No parking available, was told there was garage spaces available when moving in, got charge for this spots but later was told they actually didn’t have any and they don’t know when will any come available. In the meantime I have to park almost outside of the apartment complex since every normal parking spot is always taken, having to walk from the front of complex all the way to the fardes building in the back. Update: management took care of my situation the best they could as fast as they could. Everything is fine now

Smaller apartment complex which ends up being a very nice thing to have. Friendly staff and that are quick to answer any questions, concerns, and any maintenance that may need to be done. Noise levels are usually pretty reasonable and again any problems that arise the staff handles if a problem starts to I show signs of a pattern. Parking is a bit of an issue the with the size of the complex and if you have guests over in the the evening for dinner or the like they will need to pay for parking, and as usually you have open stalls, covered parking, and garage parking for an additional charge with vary rates on which you choose. Very nice place to live overall and currently as the writing of this review 4/30/26 the overall monthly payment isn’t as affordable as last year and quite a few of the tacked on items add anywhere from $400-$500 to whatever your base rent is. While everything is going up it would be nice to e to not pay for so many things if you don’t use them. It is nice rent wasn’t raised this year but as said they kind of did raise everything else and it’s a way to say they didn’t raise rent while pretty much raising rent. If you could opt out of extra services or amenities that you don’t use this would easily be a 5/5 star community as being having to spend $4800-$6000 a year on services and amenities you don’t want is a decent chunk of money.

Avanti has truly turned the place around. Brady is incredible! He answers any and all questions thoroughly and with detail. He Is so personable and friendly and I truly would just go in to chat with him daily if I could haha! he's so kind and truly does what he can for the residents instead of just managing the property. He has been so helpful and kind to us since Avanti took over. Needing a two bedroom asap was basically an ease working with him, Gave us the options and every little detail that would go into a lease transfer. Thank you Brady for your incredible help and being such a kind person in general! also little shout out to Josh and Andrew on the maintenance team! they are quick to check in on work orders and even just seeing them around the property always smile and say hello! I appreciate all they do!

Ive lived at Copper 87 in the past and now with my current lease elsewhere about to end im definitely returning. The apartments are beautiful and the unique amenities are top notch, the new management seems amazing and specifically Brady has done so much to help in the process of getting everything set back up for my return, Id definitely recommend Copper 87 to anyone looking to move

I recently moved into Copper 87, and I have to say, it has exceeded my expectations. The apartments are beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better everything you need is just minutes away. Even being close to the hospital, it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The staff here truly sets this place apart. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but I especially want to give a shoutout to Hope. She has been incredible throughout my move. Her warm smile and willingness to help with anything made my transition from out of state so smooth. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares, and Hope definitely does. Any time I’ve had a small issue in my unit, maintenance has responded quickly fastest service I’ve ever experienced in an apartment community. Overall, Copper 87 has been amazing. Great location, beautiful units, and an exceptional staff. Highly recommend!

Haven't dealt too much with management but Andrew and the maintenance crew is phenomenal. The couple of times ive put a work order in they are on it at most within the hour! And Andrew even brought snacks for my son which wasnt asked. Above and beyond for maintenance!

Just moved in about 2 months ago, and so far everything has been awesome and the staff has been on top. The maintenance jumps on every opportunity to help you, cleaning staff are cleaning the elevators and the hallways before 6am, and the front desk girl Hope helped me from when I was having issues with parking spaces and after I wasn't able to get my first choice, she made sure I got the best spot in the garage as an alternative choice which I am currently loving. Thank you Copper 87!!

People looking for soundproof apartment This is it. Very nice GE appliances, elevator Nice. This price we We’re paying was just too much. Other than that nice, both the assistant and Main managers, very easy to work with and professional! Looking for something Close to just about everything this is it. I had A good experience there.

I absolutely love living here. The main things about it that I love is one. The community manager Brady is very knowledgeable and what he’s doing and truly cares about the residents and community and two the maintenance team is outstanding!! I am so lucky to be living here and have these wonderful people who care about me and my living situation. Copper 87 is quite and very well kept!! I can’t wait to renew.

Words cannot express how much better this apartment complex is compared to my previous apartment, Broadmoor Village. EVERYTHING is nicer. From the apartment themselves, the household appliances,, the clubhouse, the pool, it’s quieter, AND it simultaneously has cheaper rent for the upgrade. On top of all that the staff is absolutely amazing. The property manager Brady has been incredibly helpful, prompt, kind, and funny. He has made us feel more welcome here in just our first few weeks than Broadmoor ever did the past five years we lived there. Seriously, if you’re considering moving here, do yourself a favor and sign the lease. The place is great ESPECIALLY if you live or are considering Broadmoor (I cannot throw enough shade at that place)

We’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. Everything has been super nice especially after Avanti took over, the maintenance crew are always on top of it, and we haven’t had any major issues. What really makes this place stand out is the manager, Brady. He’s been such a huge help with everything, and he’s incredibly personable — he takes the time to connect with people, which makes the whole experience feel more welcoming and comfortable. Honestly, if it weren’t for Brady , we probably wouldn’t be renewing for another lease term here. He truly makes a difference!

Our move-in has been flawless and so easy!!! I’m so grateful for how helpful everyone here has been. The housing office has been more than happy answering all my questions. Also, maintenance helped us prop open the doors while we were moving our stuff in. I love it here so far I’m excited to see what the Holds.

I can't say enough good things about Brady and the way he manages the Copper 87 apartments. It is rare to find an apartment manager who truly cares about the residents as people--not just tenants--and that is exactly what I have experienced here. I am so grateful for the kindness and respect I have been shown and would recommend Copper 87 to anyone looking for management that goes above and beyond.

So far so good. It’s a very lovely place and the people that work here are very helpful and quick with assistance.

We weren’t planning to renew our lease at Copper 87 due to a poor experience under the previous management (Greystar). However, since Avanti took over, things have improved dramatically. The difference in how the property is run and how residents are treated is night and day. The leasing staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely care about residents. They are actually willing to work with tenants on problems and offer solutions in a timely manner unlike so many other places. A special shoutout to Brady, the property manager, who made our lease transfer into a new unit smooth and stress-free. He followed up with us every single step of the way so that the process wouldn't drag out any longer than it had to. Super refreshing to have a property manager that actually takes the time to work so closely with residents! Thanks to the improvements and how well we’ve been treated, we decided to stay for another year!

Overall things have been an improvement with Avanti managing the apartment complex over Graystar though there have been some growing pains along the way. Brady and his team have been fantastic in handling new and old issues that have been here since before the change and after. I do feel a bit bad about how much I have had to contact them to get a few issues solved but they do seem to care and put effort into getting things fixed! Copper 87 is a smaller apartment complex compared to some of the others in this are and that size is more of a pro than a con, sure parking is a bit of a problem and if you have guests over they will need to park in the front next to the office/club house and there will be a charge but each unit does come with a spot and a large majority of units are studios and some variation of one bedroom though they do offer larger layouts. Two of the buildings also have garage parking though both doors/gates to these tend to be broken most of the time. luckily you can still get in and out they just don't shut so anyone can walk in. The complex is a lot more full then my last review but overall still pretty clean and noise levels are reasonable but of course you will hear people from time to time as is the nature of living in an apartment. We are close to stores, the freeway, schools, and many other things that you would want easy access to, also the office/club house as the standard gym and pool plus a little snack bar where you can buy various treats. Also believe they have a dog washing station were you can groom your pets, self service. As you can guess from above this complex is pet friendly and has its share of cats and dogs most of which are trained fairly well. There is a nice little dog area in the middle of the community for dogs to run around off their leases and to do their business which seems to be well maintained. Units have some smart functions were if you download the dwelo app you can control the temp and door of your unit which is a nice little feature. Internet is pretty fast depending on traffic and you have your choice between the basic and 5G eing able to which freely. Rend and other fees are currently reasonable and I will update the review if that changes but currently nothing is to high. Though I will admit I wish you could opt out of services like trash and Fetch. I personally just don't use the trash service as I can just take my own trash out without having it sit in the hall everyday. Fetch is in my personal opinion a terrible package delivery service which you are forced to use if you want packages coming to the community. I recommend if you have someone you know that lives close by to just send any packages to them then deal with the headache this is Fetch, the originally review and me going over them for almost four paragraphs lol. Again it would be nice if these services weren't forced on tenets and if you could opt out of fees or at least be given another option as they at least had to try a bit more. As said above Brady and his team do a fantastic job with answering questions or getting information you many need and are always happy face you can turn to, though again I might go to them a bit to much with small issues that arise. Maintenance is also fantastic and I haven't had to call them much in the almost three years I've lived here and on the rare occasion I have the issue was resolved very quickly. I could keep going on for far too long but this is a great little community to come live in and currently I would recommend it because Fetch, do whatever you can to not use that company as it just isn't worth the trouble. I moved in a bit after the third building opened and have been the only resident to live in my unit, so this place is doing something right and I hope they continue to do so!! The smaller size is a pro and not a con as said before! Call them up or swing by and get a little tour of the place it is a great place to live with quirks and all!!

The staff at my apartment complex were incredibly responsive and helpful. I had an issue, and they resolved it quickly and professionally. Excellent service and great communication couldn’t be happier!

Love it here. Very great staff. Great chill location. Management is great. Lots of discrepancies and logistics though. The only reason I can’t list 5 stars is the parking. Everyone here knows that there’s plenty of parking spots, which is a huge plus. Seriously, this place should be a 5 star. They’ve fixed the certain things in my home. Like it’s hard to give them 4 stars. BUT! I understand why we have to fill out a guest parking pass… everyone you have guests, you have to register there car… or it will get towed. Like it really will get towed, so many people have gotten their cars towed. Just need to follow the rules, which I completely understand the importance of this. But, here is why it’s not 5 stars… is that guest parking is $10/day or $1/hr… like cmon man. If I bring friends or family over, it’s marketing towards them living here. But to pay to market to you guys is crazy. If there’s one fix that’s needed here, is HOW the parking is set up. Management is trying too hard to perfect it, but it’s causing lots of problems. I feel bad for those who get towed, but I understand how anyone that’s not “tech savvy” could be in real trouble here with parking.

Copper87 is so wonderful! Beautiful apartments, super convenient spot next to bangerter. It's also pet friendly and has elevators! Avanti is a fabulous management company and Brady the apartment manager is super in top of everything! All of my service requests get taken care of quickly, and if I have any complaints I feel heard and I get assistance in a timely manner! The only complaint I have is parking, but with towing policies being more strict, that too is improving. Definitely would recommend!

Office staff very friendly as well as responsive. We love the year round pool and hot tub. Tons of fun activities for holidays! My family has enjoyed living here.

My girlfriend and I have lived at Copper87 since 2023 and have always enjoyed staying here. Diana, one of the leasing agents, is the most professional and helpful person we have ever interacted with. Anytime there is ever an issue, we always reach out to the office and attempt to specifically get into contact with her because she feels like a part of the family. She is always able to help us with any issues or questions we've had since moving here. We haven't had the best experience with other agents in the past. However, Diana is 5 out of 5 in our book. She is the best person to ever work for the property, and we hope she moves up further in the company and can continue to provide an extraordinary experience for more residents. She even taught us how to speak Spanish! We recommend Diana 100%. 5 STARS!

Moved in Aug 2023. Has been a great place to live. Management and Maintenance are super helpful and quick at what needs done. Parking does suck, hard to find a good spot after 8pm. Haven’t had any problems while living here. Love it

I moved to Utah in May and was searching for a location to live, and stumbled upon Copper 87. Right away felt that the staff treated me extremely well and are very attentive. The staff really makes living in utah better for me. Diana at the front desk is so informative, patient, and is helped out alot. The gripe with myself and possibly others would be things that can't be helped such as Valet Trash, Parking situations, and small Gym.

Love Copper87! I have an incredible view from my apartment, I never hear my neighbors, and the staff is always SUPER friendly. Also, the application process was quick and easy. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the elevator in my building has gone out twice now in the 2ish months I've been here. Besides that, this place has been great.

Diana and Madison made the application and leasing process seamless for us and I could not appreciate it more. My husband and I absolutely love it here!

Living here is amazing! Diana is so thoughtful and so accommodating!! When I first called to schedule my move in day, she had remembered exactly who I was and my kids as well when she said “Can’t wait to welcome you and your boys home”. I knew it was sincere and truly meant a lot to me! She still knows me by name and probably knows every resident by name as well. All the great amenities, the staff, and the atmosphere here, makes Copper 87 the BEST place I’ve ever lived!
