. Better experience overall.

    We moved in on November 7th. Everything went well, thanks for the care and support of Madison Loy - she is super. I found some dirt in the apartment from the previous tenants, but the manager quickly sent us a cleaning service. The cleaning service noticed that we did not have an air filter, and they did everything in 1 day. This makes me very happy. Nothing is perfect, but if you are ready to fix it quickly and well - that is a real indicator.

    Seven Skies was EXTREMELY HELPFUL & EFFICIENT. My wife and I were in a situation where we needed to find a place to quickly move into and they didn't hesitate to get us moved into an apartment that fitted our needs. We let them know that we had a puppy as well, and they let us know that they even had a doggy wash spot! I'm glad I'm living in an apartment complex that actually feels like home!

    At first I was pleased with property, but after living here for 2 months - poor management! Manager has no idea what is going on. She sends tenants concerns to employees at the front desk and they truly care, they have knowledge. I would vote for Jacqueline to be a manager. She is always aware of any issues and always redolves it - she would be a perfect candidate!
